An update to my review from last time: Lee, Lance, and Jasmine are all super sweet, communicative, helpful members of the staff! I stopped by again to try and win some plushies for some family members (especially for my baby cousin who loves cinnamoroll) and had a lot of fun. The arcade had a chill ambiance, and was tidy. The staff was super nice! Everyone was very helpful! I was very disappointed. A lot of the games weren't working and taking the credit. The first time I did tell an employee and the manager did come and credit us another gave similar which I appreciated however I didn't want to go ask everytime. The game he credit as well happened to not work either. Most games are 9.6 and up I found 1at 3.2 so you can really go through the points very quickly! The wings were very small they did give me 6 pieces but they were ok. It was $11 something and that was just wings I did get shock top and I really enjoyed it the cup I got was $8 I have no idea which one as 3.99 that wasn't even offered that option and I didn't see it until I already had gotten mine. $55 gives you 300 pints! As for the games that did work it was actually fun! I did notice that people leave really fast but I don't blame them it's pretty pricey and even worse when the games don't work. We tried to make the most of it but at this rate I don't t think I will be back it's not worth it. They did keep everything clean and organized! Fun! I took my two kids to spend some time at Round1 Arcade here attached to the outlet mall. My first impression was "wow, this place is huge and has so much to offer." There's such an amazing variety of every type of game you can possibly imagine The place was kept very clean and tidy, and very few games were down for repairs. Most of the staff was great! I experienced people that were friendly and helpful. But the manager on duty in my visit was horrible. This guy looked so miserable, as if he did not want to be there at all. And that mood just transferred over to how he interacted with the customers and staff. Pricing is a little high here and prizes are even more overpriced. My kid wanted a stuffed animal very badly, and we thought 800ish points would get at least a small one. But nope! It was thousands of points to get a small item like that. I would visit again for the non-prize games. Their food options, however, were very reasonably priced. Especially the ice cream treats. Overall, a fun visit, and we would certainly come back. read more

Round two at Round1, because apparently we don't learn and also because snacks were calling. This time we hit the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets location, less seating than Meadows Mall, so it was a bit of musical chairs, but worth it. The Ado collab was still going strong and we completed the set with all six mystery coasters (victory was sweet). Food check: surprisingly legit for an arcade, and everything came out hot, no sad, lukewarm fries here!!! Meanwhile, my son turned into a claw-machine legend and walked away with an embarrassing amount of prizes. Overall chaos level: joyful!! Fun level: high!!! One of our regular spot to hang out with the entire family which consists of 7 kids ranging from 1yo to 9 yo. We love this place! You can hang, eat & play. The service between claws & food court is good! The best part is they have a .99 cents ice and its blue bell!!! They have a wide variety of food selection, they have fries, pizza, chicken wings, even ramen! The only thing that's missing in this location is bowling alley but we can do it without bowling coz its already fun playing the claws and arcades. read more

The food is basic bar food. Which is okay because this is the kind of place it is but the food is very very expensive. It's cute but be prepared to come with a lot of money. Lots and lots of claw machines and games and when the kids are little they don't even know if you don't put any money in it haha. They do have 99 cent ice cream cones which is kind of cool. A particular manager has made me and my partner's experience at this arcade less than adequate. We are regular customers and we spend honestly a lot to play the rhythm games here, because the maintenance team is great and keeps them up to par. However, this last night my partner was criticized by the manager for her clothing, being told it was inappropriate. She was wearing short shorts at 9 pm on a Sunday! It felt strangely discriminatory and like she was being policed as a woman for her body. Not only that, but the manager, instead of telling us this herself, sent one of the security guards to tell us instead of handling it herself. In my opinion, extremely unprofessional and cowardly handling of her own duties. This arcade is also really expensive anyway. Better arcades like Game Nest let you play flat fees to play hourly, but this one charges for each game, each play, only, and it adds up insanely quick especially on the claw machines, which used to be winnable a lot more of the time than recently. Honestly not worth playing. And the only way to get more value out of your dollar is to pay exorbitantly larger amounts at a time to load more points on your card. As regular and well paying customers it's really frustrating to leave angry after a night out. The manager should do her own job and handle her own problems when they come up. Being hostile to your regulars is really bad business practice, if you didn't know that. The security team and maintenance and everyone that actually does real work in the arcade are great and we have no complaints with them. They deserve a better lead. read more

