I desperately needed a vehicle and went to them for help I told them my needs and they sold me a Lemon. A 2019 Ford explorer I put $3,000 down and have made three payments on a vehicle I cannot even drive. The transmission went out the first night I got it. They took it back and fix that problem. Then a few days later the engine went out in the car. They had my car for over a month and said that they fixed that as well. After about a week the engine blew going down I-25. I had to pay 275.00 to have it towed home. They told me they had a solution for me. Which was getting me another car loan for another car but they said they couldn't give me legal advice on what to do with the car I already had. So they tried to stick me with the Ford explorer on top of a Dodge journey they were trying to get me to buy for $10,000. When I refused the offer, because I am a woman of little means they weren't nice anymore. Amy threatened to call the police on me and have me thrown off their lot. Amy told me she didn't care about my daughter with disabilities and didn't care how I got my car off the lot but if I didn't get it off the lot she was going to call the police on me. So here I am stuck with a car that don't run and a loan that I have to pay off with no car to drive. Please think twice about buying a vehicle from this company but they are crooks and take advantage of disabled people and children.

I had terrible customer service from Amy in particular. They did not help fix this issue, and Amy straight up told me to stop contacting them regarding this issue.

I was interested in an Infiniti G37x that they had available on their lot. I went in last Friday…read more(8/21) and was greeted by Cliff. He was very pleasant to talk with. After the test drive, I was still interested in the car but they had not done an inspection, and the warranty included in the price of the vehicle was not extensive enough for me to feel comfortable purchasing it without one. Cliff was very gracious and allowed me to have my preferred mechanic pick up and inspect the car on Monday (8/24). The inspection found a few issues and some potential issues. The immediate retail cost for me to service the vehicle "needs" was estimated at $870; with a follow on cost for new tires depending on selection, but certainly no less than $400. With this in mind we negotiated to have Antera service only the "needs" and I would pay their full asking price (which would leave me to purchase tires at some point in the future). Regrettably the manager didn't agree with these terms, and did not offer a counter, so we parted on good terms but without a deal. Today (8/28), I was contacted by Cliff (very cordially) and was told the manager had agreed to fix one of the two "needs" at the full asking price. Unfortunately I had purchased a very similar car from another dealership two days ago (8/26). If not, I would have considered this counter... ... would seem to me a missed opportunity given the delay in proposing a counter; otherwise all other elements to a car buying process were fine.

A few days later they called and showed us what their mechanic said and it stated that everything was fine. We purchased the car. Then a month later the steering went out and cost us 2,000 dollars to replace it. Then next thing to go out was the odometer it stoped showing the mileage. 2 months after buying it our car broke down on the side of the road. We took it to shop and the engine died and would cost us 10,000 dollars to repair even though the car was worth less. We called the dealership and asked if they could do anything to help and the guy we talked was rude and threatened us saying they deal with this type of situation all the time and had lawyers that will beat anyone in court if we tried to take any legal action. The experience was okay. I wouldn't rave but I wouldn't say it was bad. My son was promised a couple of things from the sales department, including a full size spare, which we are still waiting for since they, after a year, sent him a donut. When Ford was asked my son was just told they didn't have any. After a year you would assume they could have procured at least one. ***Side note on Loveland Fords customer service / sales dept. The salesman was asked for a simple Ford hat. The salesman couldn't even muster up enough decency to get a new one. Instead, he gave my son a used hat that had been sitting on the salesman's dash. Needless to say, that hat got thrown out right away.*** When my son took possession of the vehicle he was informed of a recall. I called on his behalf multiple times, but it never seemed as if the parts were ordered. We never got an update, and we never got a straight answer when we called. It only took a year for the first recall to be addressed. Then there was a separate recall for his engine. Ford got my sons escape in but did not keep us informed or updated. My wife had to post one of these negative posts to light a fire under the service department's feet. The car was returned in a timely manner. This was our first decent experience with this dealership. After we got the car, the service tech asked me to ask my wife to remove her negative post. This did not happen as the experience was had and future customers needed to know what they would be facing when dealing with this dealership. Within a couple weeks the check engine light came on and the entire car started shaking while driving. My son set up another appointment to bring the car back. He dropped the car off (4/16), speaking to Charlie the service tech. Charlie made the joke that the Escape was almost brand new with all the recalls cleared up. If this is how a new car behaves from Ford then I might go to Chevy or Dodge for my next vehicle. After speaking to Charlie my son was left to find his own way home, with a 16-month-old baby! No courtesy shuttle was offered or rental car provided. My son had to walk for almost an hour carrying a baby and a car seat. I found out about this and got him a ride...no thanks to Ford. Well, today (4/17) my wife called to complain in person. A service writer answered the phone and said that there is no Charlie working there. Unbelievable since my son spoke to him yesterday morning (4/16). If a dealership is willing to lie like this then what other lies are told to customers. If these repairs to the vehicle need to keep happening, then we will find a mechanic that can fix the issues and Ford can pick up the tab. This has become tiresome.
