Employees here are helpful and want to get you out. Even when I go inside to get my refill, I never had to wait no more than 20-40 minutes. Usually how long it takes me to do a full shopping trip. They provide other services as well like flu shots and stuff like that. I would even recommend calling their number ahead of time and picking up your refill so that you don't have to wait.

A shortage may be occurring on a particular medication and they will warn you so you can look for it somewhere else until they can get it in. You can feel love here. I was done with "big box pharmacies.!" I was tired of standing in line for hours or sitting out in my car for 45-minutes at a time to just pickup my medications. The staff and pharmacists are absolutely amazing after several visits they were calling me by my name when I arrived, they notify me when they receive my script, it's always ready on time and they always have what we need in stock and even if they don't you won't wait long. I recently had some dental work done and was over by their office, I stopped in just to see if they would fill it before driving home, they had just received the prescription but told me to wait 10 minutes and filled it immediately. If you are tired of dealing with the big box pharmacies which are getting harder and harder to find and deal with, you MUST give them a try you won't be disappointed. My boss highly recommended Irwin's and I was soooo confused initially ("you're sending me to a pharmacy for food?" haha). I looked it up and made a to-go order. I ordered the philly cheesesteak with a side of ranch. I walked in and the whole place is a vibe. Even the customers in line with me were smiling and friendly. The staff was great and welcoming. The prices are soooo much better than any of the other local places I've tried. My cheesesteak was awesome- tasty and a good size. If I had a longer lunch break I'd dine-in because the place is this adorable diner-style place and clearly has a solid history in the community. The only downside to this is that now I have to admit to my boss that he was right about something (just kidding). Anyways, check it out!

Saves so much time! If you're looking for some good deals and a good selection of items from food to household things, this is the place!

Since I am a loyal Costco shopper from Hawaii, I couldn't believe the prices here in VA were the same price or twice as much as Hawaii. I still looked around but couldn't find anything I needed so I got my drinks and left. When I had more time, I went to Costco and guess what? The prices were much cheaper than Sam's club and they had tons of stock of bottled water which I filled my cart with. If you have the time and membership at both, go to Costco for better deals and stock.

The pharmacist is very kind, and this pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. I wish more pharmacies were like this one. I came from Isle of Wight County to get medication for my new baby that wasn't available readily at closer pharmacies, and the experience I had made me want to make the drive this way more often.
