Stopped into this Walgreens to get a passport photo taken. When I first walked over to the photo department, there wasn't anyone around, so I browsed the store for about 10 minutes. Eventually, I spotted two employees on the floor, and one of them kindly approached me to ask if I needed help. I let him know I was looking to get a passport photo, and his response came with a humorous hesitation--like he wasn't thrilled but was totally willing to help. We both laughed, and from there it turned into a really pleasant experience. He was personable, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy. He even used my first name a few times and wished me a great evening on my way out. Just a small detail, but it really stood out. The cost was around $19, which felt reasonable, and the whole thing was seamless and efficient. I truly appreciated the great customer service--he seemed to enjoy his job and do it well. I wish I had caught his name so he could receive the kudos he deserves--I may call the store tomorrow to make sure he gets the recognition. read more

Still in drive through line ( was 2nd in line 38 minutes ago to start. Picking up script the said was ready for the second time because the first time I came here they said they didn't have it and it was put back despite me having a text message saying otherwise. Avoid this pharmacy. read more

Walgreens in general is horrible. Their employee turn around is ridiculous. Never long term pharmacists. Pharmacy techs are never the same. They have an absolute nightmare of a stocking re-ordering system. Are always out of stock of something. They clearly need a new CEO to remodel and restructure the entire brand. read more

I had ORAL surgery on 9/11!!! I had very poor pharmacy services today (last night) at Walgreens in Woodbury, MN ( 1615 Queens Drive). My prescription was sent in by my Dentist today as I had oral surgery ( tooth removal and bone graft) around noon today. .My husband went around 5:30 to get my prescription and it was still not ready. Told him it would be about 30mins. Mind you I'm in extreme pain from not having meds all day. I return at 7pm and was just left standing at front desk for about 10mins with no one else in line and not being helped. I had to ask them to check my name to see if it's even ready when you have me just standing there and the head pharmacy guy said it would be another 30min wait. I went off. I literally had oral surgery and no pain meds because they say they are so busy and under staffed. I can't tell with 3 people working back there. He was even smiling and smirking while I'm standing there with the right side of my face swollen. I told him I wasn't going anywhere and he had 5-10min to get it filled. Wow...it was filled within that time frame. Hmmm, I think they are not even attempting to fill these prescription until you come in to pick them up. This is totally unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere and telling all my friends and family to do the same. He needs to be reprimanded for his action as well. Put yourself in other peoples shoes. Would you want to be in pain all day because your workers are slow, combative, making excuses and act like they don't want to work. You all need to do better. Funny how since covid everybody has an excuse to working with pride and intergerity claiming understaffed as the reason . They don't even answer the phone or drag people along because you don't have their meds( had this happen before as well). DO BETTER, BUT I WONT STICK AROUND TO FIND OUT. read more

The fact that this pharmacy is still even up and running is hard to believe. I have never witnessed such superior levels of incompetency spread across so many employees all stashed behind one counter. Seriously fire everyone and start from scratch. Since I have to use them for my insurance I am going to try a different location. This is the one timeI disagree and am willing to try the devil I do not know over the one I do. This place is a literal JOKE. I've had to submit THREE complaints to the pharmacy board - one of which was for an ADMITTED theft of half of one of my CONTROLLED scripts by an employee caught on camera. Last time I checked that's a felony - not to mention they tried to pay me off with stupid Walgreens Rewards money, and I had to request that they check their cameras FIVE TIMES, as the first four they turned me away and refused and treated me like a gd junkie. I had to go to a manager on the store side to get it done, and when the theft was found they were suddenly very apologetic. I am on chemo and DYING, and had to deal with these garbage pharmacists. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! Go literally ANYWHERE else, your insurance co can refer you, and if you're paying out of pocket, Walmart, Sam's and CostCo are WAY cheaper anyways...just go to great lengths to avoid this place!! read more

Worst pharmacy to pick up meds ever. They keep switching dates consistently. Felt like I've been lied too. If you say it's on a specific date, let it be on that day. If there were errors, call or text me. Don't beat around the bush. read more

I wish I could give less stars. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS it took 2 days for them to fill a prescription. Don't bother calling because they will not pick up. They may also struggle to enter your insurance information and may tell you it doesn't work every though every other Walgreens has no issue. AVOID THIS PLACE unless you have time to make several visits or wait a long time for your prescriptions. If you send a prescription here, you physically need to come here and get it in the board and wait for it or you won't be getting your prescription any time soon. read more

Karen, the store manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Because there was a very long line and only one cashier at the front and no line at the photo pickup and I had only one item, I asked if I could check out there. She told me to wait in the other line, that she'd had two people call in sick, it was right before Christmas, and "if you don't like it, you can get the hell out of my store." Never in my 62 1/2 years have I been treated so discourteously by a retailer. I worked in retail myself for years as a youth, and wouldn't even think of speaking to a customer in that manner. Who can I complain to? This was the store manager! I will NEVER shop at that Walgreen's again! read more