Regrettably, I am compelled to write this Yelp review due to recent events at this establishment. The venue attracts a diverse clientele, ranging from rhythm games to racing games, with groups of at least ten individuals. As a member of the racing community, I am deeply concerned about the management's lack of appreciation for the contributions of these patrons. Not only do we invest time and money in the games, including credits for crane games and food, but we have also fostered a sense of community among both new and existing players. However, finding out management has purposefully implemented measures that hinder our enjoyment and well-being is very unsettling. For instance, they have restricted access to essential amenities such as water, they have deliberately relocated other games to a previously open area compromising the comfort of our gaming space, they've purposefully blocked our cards that we've invested money into from being able to use specific games but when we try to use the cards on different machines you can use it. Additionally, their negative attitude towards regular patrons has created an unpleasant atmosphere. As a community, we have been nothing but respectful and supportive of the business. We used to be very close in relation to the managers of this establishment, but for some reason, one manager has expressed complete negativity towards our community, and from then it has just been escalating. Anytime we try to address any issues they give very unprofessional responses and attitude and just say to take it up to corporate. At this rate they will lose their communities one by one. This establishment was once a haven for fun and camaraderie, but the actions of certain management members have resulted in a significant loss of business. read more

Arcade games in Las Vegas, Nevada... I'm terrible at games... like these claw machine types. However, my friend, Irene, won three Line Friends plushies from this Round1 location. She said that there's one more Brown character to get. It wasn't available 4 months ago when she was here because the machine was broken. I looked at Round1 in Los Angeles... of course, there were no Brown (bear) characters in LA! I had to get to the Las Vegas South Premium Outlet Mall and find Round1 and win Brown (for Cony)! Free parking near the end of the mall was easy. I saw the red words "ROUND1" on the outside wall. Walking up and down the aisles of claw machines, we finally found Brown! Honestly best maintained arcade I've ever had the pleasure visiting. As a local racing/drifting enthusiast I could not understate how important maintenance is to all machines. Specifically the Max Tune cabinets are in perfect almost 1:1 feel for real racing/drifting. Only problem was the game would be capitalized by this massive group. I get wanted to enjoy a good game but hogging it for 6+ hours is extreme. Thankfully it seems something's been done because the games are open and clean. Hope to be back soon especially now that these cabinets are free. read more

Rewards are the cutest here... Round1 Arcade is found at the very end of the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets and though I don't usually walk the entire complex I found parking near the middle section which I thought would be good so no matter which direction I'd walk it would be half the distance lol! Since this indoor mall is cool with air conditioning it was an easy walk and didn't really expect much until I see the giant sign with all the vibrant lights and sounds the Game Center brings though having no plans to play any games but a great place for some much needed break. From the outside we can see some seating and a huge sign for the restroom, and as we walked in noticed a sign for a gift bonus with game card purchase and as I browsed around noticed majority of the prizes were Japanese/Asian plushies and was just too hard to resist. Never have I found so many LINE Friends in one area was just incredible and after watching someone else's attempts on the larger ones decided it wasn't gonna happen for me and decided on a bit smaller ones though they're not tiny at all and at a great size and yes I did win a few which I was so excited. There were other Game Center I wanted to visit though after this one I think I reached my max which is a great unexpected victory along side some outlet shopping which put a smile on our faces. SO MANY CRANE GAMES! We spent about $70 and that kept us entertained for a good 1 1/2. I like that there are new games from Japan, as well as the classic games we see at other arcades. Staff is friendly and it feels airy and clean. I think we maybe coming here instead of D and B's. read more

Round one is a great place to pass the time in the hot summers of Las Vegas. Although a bit pricey, I do think the prizes are very nice. They have a lot of good characters and I enjoy playing the games. Some of the arcade games are also fun. The employees (though few of them) are always nice and replace plushies if you ask. read more

