Then it took almost 10 minutes to check in (it was embarrassing to hold up the line for that long!) as the clerk seemed to have to hit 500 key strokes. Finally, I was told to wait for my shot. That took smooth 10 minutes, so now I was almost half an hour past my appointment time before I got called back. Really? Your systems are so bad and processes so inefficient? I will never go there again to get a shot, even if it is free. Zero stars for how they run things! Again, the people were very nice, so I completely blame the management and the really bad computer systems! Do they want to go out of business?
