If I could give 0 stars, I would! NO ONE should ever come to this car maintenance shop, period! They are crooks and hire men who try to deceive others! Not only that, but the owners are also deceitful and are not trustworthy. The story of why I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP started years ago when I was a young naïve person in my early 20s. I never intended to come to this shop in the first place to have my car fixed and was duped into having my car stored here after a late night weekend accident. Two gentlemen (who were getting paid by this shop) saw my accident and informed me they could store my car at their shop until Monday. So, after the police came to report my accident and sorted out the mess, these 2 men had my car taken to this shop. The part where I was duped was when they had me sign a few pieces of paper telling me that they were for "me to give them permission to store my car there for the weekend so that just in case the city comes asking, I gave them permission." Mind you, it was 3am in the morning on a Sunday and I was not only distressed/traumatized from the accident, but also very tired. The 2 guys pretended like all was well and told me when Monday rolled around I can freely take my car with me to the shop of my choice. WELL, what they told me was 100% false about the papers I signed. Apparently, I signed a contract for them to take apart my car and for them to fix it for me instead so that they can get all the money from my insurance company. Obviously, you can say it was partially my fault for not reading the contract and not knowing the rules of "not to sign any papers" when deciding where to store or have your call fixed. After reading the rules online, I realized I was not obligated to sign any papers at all! I felt stupid of course. I arrived on Monday morning and the son of the owner informed me my car was not at their shop. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. I was befuddled that he did not acknowledge my car was there. I don't know his name, but he was probably in his mid-upper 20s at the time and now is probably in his early 30s. His physique was small and he was about 5'7" 145lbs. I walked around the back of the shop to another street and noticed my car was being taken apart by some guy in a yard! I told him to stop or I'd call the police! He paid no attention to me. Finally, after hours of speaking with the police and telling them that the shop was holding my car against my will, the son of the owner brought out the papers I signed on Sunday morning. After pretending that he didn't know my car was there, all of a sudden the papers appeared out of nowhere. He showed the police the papers and the police said what those men did was wrong in taking advantage, deceiving me. However, I was bound by the agreement, which now I was saying I wanted to void because at the time I was in distress and no contract should be considered binding when someone signs it under distress. To resolve the matter, the son of the owner knew I wasn't going anywhere and the police couldn't do much else, so he told me if I paid $500, I could take my car back and he'd rip up the contract. The other option was, not to pay the $500 and let them fix my car for me. I told him "HELL NO!" I'd rather pay the $500 then to have them touch my car! They finally gave me my car after my $500 payment. Absolutely horrible business people! read more

So had an accident and met Anthony. we talked and I decided to have my car towed to Cyclone. He sent his truck and it was there quick. Got to the shop and met the owner Danny. Looked around the shop and it was state of the art. They reached out to Enterprise where Geico made my rental res and they got me an XT5. Loved it. The adjuster came. They took care of everything and I got my car today. They kept their word with everything promised. I was so happy. This place is great. Not only are they super professional when it comes to customer service but the job was superior and timely. My brand new baby Lexus' front was smashed when I was cut off by an idiot. They fixed my car back to original in less than 2 weeks. They helped me with the insurance process and even helped me w a rental. The rental company picked me up at their shop. It was just a very stress free experience. Such a great experience with this body shop! My car had front end damage they came towed it and talked to the insurance company for me, and a few days later the car was brand new. The body work was incredible absolutely no difference in paint between the replaced parts and rest of the car. I had a terrible expense at this place, my car was in an accident and got towed to this shop insurance came over and wanted you very my car out and fixed but the person who said he is the owner wouldn't release my car trying to talk the insurance adjuster that the car is damaged!! and they should total it and leave it at his yard, I wanted my car repaired and the insurance adjuster agreed too, then the owner said that He Must repair the car because it was towed to his shop. The so called owner wanted the car and wouldn't even let ME to get in my car getting my personal belongings, even after he was fully paid by the insurance company. He kept my car hostage until the insurance company delivered him a check.. We took the car out to a reputable repair shop T&N and that was the best decision I made by not trusting Cyclone to keep or repair my car. read more

I used Cyclone after my truck was side swiped. A friend recommend them, my friend said he was using them for years. I was happy I used them. I only dealt with Danny, he took care of everything. He helped me with the paperwork, the insurance, and rent a car. He was always very friendly and willing to help. I got my car back fairly quick, considering it was smack in the middle of the holidays. My car looked great! Like nothing ever happened, meanwhile I had damage from the front of the passenger side all the way to the back bumper. It was terrible! I do not recommend this company to anybody. They are a bunch of scam artists and racist! They guy came to pick up my car and told me it was $200 cash only. I gave him the $200 and when I looked at my receipt, the receipt said $150. As I went to go tell him, he sped off really fast. Called the number on the invoice, the same guy picked up and started screaming out racist slurs calling me a stupid Arab. Saying I should to back to my country and that he's glad he took advantage of me and that I should have learned how to read and it wouldn't of happened. He also said he knows where I live and I shouldn't feel safe. Also called me cheap for the kind of car I drove. This company is completely unprofessional. It has to be the owner of this company that said all of this, because he is the one who answer the phone when I called the number on the invoice. He also threatened to do damages to my car.
