Unlike another pharmacy that I went to (don't remember the name now but it wasn't a chain). Allegedly, it's long lasting relief. That's what it says on the label. Nope. My eyes felt dry within minutes. I should have bought two bottles instead of one. Southern California is ridiculously dry, windy, and dusty. Even close to the ocean, SoCal is too dry. This is the wet winter season in Northern California, and it never gets so dry near the ocean in the summer in NorCal because of the thick cloud cover from the marine layer. It's extremely well-managed from the top down. They offer kid glove service. Every employee from the pharmacists to those you encounter on the phone to even their own in-house delivery personnel are sincerely friendly and incredibly helpful. They take time to know their clientele and are on top of what their clients need and even know what's going on with every prescription. Over this last year I've been here at least 5 times and more often than not I've left impressed. I would definitely come to this Walmart over my location city Walmart. The one in my city is really challenging to park in as the lot is always super busy and they are short staffed. Not at this newbury park location though! My biggest pro of this store is they seem to always have multiple registers open. I am so grateful for this. If they are busy they are busy but it feels a lot better seeing 3-4 registers open most times I come compared to 1-2 at my local store. I also appreciate this store as it's pretty clean and organized. I can often times find staff stocking and in the isles if needed. Also as I mentioned above, good parking! The reason I docked a star is primarily because of quality of some items and quantity. Their meat department isn't my favorite nor their deli. Again, I'm a little picky with groceries so that's why this isn't my regular weekly go to spot. But I'm happy that when I'm in a pinch or need a few items, I can count on this store to have what I need and to be able to get in and out of here without hassle.
