This Pharmacy is terrible. Be careful going there. There are flu shot signs everywhere in the store, but good luck getting one. They made me wait and wait ( check-in and paperwork completed ) while they checked in INVENTORY! I kept returning to the empty counter asking "how long ?" . I ended up giving them back there 6ft receipt and paperwork and I left without a shot. I am also moving my prescriptions to another store. Goodbye CVS . read more

This pharmacist named sally was so rude did not want to help the man in front of me because he was crippled and he clearly wanted to talk to her but she wouldn't ! Who has the audacity in health care and not put any effort in trying to help people. Absolutely disgusted. OMG, where do I start. Long lines, only 2 people working behind counter, rude, I was on hold for 45 minutes!!!!! My doctor sends an electronic fax while I was with him and they say they never got it. Or they text me saying the doctor DID NOT AUTHROIZE a refill. I call my doctor and he said he DID authorize. What is up with all the confusion? Today I finally told my Doctor call another pharmacy. I cannot express how awful and incredibly rude the young woman cashier was. One of those people who feels bad about themselves and takes it out on everyone else. I have no idea why someone would keep her in a customer service position as she was rude to every customer in there. The young man at the other register was an angel, and is the only reason I even give one star. Pick a different location if you want to leave happy. (If you do go, at all costs avoid the women w/ the mousy straight brown hair and an off putting face/attitude). read more

This CVS is my local go-to when I want to avoid the grocery store. Staff is friendly & helpful. When I need an RX filled they're pretty quick. One time they had to order the medication but I was able to pick it up the next day. I have great RX coverage thru work so most of the time I only have to pay a few bucks. The rest of the store prices can sometimes be a little high but between my CVS rewards cash/coupons and their close proximity to me, shopping here has many benefits. read more

In n out pharmacy. 4 stars for pharmacy service and -1 for store employees immaturity. if i was rating the store employee's only, it would be a 1 star. (other than a nice older lady that is a cashier at the front, she is so sweet and friendly, if the younger employees were as sweet and nice as she is, it would be a WHOLE NEW STORE) In the recent years the pharmacy staff has obviously improved from Longs. Although there is 1 young guy and 1 young girl in the pharmacy that could care less about their job or your customer service needs and sometimes makes me feel like i should switch pharmacies. But other than that, the veteran workers pharmacy are great. Great attitude, small chit chat now and then which is nice since we come so often and a smile goes a long way. THE STORE ITSELF NEEDS SOME WORK ON THEIR EMPLOYEES THOUGH. I'm disappointed with the quality of service in the pharmacy section. There is no one standing at drop of location and the section it's secluded to the side , no one can see you standing there. I had to call out and pop my head in to get someone's attention. After waiting 10 min, she comes asking if I'm dropping off... well duhh , does it look like I'm there to stare at the walls? Either put a bell or have employees check, it's a pharmacy not a mall. Time is of essence!!! Do not recommend this location for prescription. read more

I moved and use to go to the CVS in Agoura Hills, that place is a joke! After an hour of waiting on the phone they told me they were out of my prescription, it was on back-order and they couldn't give me a date when it would be back in and "good luck, try Costco maybe"...I need this medication everyday or will go through withdrawals. I called the CVS in TO on Moorpark and they picked up right away and told me they've had no shortage and it'd be ready in an hour. This CVS has been the best to work with! read more

I purchased makeup from my care pass coupon from the app the color was wrong went in to switch the color for the same product and they would not let me because I used coupons.. don't use your care pass or your coupons from the app.. and they are clueless in this store read more

Gift card purchasers beware: this store does not activate your gift cards correctly. I purchased one for a birthday gift and the cashier said it was activated but it wasn't. The receipt even said it was activated too. My friend went to go use it and the retailer couldn't apply it to my friends sale. How embarrassing for me!! CVS does not exchange cards that were already activated but not done so correctly. Maybe something nefarious is going on at that store? Who knows. Now I have to get the card back from my friend and call to see if I can get a new card. It sounds like getting a new card isn't a given so I may have been robbed of $25. Which is awesome. Pharmacy opens at 10am. At 10:10am the drop off window opened. Pharmacist initially helped me and said it would take 20-30 minutes to fill prescription. Not a problem. She handed me over to someone else who finished up my transaction. This person told me it would 40-50 minutes to process my prescription. Okay... I can back 70 minutes later and pick up window attendant told me it would be an additional 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I got my medication. I guess if you are dropping off for pick up the next day this place is OK. read more

