I went to was a patron when it moved to the strip mall down in back of where the old Zahner's used to be.... My mother used them all her life and they saved her from being extorted by one of her live in aides with me.... then they move and new ownership comes in and wants to utterly ruin their relationship with the long-term customers like I am who only owes 6 dollars and needs medication for a yeast infection that can be paid within two weeks, they can't give me my medication even though I've been paying my bill and have payment on file with them. I'm not one of those who use them wrack the bill up and then move onto other places either.... I cared about my relationship and loyalty to them and they snub me. Well forget them....I guess I'm going to have a yeast infection for two weeks..... these younger people don't know what loyalty of a customer truly is. I'm furious. First Choice Healthcare Centers has always been good to us and I go to them for everything. Next time you're at CVS, pull up to their drive thru window only to find out it's broken and go inside. Then wait in their germ-infested line wrapped around two aisles only to get to the counter 25 min later and find out CVS: (a) only filled one of your two Rx's despite their App saying it's ready, (b) charge you out of pocket cost bc they never answered your insurance company's calls, or (c) CVS never filled your life-saving cancer med bc they just well forgot. Why make me wait 30 minutes only to tell me I can't give you one pill. I have to bring in the prescription. Then she walked away and helped the next customer. I HAD BEEN WAITING 30 MINUTES!!! Unreal. I called the pharmacy to cancel the prescriptions being filled and to obtain the numbers of three previous prescriptions which I had transferred there recently due to a current move and they only had a record of one of them even though I had confirmed them with the pharmacist at another time. They offered no apology nor were they concerned that I am taking my business elsewhere. I consider that they are totally incompetent, unprofessional and an example of the worst form of customer service. I would tell anyone to avoid them.
