Rather than having an ordering kiosk like Costco, they have one or two employees tops and they are forced to both work the register and prepare food so the waits are extreme. Not to mention the area is always dirty, and many of the fountain drinks are out of order at all times. They take all the usable boxes for curbside pickup so if you are doing your own shopping you either don't get a box or a junky one that barely helps. I live on the top floor and shouldn't be forced to make multiple trips because the store keeps the decent boxes away from people who do their own shopping! Seriously, this store is trash.