Beware of this pharmacy. They have put my family through hell for the past month & a half. They give out more excuses than they do prescriptions. They have zero follow though and never know what's going on. I will be transferring all my medications as well as my dogs medications to the Simi Valley location on country club drive where I had ZERO issues there when I lived over there. System problems all the times, very unreliable system failed so many times to process pick-up prescription almost an hour without any solution, so disappointed without prescription and I left and never ever come back to this location. They have system problems every single time when I pick up prescriptions, especially, this time was the longest and the last time here. I gave up on them. I will never come back because just wasting time there and so disappointed of their service. This location is always understaffs, long line. Some staffs of this phamacy are very unfriendly including the manager. You can feel, they never care about their customers, worst services that I have never seen in pharmacy businesses. i've had it with this location. long wait times on hold, unreasonable delays, and they are always understaffed and behind schedule. many times my meds aren't filled until a day or two after my doctor calls them in, not because they are out of stock and need to special order, but just because they can't get to them on time. most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable enough (aside from one worker who is usually a bit short tempered), so the problem is likely more of a management/staffing failure than the fault of the workers. but when a person is ill, they need meds in a timely manner. and if you can't manage to do that, then you don't deserve our business. read more

Zero stars. No selection, tacky displays, front counter staff are OK to good, but seriously, that doesn't do much when you can never find what you are looking for. This store is located in a rich suburb of LA, but the merch looks like it belongs more in the seedy part of Ventura or Oxnard. Don't even get me started on the so-called "pharmacy" staff... Called to speak with the pharmacy to see if they had an RX in stock. Literally had to spell it 6 times and it was only a 7 letter word. Huh? Still had no idea what it was and then had to ask someone else, whom I heard tell the woman "it's by RX only." She gets back with me and repeats exactly that. Seriously??? If I call and ask if you have an RX in stock probably means I have an RX. Personally if you have people this clueless working in the pharmacy, I would fear for getting the correct med. read more

I'm not sure what happened here lately but the service is very slow and medioker. I had ordered a refil 2 weeks ago on a Sunday of multiple prescriptions. One was not in the store. It took 4 days to get it. Today my Dentist called in a prescription and found himself on HOLD and left a message to fill it. Apperantly he had spoken to a Pharmasist and said they will get it out right away. I called as I cannot drive and was on HOLD for 17:58 (MINUTES) and got some young man on the phone. He said there was no prescription for me. I text my Doctor and he was furrious. It has been 2 hours and NO RESPONCE from CVS. I had earlier asked to speak to the Manager but she was too busy to take my call. This Pharmacy has problems and appears to be over worked, under staffed and out right don't seem to care. Since they merged with Longs Drugs a couple years ago it's horrible to deal with. I find some of the Staff a bit errogant. UPDATE: I just got a text from my doctor saying his call was never answered and was on HOLD. He is looking for another Pharmacy. I plan to write to CVS Coorporate. read more

Came in before closing and they told me they can't fill my order and that I can go to Agoura. They took my prescription and the blond tall girl didn't want to fill my prescription. I don't understand why you would take my prescription and not fill out my medicine. No wonder people don't like coming here any longer. Might as well go support our local pharmacy instead of these corporate pharmacies. So annoying. read more

Review from my husband: Very unhappy with the pharmacy staff, I went in to refil my prescription which I would have gotten back that same day. Instead the pharmacist who assisted me transferred my prescription to another city for who knows what reason, all she did was apologize and that there was nothing she could do now. I had to wait 2 days to get my prescription... but I was out of it and I needed that day. I had no option but to go to the Emergency Room because without my prescription I get seizures. I have no insurance so not only was it an inconvenience it turned into an unexpected extra expense due to the pharmacists mistake. The E.R doctor said that by law she shouldn't have done that, they aren't allowed to transfer that medication. The ER doctor hat to prescribe me 2 days worth of my medication so I could Have it meanwhile my refil was ready two days later at the transferred location. Totally patgetic, I should sue for her mistake and for causing me an unnecessary hospital bill due to her mistake! read more

The pharmacy staff are great...and when you get all set up with CVS on your phone they text you when something is ready or your renewal is available. Super amazed at how nice they are with some of the grumpy people they get. Parking is super easy here too! read more

Prices outrageous!! Called for price of an antibiotic. I was quoted $109 for 7 pills. Generic! I went to All Med $12! Unbelievable. So if a small independent pharmacy can charge this amount, why can't a large chain? Riddle me that one Batman. Another Rx $20 something a month CVS and All Med $15 for 3 months! This location deserved 0 stars. I rarely write Yelp reviews, but this place deserves a warning. The pharmacy here is completely inefficient with some really bad customer service. It took me 2 trips to this pharmacy, had to wait in line a total of 4 times AND donated over an hour and a half to pick up...wait for it.... IBUPROFEN. That's right - powerful ADVIL! Next time, I'm buying over the counter and skipping the extra headache that this pharmacy is. Or better yet, I'll head up the street to the location on Janss and Moorpark. What do you want, its CVS?! If you rate them anything but a three-star experience it is your expectations that are to blame. The store is clean and well-stocked. It is walking distance for the ol' folks at Hillcrest Royale. The Rx department is more helpful than most. I was able to talk to a real person who didn't give me grief for calling about my Mom's medications. read more
