Loving the bright nice. Great job!

This place has improved with the safety of the consumer. The biggest problem was the lightning exterior of the business parking lot area. And the panhandling in the dark parking lot. With the bright lights, today was a good day. Great job to the team at CVS. This place has not disappointed me on the sale on goods day to day basis. Keep it coming. For the loyal customer, we love it. I was able to grab a few items, especially the drinks(Celsius). I hope they stock up on more flavor. My go-to flavor is the Artic flavor. Please restock! This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Enjoy it here or on the go. Share your experience. P.s. Don't forget to smile cause you're beautiful. SYOY!

Fitvine. Looks like a twist off. It's not. False advertising.

Purposely false advertising. PURPOSELY. The wrapper of the wine bottle LOOKS like a twist off. LOOKS like. As soon as you take off the wrapper, it is NOT a twist off. There's a cork in it. I have no way of opening a cork. They are NOT willing to do refunds OR exchanges, EVEN if I pay the difference. Ok if you're NOT willing to do exchanges OR refunds then you should NOT false advertise. Also sucks their coupons on thier receipts are a scam. You have to use the coupon like THAT day or there is ALWAYS some excuse as to WHY you can't use their coupons. I gave up on using thier coupons a long time ago.

CVS stores are everywhere, and it's nice to go to one to pick up any missing items. In our case, it was toothpaste. Both of us use a specific type even within a specific brand, and can usually get a good deal at CVS. Their smartphone app is very good, allowing you to browse online and then create a virtual order that can be picked by the store employee. The items are then available for pick-up at the front registers. My wife has done this multiple times with success. Three problems on this visit, though: - due to loss prevention strategies at this location, there are no self-checkout registers at this store at all. This means everyone must go to a manned register, and since there was only one register manned (and the cashier was helping someone with a very complicated transaction for a while), we were 2nd in line for a long time. Only when the line got to be 5 deep, and consumer grumbling began to vociferate, did someone finally come to man a second register. - they replaced a product with a different one, from the same company. They do clearly state on the app that they can do this, but I think it's bad practice. We didn't realize this until we were already out of the store, now having to go back for a refund (there is a difference between regular Sensodyne and Pro-Enamel). - they take payment only when picked-up (which makes sense since they can change out the product as necessary, and would get in big trouble if we prepaid, and not got the products paid for). But because the coupon/rewards system is so elaborate at CVS, any change in product can nullify a coupon or discount. So even if the replacement product was acceptable, it might not get the same discount. And since the regular price for everything at CVS is high, you will not get a good deal if the right discounts don't apply. Honestly, I don't think the pick-up model works well at this location. Your inventory levels have to be very accurate to make Order On-line/Pick up in store successful.

Why is CVS's systems down to the point where people can even come in and purchase? They are supposed to be open at 7 AM and I'm stuck waiting outside because of this issue. I see why they have 2.5 stars on Yelp.

Y'all are a joke I showed up at 9:50 to get first aid and they wouldn't serve me

Actually the only thing is the service takes a long time because the pharmacy is very understaffed, but that's clearly a corporate decision not a location decision. Doing more with less seems to be a CVS trend right now, so I can't give them in good conscience 5 stars because the service is almost always slow. However, they get above a 3 because the experience is as good as it can be with the limited staff.

I politely walked up and smiled at her and placed my items on the counter. She said clearly, "Who does she think she is, Beyonce?" and rolled her eyes. I do not think it is okay to be unnecessarily rude to customers as I definitely did not deserve any type of attitude from her. I stopped at this location as it is closer to my house but I will go back to the Los Altos or Seal Beach CVS. This incident will be reported to the manager. The day it happened, I did not want to make a scene or say anything just yet as I was upset by the interaction. I will let people know that outside of this issue, the store was clean & orderly. The other clerk (a guy - did not catch his name) I met was nice and helpful so thank you to him.

The prescription items I need, such as stimulants and azaleaic acid, are often out of stock. I know that can happen at any pharmacy, so I don't hold that against them. My biggest issue is the service. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff often present as though they dislike their job and the customers. Today I was told by a staff member that an item I needed was not available to order and I had to call other Walgreens to see if it was available. She also stated that she could not transfer my prescription to the other Walgreens pharmacy locations. Imagine my surprise when I finally located my medicine and the staff member at that other location was easily able to retrieve my prescription from this location. I don't know if that staff member was misinformed or simply lazy. Either way, it left a bad taste in my mouth. This is a very frustrating pharmacy location.

The one clerk working at the check-out register seem bored or tired. He mumbled the total amount due. As I said, I generally have positive feelings about this store.

Dear CVS Senior Management,…read more I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had at CVS Pharmacy. The service I received was extremely poor, and some staff members behaved in an unprofessional manner I spoke with an employee named Imelda regarding my medication, but she walked away without explanation while I was in the middle of speaking to her. I was left waiting without any update, and she never followed up or checked on my prescription. I then asked for assistance from the manager, Jessie, but she did not take the time to properly review my situation. Even though I explained that my doctor had already sent the fax, she told me I could not receive my medication. Her tone felt impatient, and she raised her voice, which made me feel uncomfortable as a patient. Because of this, I had to contact my doctor again while waiting at the store. After they resent the information, the medication was eventually found in the system--but no one had taken the time to check thoroughly before. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes unnecessarily. I used to visit this CVS location often, and the staff was always helpful and professional. It was one of my favorite stores. However, after this experience, I feel nervous and uncomfortable returning, which is disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues, especially since this is a 24-hour location that many patients rely on. I would also like to recognize Liz, one of the pharmacists, who was very kind, patient, and helpful. She clearly explained everything and made sure I received my medication. I truly appreciate her excellent service.

