Upon calling Chris at Cascade, he immediately agreed to order a new front wheel from the BMW network and get it shipped overnight. The amazing thing was, he agreed to do this without any payment up-front. He further went out of his way to stay late and wait long after closing time to receive my bike and get it secured in the shop. The next day, the wheel arrived, they prioritized my bike's service and I was able to continue my trip with only a day of lost time. While in the shop, their technician also noticed I was badly in need of rear brake pads and quickly replaced those based on my verbal approval. Cascade Moto and employees like Chris exemplify the best of the BMW dealer network. Thank you Cascade Moto!

I spoke to Jim that was supposedly in charge. I order around $750 in products with claims and excuses of reasons not to fulfill my orders.I filed a better business bureau claim to try to get my money back. This is the exact wording in Bbb. "I ordered some products from this merchant around February 2 2015 in the amount of 524 on my debit card and 259 on my credit card for his half off February promo. After my time frame was up i called and emailed the merchant for my products but each and every time he made up an excuse such as my worker quit, my machine broke and so on. I waited in him because I thought these were legitimate reasons. After a few more emails there was not contact back from the merchant. I tried to file a complaint to my bank but the time frame has passed to get my money back. I have email correspondence from the merchant still as proof. Thank you for your time."

I was able to find Viper motor sports in Eugene after some searching for a shop that would work on a chinese bike. They took the bike in diagonosed it quickly and had the bike back to me the next day. Reasonable rates, friendly service and a great shop to know about if you ever have scooter issues.

Sarah, in the parts department, is the real deal. Don't let the pretty face fool you - she knows her stuff, and will give you a lecture on the merits of Arai helmets that makes JFK look like a rookie orator. The problem is, the Cycle Sports sales model goes something like this: "Find an ignorant customer who knows nothing about motorcycles except that he likes them. Then, sell him the biggest, most expensive motorcycle you can - don't worry about whether it fits his needs - and rob him blind in the process." The place is so greedy and sleazy that even veteran used car salesmen can't hack it there. This probably explains why most of the sales staff are baby-faced young men who know little or nothing about motorcycles. Despite some warnings from friends, I visited Cycle Sports to buy a bike. I wasn't in the door ten seconds but two salesmen were on me like Dobermans. After they fought over who got the customer (I swear, with apologies to Dave Barry, that I'm not making this up), I explained to the remaining sales guy that I was an easy sale, because I already knew which bike I wanted and planned to pay cash. We walked over to it. I asked what kind of price they could give me. He spit out a number: List price. Chuckling, I told him I was thinking of a somewhat lower number and explained that I was born at night, but not last night. The sales guy, with peach fuzz on his upper lip and all of nineteen years of life experience, replied earnestly that list price was a heckuva deal, and Cycle Sports was the only dealer in the state that even had this particular model. I asked for the sales manager, expecting to play a little good-cop, bad-cop...but the manager told the same story, and was sticking to it! I drove up to Beaverton Honda-Yamaha and bought my bike - which they had in stock, of course. It took about 15 minutes to work out a reasonable deal. I should've just gone there in the first place. Cycle Sports couldn't care less about you, your bike, or your business - they just want your money.

It had much more power and all in all ran better than it ever had. Chris found several small issues with my bike which he fixed all of at a very reasonable price. A friend asked me how much it was going to cost for all of the repairs Chris made. I guessed it would total out at $400. Chris only charged me $150. Best $150 I ever spent. CC Cycles rocks!!

The chain store down the street would have tried him on for size, upselling him some O' Reilly sourced calipers, new rotors and possibly wheels and tires as well- all for complaint of a little pulling. I myself was getting snows installed, not a huge job- but one they got done very quickly and at a great price- something that while meaningful isn't the end all, be all of something as safety sensitive as tires.

The body work was spot on, and when I picked it up the whole vehicle was cleaned inside and out. It didn't just look fixed, it honestly looked better than before. Second time around the insurance company ended up totaling it, so no repairs were done, but they were still solid to work with. Good communication, straightforward, and I always knew what was going on. If you need collision work in Eugene or Springfield, these guys are worth calling. Good people, quality work, and they run things the right way. Hopefully I don't need them again anytime soon, but if I do, I'd go right back to them.

It needed tuned as I was experiencing a performance(carb) issue, an electrical issue, and a cooling issue. I also wanted to upgrade some parts. Aaron diagnosed all issues, made recommendations on repair and sourcing parts, allowed me to order parts from EBay or other sources as needed. He kept me apprised of the labor costs as he discovered items needing repair. My generators electric start quit, but would still start with pull cord. It appeared the starter…read moresolenoid had gone out. i'm in my 70s and didn't want to mess with it, so I took it to RC's., telling them I thought it was the solenoid. 2 weeks later they said it was ready for pickup. After paying $118, I asked if was in fact the solenoid. Royce said it started with the pull cord (I knew that) and that the "computer" was bad and that "was above my pay grade". I took it home and after finding no reference to a "computer" in the manual, I called Firman, the maker of the generator. I explained what was wrong and what Royce had told me. The tech snickered and said the generator does not have a computer. He said that it sounds like the starter solenoid was bad. I found a replacement solenoid on Amazon for $19. I replaced the solenoid and lo and behold it started right up. I went back to RC's and asked for a partial refund since they had done nothing. I was told "sorry". No refund. They continued to insist it was the computer. I would say they are pretty poor mechanics who couldn't find/fix the problem even after the customer had told them the probable issue up front. Based on my poor experience, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I had a long talk with one employee who took notes for the technician explaining what I had done already with no improvement. I was ready to pay them However many hours it took even if it needed a complete rebuild. It was only a few days later they finished and called me. The technician never heard about the notes taken and just changed the pilot jet one size. I did eventually figure out that my float level was way off and it runs perfect now. I know they are a very skilled capable shop but it seemed like they just didn't have time for my old bike. I still buy oil and accessories there but probably won't have any more service done.
