bought 2 bikes there the second one being about two weeks ago almost lost my life because the bike had no brakes whatsoever and was not ready for the road, instead of not losing my life I lost all of my toes on my right foot and 1/4th of my foot, My left humerus snapped, had to have my left fist and my right ankle reconstructed. The owner is very dangerous, he buys bikes and put them out immediately for sale without inspection or making them road worthy , this is the second bike I've gotten with zero fluid, the first one was a clapped out ninja that had been seriously dumped at High mhp's, it was my own fault for being such an impulsive buy but i've been riding for 33+ years and yes, I did take the bike for a test drive but didn't use the brakes to stop. I made the mistake of downshifting to stop and then when I bought the bike It only took 15 minutes to realize that there were no real actual breaks so I ended up riding directly into a tree at 39 miles an hour and almost lost my life read more

Got my fiancé's old quad running that had been sitting in his dads shed for years with dry rotted tires! I brought it in without him knowing as a surprise. They are busy so it did take a couple of weeks to get back but Brenda let me know what to expect time wise when I was dropping it off. I'm not sure how long repairs normally take but they estimated up to 14 days and had it finished in 13- so pretty much spot on. The owner was also super patient with me and explained everything that needed to be done (and also what I could skip)- he even changed the oil and did not charge me for it. We purchased a moped from these guys and when it was dropped off we did not get what we expected. Moped had trouble starting up and did not go over 10mph on day one. Upon drop off this was noted by us and we were encouraged to drive it and "warm it up"......on Day 3 We called the shop to let them know we were still having issues with the power and that's when we were told to go on YouTube to figure out how to fix it ourselves. When we took it to a mechanic to have it looked at we were told it had water in the carbonator, most likely from being left in the rain. When we called the guys at cycle pros to let them know what we had found we were given a crappy attitude and blamed for the issues. They accused us of putting in shitty gas in the tank. Do not do business with this shop, they do not value you as a customer, once they have your money you're on your own.... read more

Completely regret purchasing anything from these people. They are dishonest, Will say anything to make a sale, could care less about customers. Sold me a bike with bottom end WAITING to blow... took it back and they knew already bike was waiting to blow they just told me "they'd take care of me." Waited two weeks for my bike just to get back a bike that still didn't have front brakes fixed, still didn't have its alignment fixed, carb was filthy (all problems that came with the bike prior to buying , which they told me they take care of, and also failed to mention any of these things he just thought these problems would slip right past me noticing, and if I didn't say anything they never would've fixed them) all the parts on bike were loose had to completely go through bike myself AFTER getting it back from there "top mechanic" Over charged me and lost me as a customer and anyone I know that's looking for a bike Would absolutely not suggest these dishonest people. read more

Went here to buy a thumb throttle for my quad, they said they didn't have any used and had to order me a new one. Took all the info on my quad model year etc. .A week later I came in to pick up the throttle and they gave me a used one off one of there quads but had already charged me for the price of a brand new one online. I already knew this shop had a bad reputation going in so this was no surprise, I won't be doing business with them again. read more

I would strongly suggest against doing business with Cycle Pro or Cycle Pro Salvage. I bought a motor scooter from Cycle Pro's which had a problem with the Breaks and caused an accident. Luckily no one was hurt - but the bike was only purchased 2 weeks prior and was covered under manufacturers warranty. I contacted the Manufacturer and they were helpful and got the issues resolved but I would not recommend doing business with Cycle Pro. read more