I was here yesterday and even so they were out of a lot of products I wanted to get. (Understandable because it was on sale for a very good price), I was helped. The cashier went above and beyond. She asked me what I was looking for and checked with her coworkers to see if they still had them. They didn't. It was her positive attitude and smile that helped me keep my patience. I was also impressed by how she handled my items that I bought. She told me about some beauty program they had and recommended I signed up for free. I was hesitant but she was patient with me and did a wonderful job explaining it. She also made it easy to sign up and it was painless. Lately I have been couponing and 3 of my coupons didn't work. She took care of them and was very polite about it. I have dealt with cashier who were plain rude. read more

Ridiculous drive through experience. I went into the store at 4:00 to drop off a prescription. The pharmacist said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes and asked if I was going to wait; I told her I'd come back. I pulled up to the drive through window at 6:00 and waited for 15 minutes before anyone came to the window even though I'd pushed the button after ten minutes. Five employees were behind the counter: two pharmacists, one employee ferrying handfuls of prescriptions, two coming in and out of view. When I gave her my name, she said she thought I was allergic to the med. I told her I wasn't and listed my allergies. At that point, she began filling the prescription. What happened at 4:10 or 4:15 when she was supposed to be filling it? She certainly didn't contact me. I was finally given my prescription just before 6:30. read more

The manager here, Richard, is extremely rude. I ordered some photos for pickup, and the emailed me saying they were done yesterday. I go today to pick them up and the email they sent me said I could do drive thru pickup so I agreed and input my card information to pay. I get tot he drive thru and the guy at the window says the manager has them and to go park outside the front of the store. There is no curbside pickup area so i parked as close to the door as possible and waited. After a while I figured maybe I should call them again. I called and was transferred to Richard and I explained I was waiting out front where the drive thru person told me to. He got extremely angry at me and started yelling, saying the drive thru person told me to just drive around the building and go back to the drive thru. I was trying to explain this was not the case and he continued to yell at me and wouldn't let me speak, despite the fact I was just trying to do what they told me to. I said I will just come inside then and hung up the line, he wasn't going to let me explain myself anyway. I get inside and he's the only store employee not wearing a mask. He yells at me again telling me I was supposed to drive around the building. I told him he was being extremely rude and that's not what the drive thru person told me. Then he tried to make me repay for the photos I already purchased. So I had to show him multiple emails on my phone that it had already charged my card before I got there. Worst experience ever. Don't recommend visiting this particular location. read more

The Pharmacy department is extremly slow. Always seems to be out of the medications my children require. On top of that all of the staff are rude and unhelpful. They are unwilling to help with any OTC medictions questions. The rest of the store is OK. read more

Unfortunately I cannot do negative stars, so 1 will have to do. If you order medication from the pharmacy expect to wait an additional 20-40 minutes after they tell you the medication is ready, because they will forget to work on your order until you show up to pick up. When you are checking out make sure to keep a close eye on the register because many of the "sales" are not input into the register and will not apply the discount you are expecting. DO NOT attempt to order delivery from this location. They did not deliver half of the items I ordered, and when I called to inquire they told me it's not their fault and to call Door dash (this was placed on Walgreens.com, not Door Dash). They refused to provide the items and then refused to refund me. The employees are very rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. The store is dirty and unstocked. The general manager was made aware of my request for a refund on my missing items and refused to speak with me, had to speak with corporate to get it settled. read more

Twice now I have ordered one hour photos from them. Indeed they were done in less than an hour but the quality of the pics left a lot to be desired. I have ordered online in the past and ordered the matte finish and those looked great. The glossy on the other hand were not that good. Skip the one hour if you can help it and order the matte finish online. You will be much happier. read more

Waited a half hour because their employees are slow picking up a prescription. I transferred all my prescriptions out of Walgreens. I get better customer service at McDonalds by a 16 year old kid! They can not handle the customer load of people trying to just pick-up there prescription! read more

Ghetto, unorganized and terrible service. I am from out ofntown and my.mother lives in the area twice now they have messed up our prescription either by filling it in a way that charges us more than normal, forgotntonadd flavoring or saying a Rx was ready when it wasn't. The staff are unintelligent, poorly trained and do not listen. Drive outnofnyour way to the Vally Creek store a mile or so down the road. read more

THE PHARMACY IS INCOMPETENT. If I could give these guys zero starts I would. I waited over TWO HOURS for a nasal spray that I was told my insurance doesn't pay for. Asked to refill some other prescriptions instead and was told they would take until the next day (what I want to hear after waiting 2 hours). Get a notification that there's an insurance issue (I have NEVER had an insurance issue in my life and haven't changed insurances) so I call to see if they got it fixed. Turns out they forgot about it and were reminded when I called (and again waited 15 minutes on the phone). I've now waited 3 hours and my prescription (it's literally just birth control) is still not complete. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more
