I e filled out so many surveys till I'm blue in the face. The pharmacy staff are just rude. The shelves are empty. Even nationally advertised brands aren't even there. Guess I'm just too lazy to change pharmacies. But wouldn't recommend it. read more

Worst CVS, they really give other CVS Pharmacy's a bad name. I would recommend CVS look into the customer service at this location as it seems like I am not the first person to have an issue with using their pharmacy. I came in to fill a prescription and the pharmacy was closed. With a sign that said back in 30 min. I get it...people need breaks but this isn't a mom and pop shop. Add another person to the shift to cover breaks. read more

The drive thru service takes forever! They need more help! It doesn't make difference if go inside to get your meds either.

I will never ever go into this store again. The pharmacy personnel is rude, the store manager is even more rude and they can care less. My prescription was called in at 9am..told me it would ready by 2..got there at 5...waited in line 30 minutes. Told not ready followed by rude remarks when I pressed the issue. Screw this store and all employees. Rite Aid filled my scrip in 10 minutes..I just walked in without calling ahead. CVS just lost my family as customers. Rite Aid found new ones. read more

This CVS never fails me. Its conveniently located near two grocery stores (yah!) and their selection of wines & prices are pretty decent, especially now that two buck chucks gone up. Variety of items just in case your feeling lazy like I was on Superbowl Sunday, just wanted some chips & salsa (yea freshly made would be asking for too much, but really I just wanted something to dip the chips in, they had it :)..... Worst customer service, today I worked in at exactly 9 pm and they would not help me even though the pharmacy was still open. When I asked why can't they help the the girl at the register had an attitude and she was extremely rude. I have been going this is location for years since it is in my way home. Very disappointed I am switching to Ride Aid or Walgreens. read more

ZERO STARS!!! THIS PHARMACY IS A JOKE... If you want someone holding you by the throat and controlling your life. And overruling your Drs orders... Then this is the place to be... I'm done... Bad experience with management. Beware of using your coupons at this store. They have no way of honoring them if they are stored with your card even after you physically show your coupon. I've called twice about their customer service. It doesn't seem like they care for their customers. It's really the management. Both Tina and llilinan, the supervisor and manager, just don't care about their customers. The other staff are great but it is not good when you have leadership that cannot set a good example. read more

Don't recommend this CVS at all. Poor service and won't mention name of young man. I turned in a prescription for my brother and was asked if I would wait. I said sure if it's not too long. They lady at the time said half hour. So I stayed and waited and watched people start coming and forming a line at pick-up. They never went to drop off window. My brothers name was called and I signaled I'm right here and no one paid attention. I went to drop-off and stated they called me and he said I had to go wait in line with those that were picking up but they had to find their prescriptions. I said I ain't waiting and he said he would return the medicine to stock. WOW some service had time to return it to stock after it was filled but couldn't give it to me. Waste of my time and that of Pharmacist. I politely asked for my brothers prescription back and will take it to my old Pharmacy "Rite Aid" where you get better service. I will also call my Drs. It is not surprising that this drug store has only 2 stars overall. I have never been impressed, in the contrary, I find the shelfs mostly empty every time I look for something. Today I am quite upset because I went there for a pneumonia vaccination which my Doctor wants me to have. Previously I had talked to the pharmacist to determine which one I needed and got the info. At that time I asked if I needed to make an appointment and was told no, just to come in whenever I was ready. I went today and was told that they were too busy and to come back in the evening. I said I was not able to do that, in fact the whole rest of the week was impossible. He just shrugged his shoulders. How many seconds does it take to do the injection? I will unsubscribe from getting their emails and this is the last time I went there, I'll switch to Walgreens even though it is farther away. read more

For some odd reason I love CVS only because it's always clean and there's a lot of great variety is for last minute things. But here is the drawback, I have been to a lot of CVS's and I'm going to tell you majority of them have only one cashier I just don't know what the other employees are doing the on the counter but when there's a line shouldn't someone say open register? I do know that they have a lot of grade 50 to 75% off Christmas or Hanukkah gifts or other stuff that you can purchase for half the price such as electronics etc. I only went in to get a bottled water and came back out piece to CVS read more

Got here right at 9, first the girl ignored me like I didn't exist then she proceeded to tell me that they JUST closed. I told her my 1 year old was sick and I left work early to get her prescription, and she told me it will still be there tomorrow morning at 8. So disappointed. read more

Won't be back seems like every time I try to use the coupons they send to my email they either won't honor it or argue it (wth), why send me coupons that aren't valid annoyed at how many times they've done this! I have to say that out of all the pharmacys I have been to this one tops them all. Even if I am just getting a few things I get great customer service! Today I went in and the cashier was so funny! I bought my items and he said "so do you need anything else today? your car washed, dishes done or your house cleaned?" I said sure with a laugh my dishes would be nice. I knew he was kidding but he even went on the intercom and called someone to come do my dishes. It was just really funny. It is rare that you get funny happy attitudes when you go into a place. This store is walking distance from my house and I love it! I will always go back! read more

Worse CVS ever! I went inside to ask if there were restrooms that we can use and an employee said yes, so I went back to my car to get my 2 & 3 year old kids and senior citizen mother who needed the restroom and when I asked another employee to let me know where the restroom was she said I could not use them. I told her I was just told by an employee that I could use them which is why I unloaded the kids out of the car, she called up her coworker Eric.. who was so rude and inconsiderate as I told him my little girl really need it to use it and he said no that their restrooms were not working and then I said so no one that works here poops or pees then? And then he said they are not for the public, just for staff. So he seemed have lied the first time. Can someone educate me? I thought that restrooms like that were considered public? Such horrible customer service!!! Who sees a little kid telling their mommy "I really need to go!" And deny them using the restroom. I even told him that I had unloaded the kids because I was told that it was a public restroom and he continued to say No. I needed to purchase some items so I wasn't just going into use the restroom, but I just ended up buying my stuff at Ralphs... they don't deserve my money. They tell me they haven't even started on my order and my prescription will take another 30 minutes!?! Now thirty minutes have come and gone as still no prescription?!? Elaine at the pharmacy has a very bad attitude. We asked about a medication she said no no not on my screen you need to get back in line if you want to order a new medication wtf. And popping her gum in our face while she spoke to us you can check camaras. Bad customer service needs to get a rain check . I honestly had the worst experience here today. As I walk in I'm greated by both Manger and cashier (only good expending). I walked over to the photo develop area and the manager called for someone to come help me out. After a while of waiting there the young girl that was supposed to help me out walked right passed me and helped someone else that was sitting on the self service screens. At first I let it go but by the time she was done helping her out she walked right passed me again and didn't say one thing to me or even looked at me. She didn't offer to help me or asked if I needed help. I had to wait another 10 minutes in order to have the cashier notice that I haven't been helped yet so she once again called for help. So this girl (name tag :jazmin) walks by and had the nerve to help me " oh my bad, I didn't know you needed help".. It took all of my strength to practically not tell her off. read more