Well this visit was an absolute disaster. :( My daughter was excited to try some games and we decided to try some food while we were there. That was a HUGE MISTAKE! Ordered 12 chicken wings with "ranch" and a couple of sodas. First problem was that their soda fountain drinks were out except for lemonade. Not my first choice but daughter was ok with it. But would have been nice to know. Next comes the chicken wings.... Ugh.... Small and awful. 1 ended up being a chunk of "something" with zero chicken in it. No bone... just a bready grey and green mess that I bit into and actually had to spit it out into my own hand. I'm telling myself it was breading to keep myself from throwing up but it was absolutely horrible. (See video and picture) The "ranch" was also weird and gross. It was almost like a sour mayo and i didn't trust it. Their order kiosk showed packages of Hidden Valley Ranch and I ordered extra.... But we received generic clear cups of a suspicious sour mayo type substance that did not taste right. The place was busy and loud and i didn't want to cause a scene and i seriously doubt they could have rectified it since basically everything had an issue. Their receipt states that there are no refunds or exchanges..... so I guess we're out $40 for a quest that hopefully doesn't end in food poisoning of some sort. Wish us luck! For how expensive it is, the fun doesn't last long at all. They should really have hourly play cards or better value options because it feels like you're throwing money away. The ticket prizes are terrible too. You basically spend a small fortune just to win a lollipop or a plastic toy. It's ridiculous how much everything costs here. Only issue was some of the machine will eat your credits and hard to find an attendant if you're alone but other than that it's nice place to hang out with family friends they have a food area to order pizza and other snacks. Probably one of the better arcades in Vegas. Good staff including the security. Machines all work well. Only had one problem with a technician once. Kinda rude when you ask for assistance. Food is ok. Prices on the games are decent when you're a VIP member and purchase the max amount on credits. Just because you get $110 in credits doesn't mean you have to spend it all at one visit. This new Round1 location is THE best!!! In my opinion, I feel like it's much more bigger than the original location in Charleston. They have a variety of cute plushies, games, and a place to buy food/ice cream. It's also in a great location since it's in the south outlet mall. I went on a weekday in the evening, which was great because it wasn't busy. So we got to enjoy the entire arcade to ourselves, plus some. Overall great experience :) read more

Came here with my family, spent nearly 100$ and won nothing, Ive never once went to an arcade and won nothing, when I asked the staff if they tamper with the machines they told me no but I literally saw staff walking around messing with machines people were using all day. Been here a few times and all I have to say is great staff! Everyone is always so polite, attentive, and fast. I take my son a few times a month because of their hour play card promo and anytime I've had to wait in line I get a "hey be right with ya", or I'm taken care of right away. Also hardly see games out of service, GREAT food options, and I always get a .99 ice cream cone. Definitely recommend, for date night or fam night with all good and drink options(including alcohol)! We have 6 kids that we brought in to play games and do the claw machines. We spent way too much ... over $700... we walked out with about 20 "prizes". The person who looked and acted like a manager to the staff argued with my daughter about winning a claw machine prize - told her she didn't win it fair and that the other kids watching had lied about watching her win it. From the moment we walked up to order, our experience was very disappointing. The staff member assisting us appeared visibly annoyed and unwilling to provide good customer service. We ordered four pizzas, and two of them were undercooked and not edible. When we brought this to the staff's attention, the response was dismissive and unhelpful rather than apologetic. I then spoke with who appeared to be the manager, but she also had a poor attitude. The only resolution offered was a remake or refund, with no acknowledgment or apology for the food or the staff's behavior. Additionally, the soda machine was only dispensing Sprite and Diet Coke, with no other options available. For the high prices, the quality of both the food and service fell far below standard. To make matters worse, about 1 hour after eating, several members of my family began experiencing stomachaches, which we believe were caused by the undercooked pizza. It was also my son's 10th birthday, and this experience certainly did not help make it memorable. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. read more

After spending $50, my advice is don't come for the claw games, the claw grip is weak, gave us false hope thinking we gripped the prize only to be let down after time and time again the claw got lose. Go to a local claw arcade if that's your jam. Not a total loss coming here, we got their $10 arcade game card for 60 mins was amazing! Kept my kid busy for that time and even got to share the card.
