We also like the scan and go where you scan your items as you put things in your cart, you pay on the app, and then you don't have to wait in line to checkout. Sam's club doesn't' necessarily have items that you can't get elsewhere, but the proximity to our house makes it convenient. I do like the salad bag selection and their Members mark brand diapers are also a good deal. There are samples offered on a regular basis. We have tried a few items from the food court. The pizza is good and it's a large slice. My son loves the hot dogs. The frozen yogurt is also a favorite, they have berry or brownie+ caramel topping. The soda machines often malfunction, we've been there when there's no ice, and multiple times they were having issues with the carbonation.

Service has always been good whether it be cashiers, guest services or employees around the store that I've asked questions to. This location has a Starbucks and food area. Both have been open recently, not sure if you're able to sit down in the dining area tho. Masks are required, carts sanitized as well as there is a sanitizing station at the door. I don't know if it's for customers but it's there. Store is normally clean when I've been there and only a couple times I've seen random items in the wrong place probably because of customers just putting them down wherever.

The prices are equal to or lower than most all other big box stores with pharmacies. If your in the area needing a prescription filled give them a try you won't be sorry. They also have a real good selection of drug store items, cold drinks on fountain and bottles. They are closed on Sunday though.

So I'm going to do my best to get the word out there. I live 45 minutes away from this pharmacy but the doctors office refused to listen to me that there was a compounding pharmacy 5 minutes from my house and that these guys were the only ones who could do it. So when I arrived they told me I had to wait 15 minutes for them to get the prescription ready even though they've had it for a full 24 hours. In response to that they later claimed in response to my review that they needed more information, this was completely inaccurate as they didn't ask me for any information other than my name. I was not even asked for an insurance card, when I offered, it I was told this was not covered by insurance. I have no doubt these guys are giving kickbacks to the doctors here. The claim by the doctor that you are the ONLY compounding pharmacy capable of this prescription is too fishy for me to believe that there aren't kickbacks happening.

The pharmacist seemed rushed and unhelpful from the beginning. I asked a follow-up question, and while I was still in the middle of speaking, she hung up the phone and walked away. I was honestly so shocked by what happened that I just sat there for a moment before driving away. I understand pharmacies can be busy, but patients asking questions about a new medication deserve time, professionalism, and basic courtesy. I left feeling dismissed and uncomfortable asking for help.

On the phone she yelled we don't have it! and then hung up the phone. I was having withdrawal symptoms and had to spend Christmas Eve in the ER., because of it. It turns out that they had the prescription ready all along. Another problem that I have is there is this lady that has dark hair and tattoos is really rude. I had to get some mesalamine and she messed up with the dosage. When I was line, she would mispronounce my name, she also told the customer that I should go somewhere else. I think she should be fired just how she treats some people.
