Went to Geoff for a custom paint job and he found some issues with the bike that needed some fixing, him and his guys are very knowledgeable and have no problem explaining things to the customer. Now granted it turned into costing a little more than I initially anticipated but hey I now have a bike that runs great and looks fantastic. He takes pride in his work and won't return a bike he thinks isn't safe or ready, thanks for really transforming my bike!

First, I searched for and called all of the motorcycle shops in OC to compare the parts and labor for my HD Bobber, and CycleDoctor was the most reasonably priced. Second, Tom, Geoff, Brandon, and Madalin were very friendly, prompt, informative, professional, and really care about their customers' needs and safety. They are true motorcycle doctors with American spirit!!

10% more than SE HD Tuner!

My bike was overheating and also having a noise starting. I have a 110 stage 5 kit on my 2010 Roadking. It was dynoed at HD with a SE Tuner (From SE HD Pro). Took it if expecting major engine issues! Geoff helped to resolve the issues and has a lot of knowledge on how to tune it correctly. Engine did not need any repairs just to be tuned correctly! Geoff also discovered the noise in my primary which is a component which has a track record of failure. Net-net now my bike as a better oil cooler, new tune with 10% more power and a new heavy duty primary compensator and adjuster! Thank's to cycle doctor and Geoff for solving the issues and working with me on the better solutions for my bike!

Geoff is one of those guys...the honest truthful ones that tell you like it is. He is trustworthy and the best around at his craft. It's no wonder Harley owners come from great distance to have Geoff tune their bikes. He has done a variety of upgrades and repairs on my bikes a 1996 custom heritage and a 2016 street glide special. On the special he installed fox racing rear shocks and rebuilt the fronts forks. Along with the new Kraus bar set up my bike is unbelievable. It corners and tracks on turns like a sport bike while on a touring cruiser. My bike is totally dialed in as he said it would be. If you are looking for advice or having work done, trust Geoff. Also, "it's not his shop, it's Gods Geoff just runs it for Him". Best sign I've ever seen at a business!

Bike minus swingarm, which was at "doctors" office.

I see where the cycle "dr" has replied that I'm not his customer. No kidding. You jacked me around and I reviewed you. Now you are LYING.

I then went to the store & was greeted by the manger Tim himself and his employee Reese. Both provided excellent customer service. Offered some water or ice cold Gatorade since it was quite hot outside. Which was very nice of them! Now my shopping experience was excellent, they have lots of popular items in stock & you can find some items at a great value. Another thing they do is if they don't have the item in stock they'll provide options for you to hopefully get what you're looking for! Once again shout out Reese for being so patient with me when I was trying things on and shout out Tim for providing great customer service examples to his employees! Both were a great vibe and I left today wishing to come back! I'll see y'all soon!

When it came to Tim the manager, he was inexperienced and brash. He really tried to interject during the whole process. It really tarnished the experience. From what I learned is Tim doesn't ride, didn't know the product. With us being there, he should have just listened to his employee and learned but he couldn't help himself to butt in and give his 2 cents. Which did not add anything to the expereince except make the expereince worse. The female attendant should have been the manager because she was the one who knew the product, knew how to interact with us and how to upsell. She even told us about the sanitation machine that they have so if we do go for a ride, we can come by and put our boots and gloves and jackets inside to have them sanitized. Which was awesome to learn about. Thank you to her we will go back. Tim.... Not so much.

A great place for motorcycle gear!…read more After destroying the laces on my motorcycle shoes and ultimately throwing them out, I've been riding with a pair of slip-on Vans. Not long after doing so I decided it was time to buy another pair. Lazy, and not looking to drive too far from home, I came across this place on Yelp. I never would have guessed that there was a place close to me other than Cycle Gear. Immediately I rode over and arrived maybe 30 minutes before their closing time. It wasn't hard to find the place at all. I walked in and was greeted by Bryan, who showed me around and help me find what I was looking for. They have a good amount of protective gear available such as helmets, gloves, shoes, Kevlar jeans, and boots. They also have Quad Lock products and other motorcycle related things for sale. Prices on their website don't reflect the discounted price that this store sells gear at. Customer service was excellent, Bryan helped me and did not try to upsell me anything. Very cool dude. Parking wasn't hard to find as I arrived when most of the neighboring businesses are closed (I'm assuming). Plenty of spots in the front. I recommend this place to current and future riders!

I just want to share how grateful I am for Brian Heslington,…read morethe owner of Moonshine Industries. I was referred to him by a friend from BACA for what I thought was just a starter problem. It turns out Brian discovered something far more serious--a bolt from the carburetor had fallen into the piston cylinder of the forward jug, which is what seized up my engine. Thankfully, Brian not only found the problem, but because of his respected relationship with the company that had previously done the top-end work and carburetor calibration, he was able to show them their mistake. As a result, the repairs were covered under warranty. I'll save the details of who did that earlier work for another time--but I do want to say this: in an industry where not everyone always operates with honesty and integrity, Moonshine Industries is the real deal. They are professional, trustworthy, and the best at what they do. From here on out, Brian and his team will get all of my repair work, and I'll be recommending them to all of my riding friends and contacts. Brian, I truly hope this post helps bring more clients your way--because our community needs more people like you. Thank you, Brian, and thank you, Moonshine Industries.
