Prescriptions are never ready on time, there's constant miscommunication, and the new, younger people at the register have NO clue what they're doing. There's zero care or sense of urgency. After years of seamless service, I've found myself waiting 20+ minutes every single time to get my prescriptions now and that's IF they even have them. I keep holding out hope they'll improve, but after no such luck, I'll be switching pharmacies. I hope management takes notice of these issues as I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Each one telling us there was a manufacturers shortage and it was impossible to get. We asked around and one of our friends said call PrimeCare because they had a similar issue and they were able to help. We called and spoke to Mindy who was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and friendly unlike a lot of other pharmacies we called and she told us for sure she had the drug in stock and did not have any issues getting it each month. Bingo, Finally! Mindy contacted our other pharmacy to get the prescription transferred and within a couple hours had everything they needed. They contacted us to tell us it was ready...so easy and fast! They also have a delivery service, which we will likely use next time, but this time we went into the pharmacy to pick it up and Mindy and the other person working were just as nice in person. Really happy with them and so glad we asked our friend for help!

It hits you right when you walk in. I thought I was going to gag, I covered my nose and did my best to get what I needed as fast as I could. Self checkout was having issues so I was trapped in there for so much longer than I wanted to. Please do something about that. I can't imagine the poor employees having to spend all day in there. I feel like I can still smell and it's been days- it's that bad.

He also looked on Drive website to see if it could be ordered. Has decent supplies of DMEs. You can watch pharmacist work. It has a nice collection of compounding pharmacy collectibles on its shelf ( likely not for sale). Forgot to ask if it is a compounding pharmacy. Those are harder to find. I will go back. There is also a concrete bench to sit on outside if you are waiting for someone. However bench sits low. The one down at corner of sidewalk ( nearby) sits higher. It is not a big pharmacy but it is large enough to feel it is fully functioning.
