I am sent back and forth from one department to another. i was disconnected at one point and had to call back. I finally get someone in online department. I was told driver returned my groceries. I was told drivers can do this for any reason. My advice is stick with other memberships as Walmart literally doesn't deliver.

However, HEB charged my debit card $41.02 for their driver's tip. I did not authorize this transaction with a driver tip. I just called to get this issue resolved and was hoping for a refund. The woman I talked with talked in circles around me and told me that there was nothing she could do since the delivery fee and driver's tip are included automatically in the final cost. I've never heard of that before, I've always been given the option at checkout to opt out if a delivery tip, or customize your tip. I spent $427 on groceries and they just decided to charge me 10% of my order. This poorly handled situation has led to me having to stuck with Walmart for my families future grocery delivery needs.
