My final straw was requesting a refill from a 90 day prescription (I had two 30 day refills left) and received a message it could not be filled. I called to find out the issue and #1, I was on hold for nearly an hour #2, my perscription was closed out # 3, when I asked why, I was told very apathetically 'I dont know'. Really? They could request a new prescription for me but it may take a few days. This was not a way to take care of your customers...while my medication is not a life threatening absence, I can't put my trust in them...

It's very obvious why they have a more convenient location than Costco but only get 40-50% of the customers. This store is constantly out of completely basic items, and you cannot find help on the floor to check for stock. Not to mention the visibly lower quality of their fresh items. You are basically forced into using self checkout even when you have a loaded cart because they schedule so few live cashiers. Their food court is complete trash. Rather than having an ordering kiosk like Costco, they have one or two employees tops and they are forced to both work the register and prepare food so the waits are extreme. Not to mention the area is always dirty, and many of the fountain drinks are out of order at all times. They take all the usable boxes for curbside pickup so if you are doing your own shopping you either don't get a box or a junky one that barely helps. I live on the top floor and shouldn't be forced to make multiple trips because the store keeps the decent boxes away from people who do their own shopping! Seriously, this store is trash. When it's this ingrained in the culture of the store, it's a management issue. Do something.

They told me it would be no problem to fill and did it in less than 20 mins. The technician also told my son "hope you feel better soon bud!" I was so grateful for them and their rapid response. They helped out a stressed out and tired mama. I have since returned to get other scripts and products here because of your generous and caring staff. It didn't come through in time before I left to come back home so the pharmacy in Florida said to call one close to me and they can access my profile and get it filled for me here in GA. I have called this pharmacy 2 times today to speak with someone to make sure they can fill this. I have been put on hold twice for over 15 minutes each time. I cant fill this without speaking to someone and they don't seem to have the time to help. I am now calling to have it transferred to another pharmacy all together. I received a text from the Auto Center saying they couldn't do the oil change because of a problem with the drain plug. We walked back to the store and they proceeded to tell me the drain plug would only tighten because the threads must have been cross threaded or stripped by the previous mechanic. I took the car home and made an appointment with Pep Boys. We took the car there and watched them remove the plug, drain the oil replace the oil filter replace the plug fill it with 5.5 qts of oil in less than 20 minutes with no problem whatsoever. I had not told them what the mechanic at Walmart had said. I will never ever take a car to Walmart for anything again. Nor will I shop there again. Completely incompetent employees. Learned that you really do get what you pay for. Had great service from Pep Boys. Had the worst experience ever from Walmart. Absolutely would not recommend them.
