Very cute, cozy establishment nestled in the corner of this small shopping center. They have about 20 claw arcade machines and a couple of places for parents to sit while the kids play the machines. If kids are having trouble getting the same stuffy, Carolina will make it easier for them to get it by moving it for easier capture or falling into the prize area. They have quite an array of different selection of toys relevant to today's pop culture. Carolina was working today and she was great with customer service and helping us understand how to navigate their token system. DO NOT GO HERE, TOTAL SCAM!! Spent $20 and they guarantee a prize per $10 spent, there is a reason, their machines appear to be rigged to lose, so they have to give you something for your money. See video, almost every attempt on every machine that we had a solid grip on the plush the claw appears to open slightly about half way up and drop the item, despite having a good grab multiple times in a row. Clerk didn't offer to assist or mix up or help in any way. When I complained about the place being a terrible scam all she said was I was being rude and not timing it right. My daughter and I decided to try out PICK ME Claw Arcade, which is located off of the 95N/Lake Mead exit. It's right next to Panera Bread and Taj Palace. There are plenty of parking spots available too! We stopped in around 3:00 P.M. on a Monday afternoon. There was no one inside PICK ME Claw Arcade except us! Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working, and it was 115 degrees outside! It was pretty warm inside PICK ME Claw Arcade. The team member at the front had stated that the AC technician was supposed to arrive earlier in the day but never did. It was rescheduled for 4:00 P.M. the same day. There are a lot of claw arcade machines available inside PICK ME Claw Arcade. There are some standard plush machines and some miniature ones that have key chains or mini purses! 1 Token Per Game play $5 5 Tokens $10 11 Tokens $20 24 Tokens $50 65 Tokens $100 135 Tokens 1 Trade in (same Day redemption) 1 Prize Wheel Spin on Every $40.00 Guaranteed Win - 12 Tokens. We also got 2 tickets for the monthly raffle. It was for a large Large Cinnamoroll Bunny! We ended up getting 3 extra tokens for the prize wheel spin since we purchased the $50 for 65 tokens! The games were interesting. Unlike a lot of other claw arcade places in the valley, the machines are set up differently. The mechanic is that it will pick it up and immediately drop the prize until it's programmed to win. It would continuously drop the prize from the claw. It was difficult for me, but my daughter didn't mind it too much! Some of the plush included Mario Themed, Kirby, Capybaras, Sanrio products, and much more! I was hoping to get the Piccolo Key Chain from Dragon Ball Z. We spent about 10 tokens, with no luck getting it, unfortunately! The customer service was absolutely phenomenal at PICK ME Claw Arcade. It was a Sunday afternoon maybe around 12pm and we were the only ones there. It was great since we got to play on any machine we wanted without waiting! Carolina was really nice and helpful as well. I was hoping for a Japanese Game Center experience and have to admit I was slightly disappointed here. The arcade is small and becomes cramped very quickly if more than one party is present. There was one employee present during my visit and she seemed oddly disinterested in all of the customers. The prizes are mostly generic imports from China; I can attest to this since boxes of prizes were stored in the restroom! This is probably better geared towards small children looking for Nintendo plushies than any Japanese Game Center aficionado. The selection of items in the claw machines is quite small. The trade-in system is useful if you're looking for something huge to gift someone. You could also just buy a clean plushie from Tokyo Discount. The smaller machines are programmed to play Girls Generation's "Gee" on repeat; if you're like me and consider this a form of torture, avoid those machines. read more

