Amazing staff, really cool floor. Fun place. Really like The vibes here. It's all Hawaiian

    2 token tiny claw machines

Spent 40, only really won thanks to the amazing employee called lele there who helped out with the claw machines. As far as the claw machines go, I think it's ridiculous to request 2 coins on the one side. The right side is all one coin but the claw? I picked up like 4-5 small items and it released them all. Twice on two machines! Rigged. And what's worse, the tiny claw machines aren't one token. They're two. Yeesh. I tried the 5 coin big plush machine, not lucky. The sight is amazing, just don't trip but I'm unsure about the machines so it's a 3. Thanks lele! Hope i recalled your name correctly, you really made it a greater experience than if you'd not been there.

This plane is dope. Friendly staff, spacious layout, colorful set up. Would definitely recommend.

This store is very rigged. After buying coins, the employee went and opened each machine and put one plushie by the drop slot. We then noticed the claw opening at the top, dropping the plushie, THEN re closing before moving over to the drop slot. I have posted a slow motion video of this happening. Feel like I waisted my money. Sad because I have had good experiences and competing companies. Wouldn't recommend.

The worst claw place in town! Machines are rigged worse than the slot machines. Extremely disappointed and horrible customer service.

The games were older; some classics. Good represent action of Japanese games, rhythm games, shooters, some carnival classics like basketball and speedball. Some games were in Japanese only so we were a bit lost on all the functionality or options in the games. There aren't many brand new games, but I think that's because new arcade games aren't being produced anymore like they used to be. Expect some of the bugger name older classics. The player 1 gun of Time Crisis aim alignment is completely off which made it feel like lost time playing a broken game. I was probably mist excited to play that. Wish there were more coop beat em up classics like Turtles In Time or the XMen games. It was OK. Likely won't be back but I don't think they're catering to my demographic seeking nostalgia entertainment. I applaud them for being in what I think is a tough business keeping an out of fashion nostalgic relic alive. I wish I had more reasons to return and support the business.

I went with a Las Vegas local so the prices were admittedly lower than usual, but I still thought the general admission price was reasonable too. This is a pretty long roller coaster with lots of twists, turns, a loop, and some big drops. You don't just blink and it's over, so there was time to enjoy it. I also appreciated the fabulous view of the Las Vegas skyline and mountain ranges in the distance. They checked our harnesses twice before the ride began, so it seemed like they were committed to making the ride safe and enjoyable for all. There are convenient lockers to store bags, phones, wallets, keys, etc in and they were a good price ($1). What a fun thing to do while in Vegas! I'd highly recommend it.

First time I ever rode it, I didn't know what I was signing up for. You hear that slow click... click... click as you climb, thinking, "Alright, how bad could this be?" Then it drops and suddenly you're questioning every life decision that led you to that seat. It's fast, it feels a little wild, almost rickety like it might toss you into the Vegas skyline, and I wasn't ready for it. Not even close. But man... what a trip. And here's the thing that ride became more than just a thrill. One of the last trips I ever took with my dad, we rode that coaster together. I didn't know at the time he was sick... didn't know he had cancer. He never told me. But I remember that ride clear as day. I was focused on grabbing one of those little souvenir keychains after, something simple. He had other plans wanted the bigger photo, something we could hold onto. At the time, I didn't think much of it. Now? That picture means everything. So every time I go back to Vegas, I ride it. No questions asked. It's tradition. And for something that looks compact tucked into the Strip, this thing punches way above its weight. It hits speeds around 67 mph, throws you through a full loop and a barrel roll, and pulls enough G-force to make you feel like a fighter pilot for a few seconds. It's one of the few coasters right on a major city strip like this, and it doesn't hold back. By the time you step off, your legs are a little shaky, your stomach's doing a reset, and yeah you're probably ready to eat something. Quick tip: don't ride it at the end of a long night. Either go in fresh or give yourself some buffer after eating. This one's got some bite. I'll be honest it's not about chasing thrills like I used to. I'm not some hardcore coaster guy. But this? This is different. This is memory, adrenaline, and tradition all wrapped into one loud, fast, unforgettable ride above Las Vegas. Ride it once for the thrill. Ride it again for the ones you remember.

They have a variety of virtual booths where you can jump into all kinds of games. You can play solo or team up, and trust me, once you start, it's hard to stop. I played about six different games, and every single one was interactive, engaging, challenging, and very active. Who needs the gym when you can burn calories dodging virtual obstacles and playing life-sized games? The highlight of our night was a game of life-sized ping pong. Oh My Gosh, so much fun. We split into two teams, adults versus kids (the kids crushed us). I'll post a video of my kids battling it out; honestly, even if you don't play, it's a blast just to sit back and watch. Besides the interactive games, they also have a pretty cool bar area where you can grab snacks and drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, whatever you're in the mood for. They host birthday parties and special events too, which is awesome because this place is a guaranteed good time. The restrooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the overall vibe is welcoming. I highly recommend a visit. Whether you're competitive, casual, or just going to watch, they truly have something for everyone!

I don't think I'll be back for the Alice party.

MGM Grand Incident at Level Up…read more On Sunday, May 24, we came to Level Up at MGM Grand for Karaoke to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday and Memorial Day. We were enjoying ourselves up until the following incident with the bartender Ray. I've dealt with busy bars, stressed staff, and occasional misunderstandings before, but this was on another level entirely. The bartenders communication skills were lacking from the start. We seem to be bothering him when trying to place orders. Not once were we greeted, welcomed or even asked if there was anything that we would like to order we had to call on him from across the bar for any type of service. What should've been a normal interaction turned hostile when the bartender demanded my husband owed him $6 for my Coke. My husband explained that he was gambling at the bar for the last half hour, but the bartender insisted he owed him $6 because I was not sitting there when he came with the drink, that he would not comp the beverage. Then came the request for him to place it on a tab so that we could move to a table closer to the stage. He outright refused to listen with dismissive responses, and instead of letting anyone finish speaking, he talked over my husband and daughter and escalated the situation. Rather than being professional, he became aggressive and confrontational immediately. The most frustrating part was being falsely accused of using profanity when no such act occurred. When my daughter told him he was being rude he shouted at her that she was rude and that's when the false claim was made that her boyfriend swore at him when he looked up at the man shouting at his girlfriend and had not said one word. Instead of resolving anything, the Bartender Ray took the incident personally and took it to the next level by calling Security to have us escorted out of Level Up, claiming we were irate, aggressive and he felt threatened by our presence, refusing us service. Despite this we remained composed yet justly upset and being publicly treated like we had done something wrong over a completely fabricated accusation was embarrassing and unnecessary. The security guard apologized and said he didn't understand why the bartender was so angry and that we did not need to leave the premise but needed to leave the venue. I understand customer service can be difficult, especially in a busy environment, but basic professionalism, listening skills and respectful communication should still be expected, especially in a tourism driven industry. Unless management seriously addresses how staff interacts with their customers I won't recommend this place and will never return. My husband is a retired veteran and I have over 30 years experience, in executive sales & customer service. I currently work in the hospitality industry for the largest 4 star resort in North America here in Las Vegas. I completely understand working with unreasonable customers, and we were not that in this instance. Far from it. We are very supportive and treat all service workers with respect. We are good paying customers that also gamble and all we expected was basic common courtesy. Retaliation toward paying customers is unacceptable and any employee in any situation that abuses power because they're having a bad day should be held accountable for their actions.
