I called to get an update and was told Joe was just finishing things up and I would get a call back when the paperwork was completed with the total cost of the work plus the inspection. When I did receive the amt I was shocked in a GOOD WAY! It was unbelievably reasonable! I am very familiar with Lakeview since I bought my car there years ago under prior ownership. She popped both of her left side tires ( She just got these tires 2 days ago). We called multiple places and got turned down (mind you we are 19 year old girls stranded in Syracuse where we have never been). Tony was our hero, he called multiple places just to get us in and helped. When we didn't know the tires sizes Tony didn't hesitate to come look at the car and help. He lined up the tow truck and the garage to get the tires changed. He also got us estimates, good prices, and drove us to the tire place. Tony was cracking jokes the whole entire time and made us feel more comfortable. If my friend ever pops the other two tires Tony would be our first call. #weloveTony

Got stuck again with the car not starting, and we were going to take the car into the shop for possibly an expensive repair. We called Tony to jumped start the car, and he arrived within 30 minutes. After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery. The problem was a loose ground wire to the battery from possibly pot holes. Tony didn't have to fix our problem but he did. 100 percent recommend Rapid Roadside to use when you get stuck.

Long story short....I came initially to see if my battery was running low which was causing the power steering in my Subaru (electric powered steering). The battery was fine but the mechanic notice that one of the cables in the power steering was loose. He plugged it back in --NO Problem SINCE!!! Now, I have already made an appointment with Fox Subaru to get it fixed...(estimated cost $1300) . The $15 saved me over a grand!!!! They could have lied and not do anything but did not. One man took phone calls and did paperwork while the other sat in his chair staring at the desk while on hold with a dealership. The first man asked what I needed and then told me to speak to the man in the phone. He was angry that he had to deal with the customers while his co-worker stayed on the phone. That man them proceeded to check in the man behind me first (I am a woman). When I finally got checked in, I was told they didn't know when they would get to me because I checked in online and "corporate shouldn't allow people to check in online when they didn't know how busy the shop" was. Finally, they told me the job was done and checked me out. I got two blocks away in the rain and realized they hadn't touched my car! I drove back and discovered that they had serviced the wrong car!!!! What a mess.
