My ear speaker on my iPhone stopped working a few months back, yes you read that right. So for the…read morepast six months I either answered my phone on speaker or if I couldn't trust what you were going to say I sent you to voicemail. So I used the "project" tab on Yelp to request a quote to see how much it would cost to fix. Ben at Intouch Wireless was the first to respond. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I really like how engaging Ben was and how he took the time to answer my questions and not over charge me once I showed up in person.

April 14, 2025 (Update) Unfortunately, due to T-mobile unclear instructions, I rated the wrong person on their text survey. After a highly irritating call with a sales representative today, I was presented with a survey shortly after, naturally, I believed this survey to be associated with today's(4/14). However, upon a message from T-mobile, I was informed this zero rating went to the wrong person. UNACCEPTABLE! T-mobile as a company needs to do better so that good employees do not suffer for the bad.

dont recommend going to this place, was charged 160 for an "original screen" for my iPhone 15 pro…read moremax, and when I got my phone back the screen itself was sticking out about the thickness of a screen protector, then a protector on top, noticed very laggy display, when watching movies and videos if there's a scene that has a flash of some sort the screen would dim and slowly fade back to normal. Phone was heating up more often, I had the phone close to 2 years and never really had an issue with it overheating or getting hot in general and after the replacement I noticed that from only being in my pocket or if it's sitting somewhere charging it'll be hot with no apps running. One day I pulled my phone out and it was just all black I assumed my brightness was set to the lowest due to the screen turning on thinking it's being tapped to wake and being in a dark area I tried turning up the brightness and nothing happened, when I got to a dark area I noticed that the screen was actually on but it was just all black nothing was displaying, don't recommend coming to this place for a replacement. very disappointing
