I went in to request a simple price adjustment on a BOPUS purchase within two days of a sale, which is clearly within company policy. I was polite and was not returning any used items. Instead, I was literally treated like a village idiot by a key holder in front of a crowd of customers. The interaction was so uncomfortable that I left the store extremely upset without even staying to shop the 20% off sale. Another customer spoke with me afterward because she noticed how I had been treated. The only explanation I could even begin to consider was the color of my skin because there was no reason for the hostility. I say this with confidence because a woman in front of me, who was the same race as the cashier, was not censured for her price adjustment. In fact, the key holder was extremely helpful and polite to her. For some reason, I received adverse treatment for the exact dame transaction. To add, I have witnessed irate customers being treated with more courtesy than I received that day. I literally walked out in tears. Since I tutor in the area I decided to give the store a couple more chances. Unfortunately, those visits were not any better. On two occasions, the assistant manager noticed me and seemingly chose to ignore me, and I was not greeted by anyone. During my last visit. the same key holder, who treated me poorly, was standing at the front texting for over 10 minutes and did not even acknowledge that I had come back into the store. I have never been in a Bath and Body Works store and watched an employee lean against a fixture and text for an extended period of time with seeming impunity, and I have been a customer for over two decades! It is clear that this company does not put its employees on notice. Otherwise, employees would not continue to behave however they want on company time in front of paying customers. Shopping for these products should feel welcoming and enjoyable. My experience at Riverstone was the exact opposite.

During busy days like this, you don't want to find yourself standing in long winding lines, like me, only to discover that they have an area designated for store pick up. It would be very helpful if they had a sign showing where the pickup area is. Fortunately, before I made it halfway through the line, I watched a couple of other people pick up their orders to the far right of the counter. So, I jumped out of one line and into the correct one. I also had a minor issue with the online process. For some reason, I couldn't pay online with Apple Pay. Since I don't know my debit card number by heart, I actually had to walk about 100 feet to my bedroom and dig through my purse to get my card. I'm sorry y'all, I was being lazy BUT the site should work as intended. For this reason and for it not being clear where store pickups are, I give 3 stars.

Went to the Modily AT&T retailer and they ended up loosing the phone number then adding two new numbers to the account and adding a bunch of extra services we did not want. We went from ZERO spam calls to about 20 EVERY DAY. STAY AWAY FROM THE MODILY AT&T STORE AT US 59 AND GRAND PARKWAY IN SUGAR LAND TX!!!! THEY WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF EVERY PENNY YOU HAVE.
