The girl that was there was just plain rude to her they skipped her because she doesnt speak English, all she had to do was give her the phone number. She understands basic English, maybe if they listen and have a good customer service they would be more understanding. My ear speaker on my iPhone stopped working a few months back, yes you read that right. So for the…read morepast six months I either answered my phone on speaker or if I couldn't trust what you were going to say I sent you to voicemail. So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.

I moved into a Senior Complex that said we had to use a certain service. That company charges for everything even after telling me to get equipment with Best Buy. Now I have to return it. I asked my phone company that provides service to the company that charges for everything if I could just use them instead of having to go through the middle company. No. Well, I decided to visit T-Mobil for the WiFi and Internet service for $50 a month and equipment. No extra charges. The Sales Rep, Cristian, was AWESOME! He programmed my device and all I needed to do was plug it in to my wall outlet. Wonderful! So glad I came in here. I still have phone service with the other company that would not provide service unless I went through the third person. T-Mobile said they can lower my phone bill. I may consider them. I know thousands of people have cable, Internet, WIFi and phone service through that other company, yet they also have phone service through other companies. Time for us to wake up! If you are being billed separately from your rent, look elsewhere. Ten stars to T-Mobil and Cristian!
