Always call the next day to make sure they got it because usually they don't have it. Especially if your Dr. Takes up to 72 hours to call them in. You will end up without your medication when you need it. This has happened to me three months in a row. Very frustrating.

The first person I talked to was very friendly and understanding of my concern. Although, he had to transfer me to a specific department. The woman I talked with talked in circles around me and told me that there was nothing she could do since the delivery fee and driver's tip are included automatically in the final cost. I've never heard of that before, I've always been given the option at checkout to opt out if a delivery tip, or customize your tip. I spent $427 on groceries and they just decided to charge me 10% of my order. This poorly handled situation has led to me having to stuck with Walmart for my families future grocery delivery needs.

I have a Wal-Mart 48 month battery in my car that was acquired sometimes around October 2024 (…read morebased on the date sticker on the battery) . they tested the battery and confirmed that it was bad. They pulled my car into the bay and started on it and after about an hour and a half the tech came in and said I was almost ready that they just had to process the warranty replacement. I watched as they scanned my battery and the replacement and seemed to be having difficulty. The automotive team leader and finally a store team leader came and repeatedly scanned the new and old battery and apologized for the computer scanning issues. I am 67 with mobility issues so I told them that I needed to sit down and was going back to the waiting area. I later noticed that both leaders were gone and my old battery and the new one were still on the counter. I went to ask what the delay was as I had already been there a couple hours by this time. The associate there apologized and said that they were not able to process the warranty as their computer did not show my battery in the system. At that point I purchased a new battery as my cat was in their shop with no battery at that point. . After a total wait of nearly 3 hours I was on my way with a new battery but short of cash since they refused to warranty their products. Once at home I located my receipt from 11/11/2024 when I purchased my battery.. Yes I will return tomorrow and try to get a refund. But doing so means a 40 mile round trip back to Walmart that I will not be compensated for. I am disappointed in the lack of service I got as a customer at Wal-Mart#77 in Taylor Tx . While the associates I spoke to were polite they were not helpful. When they determined not to honor their warranty they didn't inform me until I came and asked what the delay was. Disappointed is not strong enough for my experience today. PS: I was not able to try spend time looking for a store manager as I had an appointment that I was almost late because of the 3 hours spent getting a 15 job done. I attempted to contact Wal-Mart. Com online communication site but there is no link to store managers and the communications link on the company website is not geared to service complaints. Hopefully I can resolve this and hopefully this is not a common issue with Wal-Mart.

There was a big rush when I walked in so I waited like 30 minutes until things calmed down because there was one employee at the front. Once another employee comes in I'm asked what I need help with and I say oh a passport picture for my baby and they quickly reply we do not take passport pictures for babies or kids. Which is weird because on their website they're a qualifying stores that does them. I just left because I knew it depends on the employees if they do it or not.

I am greeted by name and they already know what I am there to pick up. Since I pick up for two people, I was surprised that the employees had memorized our birth dates, names and interaction at the register is often more social than business. I have to highlight Monica. She's probably the nicest person I deal with from a business standpoint. She is professional, courteous and a sincere pleasure to work with. I just hope Walmart realizes what great employees they have and treat them accordingly.