Scam artists and liars. I purchased a 2010 dirtbike for my son about 7 months ago from this business. I will start by telling you this: the owner of this shop will lie straight to your face. When I went with my son he confidently told us that the dirt bike he had chosen was "used by one owner who fell off and decided she didnt want to ride anymore." The bike was very lightly scratched (typical for dirtbikes) but when we got the bike home it was a whole different story. Firstly, when they delivered the bike to my house it was not the same bike that we had purchased. They removed several things, like the kill switch button, (this particular machine could be stopped with a key or push killswitch.) I also noticed that they had switched out the padding on the handle bars to an aftermarket company. When the bike arrived the rear and front brakes did not work at all. (they worked when I tested it at the store) .The first day I rode it the front sprocket began to slip. When I removed the cover I was shocked to see the sprocket only had 1 tooth! The rest had snapped off and when I brought the sprocket to the honda dealer they said the bike had the wrong sprocket and chain. It was the sprocket from a yamaha atv. I ended up going all the way to rhode island to get this specific item. About a week later the clutch was blown and had to be replaced. I drained the oil and it looked like it had never been changed in the entire life of the bike. It was deep deep black with metal chunks in it that looked like stars. Ive had atvs and other dirtbikes my whole life and never saw oil in this condition. During the first week I also noticed that the 3rd gear was totally blown. With so many repairs I decided to go back up to honda to get it fully inspected. They told me they couldnt fix the rear or front brake because THE MASTER CYLINDER WAS FROM A 1994 YAMAHA DIRTBIKE. I talked to the honda dealer up the street about this and they told me several other people had brought their bikes up to be fixed and they were all in the same order. Pieced together from dozens of other bikes. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from here because im not the only one whos been ripped off and im sure more people will be suckered out of their hard earned money. I will be posting pictures for proof shortly. -Ive also noticed by pictures from another buyer that im not the only one who had to deal with fake screws (from home depot) and stripped/cracked screws. read more

ALL MOTORCYCLES ARE CHOPPED AND PIECED TOGETHER. The people who work here will lie straight to your face. Many other people have had the same complaint. The bike I purchased was a 2010 but when I brought it to Honda they told me it was basically just a Honda frame and engine with parts from all different brands and years. The sprocket had bolts on it from home depot. One week after getting it home the clutch cable snapped.After trying to get a lever replaced I found out that the master cylinder for the brakes was from a 1992 Kawasaki dirtbike and we had to special order them online because they dont sell the levers in stores anymore. The back brake needed a new pad when I purchased it but they told me it would be replaced and installed before I received the bike. When I got the bike the rear brake wasn't working. They had lied. AGAIN. The sprocket was from the wrong type of bike also. It only had 3 teeth left on it but was hidden under the plastic cover. The final teeth broke off a few days after riding and it had to be replaced. Honda told me it had the wrong chain, wrong sprocket and most of the screws and bolts on the bike were from random brands and models just pieced together. They also told me that the clutch needed to be replaced. The bike wouldn't stay in second gear after a week of riding. The oil was dark as night with chucks of metal in it. It looked like it had never been changed in YEARS even though on the companies website it says all bikes are maintained and inspected before being sold. (Another lie) The oil filter had been removed and I had to buy a new one .The Battery and air filter compartments were filled to the top with mud! (PLEASE SEE PHOTOS) . SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT GET SCAMMED BY THESE GUYS..... LOTS of reviews on here and google are fake, Even the lady "tani" is lying on the reviews. She works in the front office at this business. Dont go here unless you want to be ripped off. VERY SNEAKY PEOPLE. Bikes and atvs are pieced together from random scrap. read more

This place is a scam. They pay the review sites to remove any negative feedback. I bought a dirtbike here and my friend bought an atv. I got a 2009 cr250 and it turned out they replaced the brake cylinder with a 1995 kawasaki so when the lever broke I couldnt find a replacement for it. there were dozens of other problems with this dirtbike beside just the aftermarket brakes. they lied saying the rear brake was fine but when I got the bike it was not working at all. My friends atv was worse. It was 100% chopped. The brake and clutch cables handlebars, everything was from a different motorcycle or atv. they lied to us and said they were new and not ridden much. we brought them both into service under the "warranty" but they wouldnt cover anything broken at all even though it was just 2 days later. I noticed the mechanics chipped a piece of metal and they broke the plastic fairing, plus they put the wrong kind of oil in the transmission. I took my wheels to Cycle Pro at around 11am to get new tires I had purchased put on and balances. They informed me I could pick them up at 2pm. I went back at 2pm to pick up my wheels and notices they have not been touched for 3 hours. They were in the same place they were placed when I took them. One of the workers told me he would have someone mount them in about 15-20 min. So I go out to my car, 20 min later I go back in the shop and see workers standing around talking and my wheels still in the same spot. I informed them I have to work and that I could not wait any longer. They promise to have the tires mounted by the end of the day. I asked my cousin to pick them up for me while I was at work. At 5:45pm my cousin went to pick up the wheels and still almost 7hours later the tires were not mounted on the wheels. When he told them he was taking the the wheels back, the "manager" had the nerve to give him an attitude. Worst customers service and business management I've ever seen. I will NEVER go there or send anyone to Cycle Pro EVER. read more
