We go in and out having a Sam's club membership and not. I usually wait until we find a deal. The app is a game changer. We use the app to get gas by just scanning the code. We also like the scan and go where you scan your items as you put things in your cart, you pay on the app, and then you don't have to wait in line to checkout. Sam's club doesn't' necessarily have items that you can't get elsewhere, but the proximity to our house makes it convenient. I do like the salad bag selection and their Members mark brand diapers are also a good deal. There are samples offered on a regular basis. We have tried a few items from the food court. The pizza is good and it's a large slice. My son loves the hot dogs. The frozen yogurt is also a favorite, they have berry or brownie+ caramel topping. The soda machines often malfunction, we've been there when there's no ice, and multiple times they were having issues with the carbonation. read more

The greeter was very nice when I walked in and the place was clean too. I was able to get my groceries without much issue however when I arrived at the checkout the worker named Sammee who was supposed to help me out was rude, showed attitude, and was rushing me. read more

I love Sam's club. For the longest time there were no Costcos anywhere near me, but now that they are I still find myself coming to Sams. I like that Sam's club is less crowded than Costco especially on weekends when I do most of my shopping. I appreciate the friendliness and attentiveness of the employees that work here. I love getting cheaper gas, and I love their cafe. Paying $1.50 for a hot dog and a drink is not only pleasing for my wallet, but also for my taste buds. I like the hot dogs at Sam's better mostly because of the bread but they have very similar menu items to Costco (the pizza at Costco may be slightly better). They also now serve both Coke and Pepsi products so anyone wanting a soda while shopping can get what they like. Sam's club also allows people to eat at the cafe area without a membership, something that I haven't been able to do at Costco. Maybe one day if I live closer to Costco, i'll convert. But for now, I'll stay faithful to Sams. read more

I've been a Sam's club member for a couple of years now. And it's best feature is the app! The Scan and Go is just like have self check out in your pocket. This location is making up dates to its freezer and refrigerated section along with bakery. I've purchased tires and that was a seem less process. Benefits of gas prices are appreciated. This is the worst Managed Sam's club I've been to. Unfortunately for me, it's the one that's the closet to me and I wish they would care enough to fix everything that's wrong with this store. Management must have recently decided to change the layout of the store and it's Terrible, Someone thought it was a good idea to put the condiment Spices in the same isle as Shampoos ?? Food court is the slowest service, I waited 20 minutes for a slice of cheese pizza. They are always out of parmasian cheese or relish for the hotdogs. Today 12/12/19 they were out of Milk.... Yes they were out of Milk !! They had skim and 1% but No whole milk or even 2%. I've complained to management in the past but nothing nothing changes. read more

One of my favorite things about Sams Club is how not crowded it is, especially compared to Costco. I can always find close parking, and I don't have to shove my way through the aisles. The hard goods aren't as high quality, but they are still pretty decent. I mainly shop here for their meat department. They have really good ground beef, chicken, and lots more for a really good price. The produce is also good. They don't have a huge frozen food selection, but it is decent. I also like that I can buy a single gallon of milk here, rather than having to buy two, and it is still cheap. I really like their food court as well. They have delicious soft pretzels for 1 dollar, they still have the hot dog and a drink for 1.50, and their pizza is really good too. They also have the big drink machines that have a million options, so I actually want to get a drink. Gas is cheap which is great! They also have a student membership option which is only 35 dollars for the year, so great deal. read more

There is not much good about this club any more. Today they wanted to change full price for an item that was discounted $5 per the shelf tag, just because i did not use scan and go, the app that never works. I did use self check out though?? Different prices for different methods check out? I returned the items to get my money back. There is just nothing here i cannot get at Costco. read more

Very disappointed with Sam's Club delivery. I placed an order on April 6 for delivery on April 10. When I ordered everything including toilet paper was in stock.On the day of delivery I was notified the toilet paper was out of stock. The thing is is I was in Sam's Club two weeks ago and while there I witnessed one of the workers pull a pack of toilet paper off somebody's cart that had ordered supplies and gave it to a customer that was in the store. This is not cool that Sam's Club does not honor their available items when ordered online. Super disappointed. read more

You would be better off getting your drugs from a dealer on a corner than here. I posted a review a while back. It's the same ol same ol. At least the dealer in the corner has customer service. I don't get how you don't tell me I'm out of refills, until I go to pick it up. Or I randomly pay more for pills one month than the previous 4 and then back to the old price the next 2 months. I have shopped this store for so many years and I've never had such horrible treatment ever!! I have always just checked myself out to save time but this week I needed help because I had so many bulk items and I'm older and they were heavy. The cashier saw how much I had and rolled her eyes in disgust. She would not help with 1 item in my cart and seemed so angry that it took me too long to lift all the items onto the belt. I was so upset I wanted to cry but just did it anyway. Then she wouldn't load 1 item into my cart and looked so impatient. I had people lining up behind me so I was trying to hurry but my back was killing me. Because I was hurrying the items weren't placed as well as they could have been and when I got to the parking lot they started falling onto the asphalt. Kind people were trying to help me but the tears started rolling down my face. When I finally got my food loaded into my car I called to talk to the manager and he seemed mad because I asked to only speak to a manager and it took a long while for him to get to the phone. He simply said "I'll talk to her!" And hung up! I'm done with sams club. I spent over $40,000 there last year alone. No one should be treated like this. Ever. Got wet wipes and strawberries from them yesterday. The huggies wet wipes were on sale and cheaper then I could have got from anywhere else. I got two things of strawberries because I like doing chocolate covered strawberries for valentines. The strawberries were really big and very delicious will have to get strawberries from here in the future. read more

Very disappointed with Sam's Club delivery. I placed an order on Monday, April 6, 2020 and when I ordered they said they had everything in stock yet the day that it was delivered they said toilet paper was out of stock. The thing is is I was in Sam's Club about two weeks ago and I saw them pulling orders and I saw them pull a large thing of toilet paper off someone's cart and give it to somebody that was shopping in the store. I go there almost every day. The greeters look at me like I never been there before. Well, I guess it is the same experience like when you go to Wmart. It appears that Sams is starting to sell coupon adds or things like what costco do. Not that I like costco better, but this is a good way to entice more business from people like me. Keep in mind this star is for a product you can buy at Sams Club. If I were rating the service, it would be a weak 3 stars. It takes forever to check out. Not once have I been made to feel like a valued customer. The employees there never greet you except the ones at the door, (and that's their job, right?). But enough with the lousy customer service. If you have not tried the Panera brand soup- you are so missing out. It comes in a 2-pack and is located in the deli section by the gourmet cheeses, sliced deli meat, you get the area right? It's on sale currently and runs about $8.00 for the package. I have had the tomato and baked potato variety. They also carry a broccoli cheddar. It's everything I can do to not indulge every spoonful by myself. I literally hide it at the back of my fridge so I can keep it to myself- the same way I hide the Haagen Dazs ice cream in the freezer and put the cheap stuff up front. So if you have a Sams Club membership, check out the Panera brand soup- it's damn good! read more
