    The employees at this store are genuine in their customer service. This by far my favorite CVS to visit. I just wish they were 24 hrs.

    They did not answer my call for two whole days for a baby's prescription. Stating my order was…read moredelivered to my house on the Walgreens app I had to wait two days and 3 hours for them to answer my call. Then they stated the delivery was to far that they could not deliver. Now on the app it shows I picked up the medication when they were supposed to cancel the order. Now they are not answering it has been three hours on hold. They need to be fired. Terrible customer service. I cannot get my daughters medication because they cannot answer the phone and have a false report on my INSURANCE STATEMENT!!!!

I've been a loyal Walgreens customer for years and have worked in retail management for a long time, so I understand how important positive customer interactions are to the business. Unfortunately, my most recent experience during the overnight shift was one of the worst I've ever had in any retail environment. The cashier on duty, Yailen, displayed consistently hostile and unprofessional behavior: - Completely ignored my greeting ("hello" / "good evening") ... not even a nod or eye contact - Did not speak a single word during the entire transaction (no "hello," no "thank you," no "have a good night") - Made a visibly nasty facial expression (scowling / eye-rolling) when I spoke to her - Overall demeanor gave the strong impression that she was irritated and resentful that a customer was present to make a purchase It was openly rude, unwelcoming, and disrespectful. For a 24-hour retail business, having an overnight associate who clearly does not want to interact with paying customers creates a damaging impression and directly undermines the store's reputation and sales. In my years managing retail teams, an employee who behaves this way would be placed on immediate corrective action (performance improvement plan) and, if the behavior continued, would be separated from the company... usually within 30-90 days. This level of consistent hostility toward customers is not a minor attitude issue; it is a serious performance and conduct problem. I hope this feedback reaches someone who can address it directly. No customer should have to feel unwelcome or disrespected while trying to give your store business, especially during overnight hours when staffing is already limited.