We highly recommend this location! We went to one other claw place and the service at Pick Me Claw Arcade was waaay better. I asked the lady behind the prize desk if she had any tips and she gave me a hint, which is more then other places have done. She said to try and get the plushies closer to the square hole because those give us a better chance of winning. At the end of the day, the machines are still randomized--sometimes you win and sometimes you don't. It is like gambling for kids! But I like this location because they help make it a little easier for kids who are playing. I have a 5 year old and 2 year old and they made sure that my kids didn't go home empty handed. And they did it with a smile. That was what made things comfortable and less stressful for me. If we left with nothing, I would have some seriously sad kids! And at the last claw place, I only won one toy so that left one kid happy and one kid upset. As for the quality of the plushies, they are good! I don't think they felt or looked cheap at all. I thought they were soft and didn't feel like those cheap carnival prizes you get at circus circus. My kids were plenty happy with them. No complaints. It is also very clean and set up where you have plenty of space to play without being bothered by other guests. Though, we went when no one was there so we had the place to ourselves. We didn't have to rush or compete for machines. I can see the place getting busy on the weekend because the space is a little small for many people. But still was a super cute shop. The claws themselves usually always pick up the toy. The lady told me that the machines are programmed to always pick up the toy if you place it properly in the center, but whether it'll hold on to it all the way to the exit depends on your luck. I always thought that claw machines were based on skill, but after going to a couple of these places now--I fully believe and understand that it is mostly luck! Though, you must have the skill to place the claw correctly and also do it within the time limit and find the plushies that can be picked up and aren't stuck in the machine. Finally, pricing. It was $10 for 11 tokens and $20 for 24 tokens. And each machine cost one token, so $1. If you buy over 40 dollars, you get to spin the wheel, which can win you some bonus tokens. We did the $20 deal because it was our first time here and we wanted to just test things out. But I would come back and possibly spend a bit more to spin the wheel and get more plushies. The kids can trade the plushies up for bigger prizes. I think you would need at least 6 to start getting the trade-ins behind the desk, but that seems fair. Some of the really big ones require a trade in of 18-24 plushies...so you'd have to get really lucky for those. Overall, this was a fun little stop for us. My kids do everything really fast so it occupied them for about half an hour, but we got plushies out of it and they left with big smiles and wanting to come back. Oh yeah! And they have a stool for little kids to stand on so they can press the button and move the controller. This was awesome because I didn't have to worry about carrying my kid to see the machine plus holding my stuff and also holding the coins and prizes. You can also trade wins for other prizes and bigger stuffies. They also have a free program that you can store left over tokens and plushies for trade on. This place is a regular for my son and I. It's official, this is the kids favorite claw arcade! We went for the second time this past weekend, I had saw on Instagram that they had some new machines delivered so I knew the kids would be excited. So like last time we got extra tokens for checking in on Yelp and then also bcs of the 10% card, woohoo! There were more people in the store this time but we still had space to take our time at the machines. The guy behind the counter was super nice and helpful, he helped us and another lady with some of the toys in the machines because some toys were jammed packed and impossible to even grab. I totally forgot to get the guys name but he was super sweet with my niece and nephew. He also told my nephew of their banking system and my nephew was so happy about the system because he won 2 toys but wanted to trade for a toy that needed 6 toys. So my nephew "banked" his 2 toys and he received a loyalty card with his info on it and his 2 toys tallied. So each time he goes and if he wins and banks his toys then he can reach the 6 that he needs soon enough. My niece really wanted to win a bracelet this time and those suckers just kept dropping. My niece did win a toy on her own and she just loved it and was so proud of herself. What sets this place apart from the other places is the banking system, the variety of trade in toys and how they have lower trades so there's trades for 1,2,3,4,6 toys... doesn't have to be 10... The facility was brand new and clean with a party room to host birthday events for groups up to 12 people. We had a great time and We ended up winning 4 plushies but most of the plushies in the machine weren't cute. Checked this place out today with my stuffy toy loving claw game son (who's technically an adult!). A bit smaller than I expected after seeing other pictures, but THE NICEST owner!! Really nice guy, very helpful and always cheering people who won on! My son REALLY enjoyed it and the incredibly nice owner and promised to be back. Much closer to us than going all the way to Meadows mall. Really good value on tokens, he has 10% off card but you need to visit the desk FIRST before going to the token machine because you get extras for checking in. Definitely will go again! read more

