I asked in my neighborhood Facebook page for a recommendation on where to go for a tune-up of my bike. Cool Cat Cycles was the first place mentioned, so I gave them a call. I took my bike in around 11:00 and discussed what my beloved old Mango bike might need. I was happy to hear that, overall, my bike was in great shape. I was advised to do the basic level of tune-up & was told that it might be 3-4 days before my bike was ready. Imagine my happy surprise when I hit a phone call about 3-4 HOURS later!! Woohoo! I went right away to pick Mango up & took the homemade cookies with me to show my appreciation for the quick service. As promised, my 20+ year older bike now looks & seems brand new. Came in few weeks ago. Was excited to support small local business. They are respecting your social distancing which is nice however poor customer service. They are more concerned on helping people who will spend more money and were extremely rude. Take your business elsewhere and support other local business who care about you. read more

So order a bike from people out in California right, just a preferred choice. So getting my bike, not knowing they forgot my pedals like really. Came across this place, to let my husband know they also have bikes maybe pedals sold separately. So he goes, asked a question to a women, who OWNS the place. So asking his question, wondering if she'll help him NOT! She calls on another guy to help (Technician) answer his question while, he was helping other people. Like how rude, you own the place. You should know what's in it (Bikes and parts). Instead your interested in your phone more like it. Anyways poor guy had to leave another person to help my husband for some pedals that she could've help with. Yes I wasn't there but NObody treats my man like that. With the bike shortage waiting to get a new bike has been a slow process, however as soon as it came in they asked me to come by and test drive it. I called the other day asking about if they size people for bikes and got back a very snappy and rude response saying, "Um, well are you going to buy a bike in my shop?". I was very polite on the phone and was excited to look for bikes at this shop. I wasn't demanding to be fitted for a bike, I was simply asking and would have respected a "yes" or a "no". However, she decided to be unnecessarily rude. Nobody deserves to be talked to that way, especially not a potential customer. read more

Website says open until 7:00 on Tuesdays; drove 20 miles to get there yesterday at 6:45 and it was closed.

They did a great job fixing my sons bike and did so at a very reasonable cost. Everyone there is very friendly and were quick to answer my questions about the bike I'm looking to purchase. read more

Very disappointed with the way I was treated, looking at the good reviews I contacted the store over the phone and asked them about the repair for my 2 bikes and I was told to get the bikes and they would look into it immediately and will be able to work on them. Once I gave them the bikes they said they have some more bikes to repair and soon will repair my bike and told me that I should get a call the next day. When I called the next day they tell me that the bikes will be done by afternoon and again when I contacted them in the afternoon they tell me that they are busy for 3 weeks and will do their best to get it repaired soon. When I asked how soon they did not give me any definitive answer. So I did not feel comfortable at all as they have been lying all along just to grab more customers without giving them or telling them the duration of repair. When I went to take my bikes I even spoke to a lady who claimed to be the owner and was telling me that they are overly busy for the next 3 weeks and when I said why you are not informing this upfront to the customers, she replies that she is just being nice to them by not informing them upfront and I can just take my bike and walked away. Had they told me over the phone that it would take them 3 weeks to repair the bike I would have made my decision to take my bikes to them or not accordingly, but instead went through this horrible process.I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
