My final straw was requesting a refill from a 90 day prescription (I had two 30 day refills left) and received a message it could not be filled. I called to find out the issue and #1, I was on hold for nearly an hour #2, my perscription was closed out # 3, when I asked why, I was told very apathetically 'I dont know'. Really? They could request a new prescription for me but it may take a few days. This was not a way to take care of your customers...while my medication is not a life threatening absence, I can't put my trust in them...

The Walgreens they sent my script to said it was open but when we go there we found it closed. He was VERY sick and needed to start the meds given to him ASAP. I came to this Walgreens around 8:20pm. They told me it would be no problem to fill and did it in less than 20 mins. The technician also told my son "hope you feel better soon bud!" I was so grateful for them and their rapid response. They helped out a stressed out and tired mama. I have since returned to get other scripts and products here because of your generous and caring staff.
