I already felt uncomfortable with that, and unfortunately, what happened next validated my concern. When I went to close my tab, staff could not locate my credit card for approximately 15 minutes. The bartender eventually told me that her manager had taken my card "to the back." While they had my credit card in their possession, I began receiving multiple fraudulent purchase attempts on that same credit card totaling close to $1,000. Given the timing and the fact that my card was out of my possession and could not be located for an extended period while in the custody of Dave & Buster's staff, I am extremely concerned that my card information was compromised there. I will be filing a police report and reporting the incident through the appropriate corporate channels. My advice to anyone visiting this location: do not allow them to hold your credit card. Do not leave your card behind the bar to keep a tab open. Pay as you go or use another payment method.
