Brewery Review - Name: Cycle Brewing - Beer: Sunday '24 12.5% Barleywine - Aesthetics- Bikes on racks, art on walls, open air, barrel-aged heaven - Service: Quick, efficient, friendlier than normal - Chairs: wooden stools - Bathroom: nothing to write about, clean

So said this place closed yesterday but so happy we were able to experience it before they did! I always purchased their beers via the Travour app and trying them on tap was even better! This was a cool, chill brewery with mainly barrel age stouts, they did have a pale ale which was very freaking.

Came in for a beer but not much variety on the menu. Tried to look at beers on tap on website but no menu found. See pic for selection. 7 Stouts, 5 barleywine, 1 pale ale, 1 pilsner, 1 coffee porter and 1 IPA. Service was good! Nice art for purchase on the walls. Good music!

Second visit to St Pete, had to come back to Cycle! This time I tried the Crank IPA, as well as a peanut butter-banana BA stout. Both were fantastic! I just love the vibe of this spot and will always make sure I stop in when I'm in St Pete. Great location, with lots of other restaurants and bars nearby. Check it out!

Came here today to try yet another brewery that we hadn't tried yet. I was impressed with the selection of beers and with the help of the bar tenders we were able to settle on a few. There selection was unique in that they had a great selection of high abv porters and stouts. The ambiance was relaxed and inviting. We absolutely enjoyed our visit and will certainly be back.

Good beer. Could get a half pint for $3! Score! We all tried something different. I liked the ' Millwise - unusual name so I would love the story behind it! Bartender was nice. Unfortunately, no sours available the day we went. Cool place, small, but artwork is really cool. Check it out!

I have been coming here for a while and I to be honest I only have eyes for one beer. I am a huge fan of the Cream and sugar please porter. I mean huge. If cream and sugar please is available at an establishment that's not a brewery this is my go to beer. So me being where they make it I'm game. My partner isn't much for porters but he was wanting to try something new. He got the barrel aged banana bread. It's was super sweet and not quite mead like but reminded me of mead. The service was great and the bartender is great. It seems like every time we go there he's working. They've got a great space both inside and out. It was a nice day so we sat outside and enjoyed our beers. Cool thing: The porter options they have more than most places!

Came into this sunny Saturday afternoon for some cool refreshment. We were greeted by fun and artistic decor and friendly bar tenders. They gave some great recommendations and were very knowledgeable about their products. I got their Hazelnut Cream & Sugar, Please. It was a fantastic coffee porter. I will definitely be back again.

We arrived mid afternoon on a Monday and October 2021. This came up as a brewery in the area while we were visiting the Saint Pete brewing location and was an easy two minute walk from there. While it is much smaller than others it is certainly all craft beer and sours. Again there is metered parking in the area but on a busy weekend I can imagine it would be hard to find parking. The nice thing is after 6 PM parking is free. My husband opted for the o'lmilly and I got the up cycled (raspberry sour). The beers were good but they were just not quite what we were looking for. The raspberry sour is very tart which I appreciated being that most can be over sweet. Inside the location there is a lot of artwork that is available for purchase another wonderful nod to the downtown area of Saint Pete and the many artists that are out there

Solid beer with a variety of options. We tried their stouts and IPA and everything was good. We were able to sit on the outside portion with our dog. Cycle Brewing is in a great location on the main street of downtown St. Petersburg. I would definitely come back here.

Cycle Brewing is a fantastic brewery, if you love barrel aged stouts. It's what they are known for, and it is their stand out product. So many delicious options, which includes old school favorites along with new ones, but it doesn't quite have the same refreshing factor and easy drink ability that Florida makes you crave. They do offer some lighter lagers and pilsners along with some really fantastic sours for those not into stouts. They have a few outdoor communal seating benches and a few two tops inside and a few larger tables. I would definitely make this a pit stop on your st. Pete brewery tour.

All jokes aside with the hands and the beers- this place is phenomenal - great vibes, great staff and amazing beer. Everything you could want from a great craft beer place. Super calm super clean super easy-going staff. Will be back!

One of my favorite Breweries in St. Pete! It's not very big but it's a nice spot. Limited outdoor seating but the day we went the large door was open so it appeared larger. They have a ton of Barrel Aged brews! And that was good by me. I had the Marshmallow with Vanilla, which I worried might be too sweet but it was spot on! Friendly staff too. Definitely worth a stop!

Yes, and the also do crowlers

Are kids allowed at Cycle?

