During this time, Julio forgot to order parts, Blamed Mercedes for delivery delays that were his responsibility Completed only part of the work he originally quoted, later denied ever quoting $3,800 or offering a $2,800 cash price The lack of accountability, shifting explanations, and failure to resolve the original issue made it clear that he was not trustworthy. They patched my tire , changed my rims and did it within 10 minutes. Very fast service. And then I was shocked at how low I was being charged for all of that. They have a sign showing charges for their services and to me they are undercharging. Next time I have tire problems , I will go to this place and bring some cash with me so I can tip them for their excellent work and give them something more than what they charge. They deserve it.
