The owner is very dangerous, he buys bikes and put them out immediately for sale without inspection or making them road worthy , this is the second bike I've gotten with zero fluid, the first one was a clapped out ninja that had been seriously dumped at High mhp's, it was my own fault for being such an impulsive buy but i've been riding for 33+ years and yes, I did take the bike for a test drive but didn't use the brakes to stop. I made the mistake of downshifting to stop and then when I bought the bike It only took 15 minutes to realize that there were no real actual breaks so I ended up riding directly into a tree at 39 miles an hour and almost lost my life

They are busy so it did take a couple of weeks to get back but Brenda let me know what to expect time wise when I was dropping it off. I'm not sure how long repairs normally take but they estimated up to 14 days and had it finished in 13- so pretty much spot on. The owner was also super patient with me and explained everything that needed to be done (and also what I could skip)- he even changed the oil and did not charge me for it. Will definitely be back.

    In Rockland, MA, Cruze Scooters / IMS stands behind what they sell…read more In 2013, I ordered a 150 cc Chinese scooter from California and asked if International Motor Sports (IMS/Cruze) could receive the shipment, assemble and prep the bike. Although they've since added lines from elsewhere, at the time, they did mainland Chinese scooters from Jonway and had a voluminous inventory of tires and parts... and a huge basement shop to assemble and service what they sold. From the day my bike came in, IMS treated the bike as if the warranty on it was theirs - and the bike ran like a top. Many customers treat Chinese bikes like junk (and the cheapest ones are). So they ignore simple maintenance, flog the bikes mercilessly, and then when they break down, assume their worst suspicions are confirmed. I learned to change the oil (synthetic is best) every 1,000-1,500 miles and add a tiny dash of Enzyme gas additive with every fill-up to neutralize the ethanol in it. That's it. The bike ran a happy 8,000 miles and what little service it needed was promptly done. I got to like the owners and crew downstairs - so after a few years, I ordered a Jonway 250 from IMS. I did my oil and Enzyme trip with it too. IMS took care of incidentals and more thousands of miles ticked by. Eventually, I got a Honda Reflex 250 for extended trips. I was already happy with my reliability but if I needed service far from home, Honda shops are everywhere. I'm old. My lower back blew up and needed surgery and the Reflex got too heavy... my legs too weak. So I returned to IMS to purchase what might well be my last bike - a Cali Classic 125 by Lance. IMS / Cruze had added Lance and Genuine scooters by then. Made (well-made) in Taiwan, the Lance features a cutting-edge ceramic-lined cylinder for improved wear and to better dissipate heat. A glitch developed with the Cali. Somehow, a bag of Silica pellets (to keep pre-assembled gas tanks from rusting in storage) hadn't been removed prior to assembly at the factory. When IMS gassed the bike up, the silica was still in there. The bike began cutting out underway - and we didn't know why. For a month, I was in and out of the shop trying to figure it out. They pulled the tank and flushed it out... blew out the carburetor jets. Still, it kept cutting out and I kept bringing the bike back. Here's when you find what sort of folks you're working with... when you and your bike become a pain in the butt. When I showed up, the Cali got bumped to the head of the line. No one grouched at me, no eye rolls. They replaced the carburetor, the coil, the CDI box - and it flamed out again while one of their people was testing it. At this point, the folks at Lance Powersports stepped in and shipped a new motor... the entire drive-train. All on warranty. Support from the dealer... support from the manufacturer. Integrity all around. Finally, they tracked the problem down and the bike's running happily at last. The owner of IMS emailed me and asked if there was anything else I needed. He offered to ship me some packets of silica, just to show after all this that he still had his sense of humor. You can't ask for more than that.

    RUN!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOTORCYCLE HERE! They don't deserve to be an authorized dealer!…read more My motorbike had an over heating issue and the coolant overflowed on the highway, so I stopped immediately and towed the vehicle to Dunbar since they were the closest dealership at that point and I spoke them over the phone, they seemed really co-operative. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. As soon as I took the motorcycle in, the attitude of the owner changed, he became insanely condescending and rude from get go. Tom Fournier is the owner of this shithole, he said he won't be touching my motorcycle that week since he had a lot of vehicles he was already working on. I asked for an ETA, he mentioned I cannot give you an ETA but as soon as I inspect the motorcycle I will give you a call. He called me 4 days later and mentioned it'd cost me $750 (5 hours of labor) just to inspect what the problem might be. I had never heard or seen someone charging so much just to diagnose the problem. These were his exact words "I can inspect it for $750, but there's no guarantee the motorcycle will be fixed maybe this is the finish line for it and I won't be able to do much". My bike just has 18K miles on it and is in pristine condition, serviced 2K miles back. I genuinely didn't trust him anymore to leave my motorcycle with him, so I called several other dealers in the area, everyone of them quoted $250 for inspecting the issue. 1 hour later after my research I call Tom again saying I want to take my motorcycle off of your hands before you work anymore on it what's the bill amount at right now. He legit quoted me $750!! "If you want to take it out of the dealership now it would cost you $750", when I asked for breakdown of the work he had already put in, he asked me wait and didn't call me or pick my calls for the next 4 days. After 4 days I went all the way to Brockton to check in person. Again the same, "I have already put in the work, so you take it now or later it's going to be $750"! So I asked him to check the issue anyway. 2nd biggest mistake!! He took 2 more weeks, no calls, no emails. Again I went to the dealership to check the status, he just mentioned they have ordered parts to fix the issue. Until this point he had not taken any authorization from me to order the parts and he hadn't mentioned what the labor charges were going to be and had started fixing the issue, at least according to him. At this point I felt stuck! I don't have any means of commute other than my motorcycle, so I kept mentioning please do this as quickly as possible, it's been 3 weeks already and I have been renting cars everyday. Again no updates for another 2 weeks. Finally after a month I went back again, they mentioned they were waiting for one more part and that's it and that it would be ready in a few days. After 5 whole weeks they call me and tell me that the issue is fixed and told me the bill amount it $2.3K! Yep, for a mere overheating issue he took 5 weeks and charged me 10 hours of labor and got the bill to $2288. I went to pick my motorcycle up, I didn't question any details about the issue itself since I knew he was gonna jump at me for it unprofessionally. When I asked how I could pay the bill he said up to you, cash or card. I paid with my credit card, without informing anything to me he charged me extra $75. Yep, after having been overcharged for an overheating issue he also charged me $75 for using my credit card, when I had debit card and cash too. I'm Indian, I don't know what preconceived notion he has about our race, when I asked him why he didn't even mention about the CC charges his exact words were "You can pay this for sure, what's your salary? I'm pretty sure you earn more than me" and in the process of doing this yelled at my father too, who wasn't even part of the conversation. I have never walked away from a seller this angry or dissatisfied ever. I would have given him -ive or 0 ratings if that was even possible.

They told me it would be $250 to diagnose the issue. I brought it over and dropped it off and confirmed how much it would cost. I got a call a few days later saying it's one of two things that could be wrong with it and it would cost me $800 to fix. I said I'd think about it and the owner said I had to pay that amount - no questions. I said no, I'll just take my bike and give you the $250 we originally agreed upon. When I went to pick up my bike, it was literally in pieces. I was baffled. I took my bike back and after a month or so realized maybe there was a miscommunication so I called him back to get it fixed and over with. I told him, go for it but if it costs more than the bike is worth (about $4000) then don't bother. He then fixed it and tried charging me $4500. I told him to keep it. I went over there and signed the title to his name. It was just an overall bad experience. Not sure if it was miscommunication or he's actually a bad person. Either way, that's not how you do business.