Yes, I have seen others bring their kids. Of course they can't drink but it's a chill bar with outside and inside seating areas.

We chose to sit in the inside bar because there was air-conditioning. The warehouse area gets a little hot and stuffy, but on nice nights or on cooler days they have tons of outdoor seating as well. We both tried their barrel aged to vanilla Porter. It it was very good, but we both did not want something that heavy to drink. My husband ended up switching to the Marzen which was their Oktoberfest beer. I enjoyed a glass of the chocolate strawberry stout, which is just as delicious as it sounds! Because it is heavy, I could only do one glass and then switched and got a flight of cider and seltzers. I was able to try the pineapple, dole whip vodka soda, which was very tasty. I also tried their rosé cider as well as their dry Irish cider, and their apple strudel cider. All of them were delicious and their rosé cider is probably one of the first that actually tasted like rosé. We also decided to get a little flatbread pizza to snack on. It definitely is small think of a child's size pizza but the flavor was good.

But, the food that we had was well below-average food and delivered by a grumpy food runner guy (who I think was a manager maybe?). The $9 "soft" pretzel was teeth-shattering - it's like if you were ordering oatmeal and instead they brought you a crunchy granola bar. The sandwiches we had were just ehh - nothing that you would tell anyone about, and leave you the feeling that someone pulled one over on you. Overall, cool spot - but just hang and play games without choosing to eat.

I ordered a flight of six beers, but the gentleman working there (who I'm pretty sure runs the place) was kind enough to pour me a few additional samples as well. Every single beer was excellent. I even enjoyed the stout, and I'm usually not a stout fan at all. That's how good the beer was here. I honestly can't pick a favourite because I genuinely enjoyed every beer I tried. The atmosphere was great too. I loved the movies playing inside while we enjoyed our drinks, and the service was exceptional. The gentleman helping us was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. We ended up having some great conversations, and you could tell he's genuinely passionate about brewing and his craft. I always have a lot of respect for people who care that much about what they do. If you're a craft beer fan, I highly recommend stopping in for a flight, some great beer, and some friendly conversation. This place is a gem. Great Beer, Relaxed Vibe, and Dog-Friendly Patio…read more We recently stopped by St. Pete Brewing Company while visiting St. Petersburg, Florida, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This brewery has a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly fits the St. Pete vibe, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a quality craft beer. I tried the Big Beak Pale Ale, and it was excellent. Smooth, well-balanced, and easy to drink, with just the right amount of hop character. It's the kind of beer you can enjoy on a warm Florida afternoon without feeling overwhelmed, and it pairs perfectly with the outdoor setting. You can tell they take pride in their brewing--everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully crafted. One of the highlights is the outdoor patio. It's spacious, relaxed, and a great place to hang out with friends or simply enjoy the weather. Even better, the patio is dog-friendly, which is always a huge plus for those traveling with pets or locals who like to bring their pups along. The overall atmosphere is casual and friendly, never rushed or pretentious. Service was solid--staff were attentive, knowledgeable about the beers, and happy to make recommendations. Even though it was busy, everything moved smoothly and efficiently. Parking is something to be aware of before you go. There is no free parking on site, but there are metered street parking options and a nearby pay-by-plate parking lot, which was easy enough to use once you know what to expect. Overall, St. Pete Brewing Company is a great stop for anyone looking for good beer, a relaxed environment, and a welcoming, local feel. Whether you're a visitor or a local, it's absolutely worth checking out. We'll definitely be back next time we're in St. Pete.

They have tons of outdoor space and play areas for your kids and your pets. they also have a large outdoor seating area that is covered. Their indoor seating is what is actually limited. One of the reasons we ended up back over here was because one of the bartenders that one of the other breweries had said if you're looking for good food and beer, you need to go to cage out of all of the breweries that we spend a lot of time in in the Saint Pete and treasure Island area. Cage has the largest man selection by far. They offer everything from pizza to wings to items for your dogs to enjoy. I chose the Panini with meatballs and it was really good and I really liked the anti pasta salad that it went with it. My husband got the wings with the garlic Parmesan sauce on the side. He said they were good. He just would've liked a little bit more in the order. The beer is also really good here. My husband chose their standard core, the octopus. It is similar with an amber, but not quite to the depth of it, but has a really nice finish. I chose their peanut butter Porter, which is by far one of the best, and when it comes to the flavor of peanut butter. It is my absolute favorite. Parking I imagine can be a challenge as we only saw a street parking in the area unsure if there is a parking lot that they have privately.