Review is for the pharmacy. They don't even deserve 1 star. I would give them a negative 10 stars…read moreif I could. DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!! They are absolutely horrible. Like legitimately the absolute worst CVS. Like all other CVS pharmacies, they suck, but this one is probably the worst pharmacy amongst all the them. And the one inside Target is pretty bad too. But not worse than this one!! I chose this pharmacy because they're 24 hrs and have a drive thru as well as being close to where I live. Had I known what a sh*tsh*w it was here I'd would have never switched pharmacies. They are SUPER JUDGMENTAL if you have pain meds. They automatically treat you like some junkie degenerate. Even though I've had multiple failed spinal surgeries (the last one being a spinal fusion) , a seriously painful autoimmune condition that affects all my joints and severe chronic pain to where some days I can't even get out of bed, walk or dress myself without help. And I've already exhausted all my surgical and non surgical options. Like what am I supposed to do? Do they need me to bring my medical history in order to justify why I need these medications. What do they need? Call with my surgeon? All my X-rays, MRIs, a copy of my medical and surgical history??? All of this hassle for freaking Tylenol with codeine!!! They used to give you that for tooth pain and I'm here trying to get by on taking it for pain that would send most people to the ER. You would think I'm asking for fentanyl with the way they treat me. I don't know what I can do to make these people stop treating me like lesser than a human being because I need these medications. I wish I didn't need them. Who wants to go through this hassle every month. Oh my Lord, don't even try to travel and need your medications early. I had to travel 1 time and got my script 4 days early and months later I'm still paying the price for it. They also arbitrarily choose when your prescription will be due. Their policy is every 28 days, you can pick up your prescription. However, they will choose your pick up date based on whatever they feel like that day. Or if the pharmacist doesn't want to fill it they'll just change the pickup date so it's the next pharmacist's responsibility. They'll either make you pick it up anywhere from day 28, 29, 30 or even day 31. They used to let me pick it up every 28 days but now all of a sudden they're making me pick it up day 31 for the month of July. They won't give me an explanation as to why the pick date constantly changes. When I do ask, they automatically make me feel like they've labelled me as a "drug seeker". Every pharmacist will give me a different answer to when I can pick it up. One pharmacist said I can pick it up day 28 and changed it to automatically fill on day 28. Then another pharmacist who I'm assuming was supposed to fill it that day, changed it again to day 30. It's like they're all passing the buck to the next pharmacist because they don't want to fill pain meds. Meanwhile patients are getting screwed. Do you think they care? Nope. In the month of May, I picked my script up day 28, then in June they made me pick it up day 30 and now in July, they're saying I can pick it up the earliest day 31. I don't care when I can pick it up if it's between day 28-30. Just choose a freaking time frame so I know when to expect to fill it. Except for Day 31. I don't want to be completely out of my medication before I can even get my new prescription. It's freaking ridiculous and so frustrating. If you ask why they constantly change pick up dates they don't give you a clear answer. They mumble some bs "well you picked up day 28, 2 months ago so it's cumulative days so now you've got to pick it up day 30" What??!!!? How does that even make sense. Then just don't give it to me day 28 one month and day 30 arbitrarily 2 months later. Just pick a goddamn date and stick to it. Then of course by even asking you've given them more reason to label you a "drug seeker". I AM seeking my medications! I freaking need them to survive day to day in order to manage my pain. Even though it doesn't control my pain entirely, I have no choice but to take these prescriptions. I'm severely limited on I can take due to GI issues. So this is the only thing I can take and they're making it so difficult every freaking month. Literally every freaking month I have anxiety going to the pharmacy wondering what kind of BS they're going to pull in order not to fill my Rx. This is flat out discrimination and should be illegal. Also their medications are trash quality. CVS will literally purchase the cheapest, least effective medications, and pass it off to the customer. All while making you feel like you should be so thankful you're even getting your medication this month.

I kept getting texts saying my medication was ready, but everytime I called to double check, it was not. When I showed up she got me my medication within less than 30 minutes and was on top of it. (And she kept telling me to sit down and asking if I was ok) I'm extremely understanding that these places are overwhelmed. I've dealt with a really rude male pharmacist here, but Tracy has literally been a lifesaver Recently, I had called ahead of time to see what I needed for an early release (2 days early for a medication that is highly controlled due to me not being able to pick it up on the scheduled day) she told me exactly what to request from my doctor. (Which, I got ahold of my doctors office and told them) My doctor put in for my medication, but unfortunately, they did not put what Tracy needed them to put. It was night time and my doctors office was already closed. Tracy told me not to worry at all and that she would call them in the morning and get it taken care of for me. I honestly did not think much of it. I was fully prepared to call my doctors office / having to deal with it all on my own. Yet, I got a text saying my medication was ready in the morning. Tracy even called me personally (not just the automated generic voice message system they leave saying to come get your medication) Tracy called and told me that she had been calling my doctors office as soon as they opened and she had everything taken care of for me. It honestly made me cry. While dealing with so much such as a surgery and trying to get everything taken care of, it meant so much to me that she took care of everything for me and did not make a fuss about it. She literally went above and beyond and I'm extremely thankful that she not only does her job, but is extremely sympathetic and helpful. Tracy is a pro Every time Tracy is working, she goes over the medication with me and asks if I have any questions and etc If you have any issues I highly suggest asking for her (but only if you're nice to her, because she's amazing) This location has a drive thru and is also open 24/7
