My son and I came to Walgreens to take passport pictures for his passport renewal. The store was…read morenot busy overall. We walked straight to the back of the store where the photos counter was. There was no one working the counter. There was a contractor waiting to sign off some work there. After a few minutes I asked him if there was anyone working the counter and was told that the lady was suppose went in the back room and was going to come back out. After close to 10 minutes, the contractor finally went to ask an employee molted to go get the lady so she can sign off his work. Afterwards, she did help us with the passport photos. She was nice, took my son's photo, uploaded it to the system and told use it would be a few minutes while she crops, touched up the photos and print them. It ended being up closer to 10 minutes as she had to help another customer with something. Walgreens is a place to get passport pictures ($16.99 plus tax) and have other pictures printed (self serve kiosk), but if you need help, be prepared to do a little waiting around.

Even though it was a good amount of questions (expected) it was easy to do. Once I got to the window to check in it was a breeze. There was about 5 people already in the waiting room. We went before them since we had appointments and we arrived early for our appointments. They were at 5:00 and 5:15. Both my wife and I got our shots and were out by 5:02pm including our 10 min wait after our shots. Everyone else that did walk-ins went next and it was quick for them as well with no issues. That's why we come to this pharmacy!

It is uncalled for and very disrespectful of our time. Yes, I understand many things can be done via a bot, but many things can't. The programmer should consider that and allow for "human" option within the first few seconds. BTW, even when you say "human", the bot asks all the very same questions it just went through in the first 3 min. I hope this review gets to their corporate office so they fix this unnecessary burden. The pharmacy itself is great. My husband and I have always received great service from them. I'd be happy to change my review to a 5 star if they fix this bot.

Being in Davis, it's so easy to get to this high-quality compounding pharmacy---as it is to anything in this small town. Yeah! SHINGLES-- My husband has been suffering with an awful case: all over the right side of his torso, plus on that shoulder AND down the right side of his back. The eruptions have nearly disappeared but he keeps getting episodes of stabbing pain... the nerves are still angry. The pain is mostly at night, disturbing his sleep. I am so thankful that Dr. Henchell (UC Medical Clinic) told us about "Davis Compounding Solutions". The cream is really working. Back then, they weren't as organized or were just overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people there for their immunizations. I had an appointment, but still had to wait in line (as if I didn't have one). Other than immunizations, I was in need of getting my daughter's antibiotics as soon as possible. Our regular pharmacy still didn't have her medication ready, even a day or two later. I was told that the medication was allegedly going to come in the following day, but I didn't want to wait any longer. I called this CVS Pharmacy location and thankfully they had her medication in stock. The person I spoke with over the phone, however, was a bit rude towards the end of our call. Thankfully, however, my husband was able to pick up her medication that same day. I'm thankful that they had the medication in stock, so she could start her treatment, but I wasn't really happy with the customer service I received each time I've come here or spoke with someone over the phone. For that reason, I give them 3 out of 5 stars.