My husband and I checked out Pick Me Claw Arcade tonight. I have loved claw games since I was a young child. Claw games are always different based on claw size, item spacing, how strongly the claw is lifted up, etc. The plushie ones that I hoped to win from had decent sized claws, excellent spacing, plenty of items, but the mechanism that draws the claw up continuously threw my prize out of the claw - I'll be honest that part sucked. But, I'm not a claw machine genius, so that's par for the course. I spent $40 and walked away with a medium sized Pikachu, a Pickachu keychain, a BTS koala keychain, a darth vader rubber ducky, a plush dolphin, and my husband won an elephant plushie. Amateur players - but we still left happy. The owner talked with us and helped us personally. He was great to us, and gave me extra tokens to give me a better chance to win. I'm sad to say that toy sword kirby, holiday antler stitch, 2 cute sanrio plushies, and eeyore are all still available for someone else to win. I gave it my best effort though! I know there are at least 23 separate games. What really sets this place apart is that if you win items you aren't happy with - you can trade them in for something different at the counter. I had a lot of fun. The place is smaller than I thought it would be, but the layout is fantastic! I hope more people will give this place a try. Owner was very nice and gave my kids extra coins. You can trade in plushies for other things like a pikachu night light, t-shirts, other toys which is cool. My Littles really like the play till you win machine. A couple things we didn't like is how much the jumbo prizes cost (28 plushies if I remember correctly which is 16 more than the other place we usually go to). The machines are also not the greatest because it drops the plushies a lot more often than the other place. We always get at least 1 big plush if we spend $100 at the other place but we only got about 6-8 plushies here. read more

My kids (ages 5 and 6) had a blast at PICK ME Claw Arcade. We went on a Sunday afternoon around 5 and were surprised that we were the only ones there - we were there for about 20 minutes and by that time there were two other families here as well. It was great having the place to ourselves for a bit because there are about 30ish machines to pick from. I spent about 20 dollars and got 22 tokens. Each try in the machine is one token. The machines were a little jerky which caused our toys to fall before getting to the drop. It did frustrate my littles a little and the gentleman working was very nice and helped them out as well. Overall we walked away with four toys and two happy kids. It was money well spent in my book. read more

Sure, the stuffies aren't the best unless you upgrade and they don't have as much of a collection, but they are unique in that they have a save your progress reward system. Service was great, but I agree with other people- these claw machines are calibrated to "new" standards, much more difficult than other claw arcades. I don't want them to set it up to make it easier to win, I just want the machine to work like they did back in the day. I was dead on about six times and had it picked up, only to hit the top and drop. We did leave with three things after spending $20 bucks. The staff make sure you leave with something and will give you an extra token if you got nothing. You won't walk away empty handed, but it's just not as fun. We were first customers of the day and expected to see machines stuffed and ready to go. Many machines had toys well under the plexiglass drop rim. That combined with weak claw mechanics makes this place a more frustrating experience. Owner should adjust them to be in line with other Vegas Claw places. I much preferred The Claw on Flamingo. That place was way better, stuffed machines. I walked away with three at that place too, but it was more fun. read more

Should have listened to the warning I received from my friend regarding Pick Me We have visited the claw machine store on Flamingo over a dozen times, every time leaving with 5-10 stuffies or exchanging them for a larger stuffie or accessory. We were so excited when hearing that Pick Me opened up closer to us! My girlfriend went a day before us and told us it was no good and that every stuffie they grabbed ended up being dropped. I told my daughter we'd check it out since it's on the way to the Flamingo claw machine store. After grabbing 6 stuffies and having all of them drop as soon as the claw reached the top I asked the gentleman working what the trick was. He stated that it's simply the way the owner has the machines programmed and it's at random if the machine keeps enough pressure on the item when it reaches the top. So you're telling me that it doesn't matter if I am able to grab an item it's up to the machine to allow me to win it. I couldn't believe how many times we both had grabbed stuffies from different machines and we were never "allowed" to win the items. I ended up giving the rest of our coins to another family and we left.. on the way to The Claw USA on flamingo where we can actually WIN what we grab. I hope the owner reads this and understands that we weren't the only frustrated family in your store. This felt so scammy! Extremely disappointed as this would have been a fun, close to home outing Videos posted of how the machines work UPDATE 1/19/23 The owner had a sad response to my review of Pick Me. As I stated, we immediately drove to The Claw on Flamingo, where we won over 12 stuffies and were able to trade them for a giant stuffy. The point of going to a claw machine place wasn't to waste our money and only be able to win a stuffie if an employee set the machine up to do so.. as this gentleman offered us. I gave away our last FOUR coins to a family who had entered after us and warned them (after hearing their disappointed reactions multiple times) that the claws weren't letting you win. We lost plenty of stuffies at The Claw but most of what we grabbed we were able to win. It's clearly not based off a computer program like Pick Me explained it was. I understand negative reviews are never desired but the "owners" response was pretty disappointing. I again, would hope you'd visit The Claw and take notes on how the place is operated.
