You could start by calling the pharmacy to check if your prescription is available to which they will pick up and hang up the phone. After that, you could drive out to the pharmacy and wait in a ridiculous line either inside or outside in the pick up line. Once you finally get a person, they won't be able to do the job on their own so they'll have to get a second pharmacist to help them. They'll tell you that they don't have any of your medication's in stock and they're not sure why you're there. Next, they'll tell you it'll be available next day after 1 o'clock. Only for you to get there the next day and nobody knows what you're talking about. The most useless Pharmacy. Atrocious customer service. Lackluster communication. Poor inventory. All around terrible experience. I highly recommend getting your prescriptions filled at target or Sam's Club. Walgreens is absolute trash in Itasca.

It's ALWAYS the same guy working his BUTT off bringing out orders when there's a huge ton of cars waiting and I hear him having to deal with angry customers verbally abusing him for taking too long. I never complain when I wait 30+ minutes to a hour because I know it's not his fault. He's always super apologetic and really nice whenever my order is taking long. Really sweet kid. I 100% blame his management for not hiring more people to help him. Do something about it. It's absolutely ridiculous you have one person bringing orders to like 20 cars and having to deal with the customers yelling at him. You're overworking your employees to the bone. You clearly don't have enough staff, so hire more people. I also hope you give Carlos a raise, because he 100% deserves it. Shame on management or whoever is in charge of Curbside. We had a Tornado Warning in the area and my boyfriend and I were on our way home from Elmhurst(we live in St. Charles). We were thinking about driving through it, but then it got really bad. We parked at this Target and ran as fast as we could to the doors, getting soaked. Carts were rolling all over, the wind was blowing so strong. My boyfriend even lost his hat from the wind. We got the the door (it was locked for the safety of the people inside) and immediately somebody rushed to let us in. Once we got in, the Target management very quickly ushered everyone to Target's fire hall, an area where we could be safe. Target employees passed out water bottles, and we were there for about 15-20 minutes until the worst of storm had passed. My boyfriend and I weren't planning on going to Target today, but circumstance forced us to. I suffer from anxiety, and this storm scared me. I was so relieved that the Target employees helped us get inside, and get everyone safe during a scary time for me. All of the employees were so kind and had their stuff so together in a time that could have been so panicky. A kind pharmacist named Wafa went out of her way to take him, on the spot; she brought us to the station where they give shots and let us sit while she prepared the vaccine. Since we were walk ins, the booster wasn't ready; Wafa stopped what she was doing and prepared it. She was so kind to my friend who was so grateful to be treated so well!
