The biggest problem is reliability and communication. They are constantly closed during posted business hours, and there always seems to be an excuse as to why no one is there. Communication about timelines and when work will actually be completed is inconsistent and unclear. Instead of getting answers, it often feels like you're met with confusion and no real direction. It's disappointing because this used to be a business I trusted and recommended. Sadly, I can no longer recommend them based on my recent experiences.

She put them in the pressure cooker and we ended up with some great tea. Read up on the tree and others you might have questions about. You will get the straightest answer you could ask for. No forcing products off on you, but they will tell you the correct product to help this tree survive. What to avoid that people will try to sell you. They are verry honest people.

From the beginning, Andi was great to work with. Her communication throughout the process was excellent, and she was always responsive, helpful, and willing to answer questions or talk through the details. What started as a somewhat general idea for a curved sofa turned into exactly what I was hoping for, thanks in large part to her collaboration! Now that we have the finished furniture, the quality of the workmanship really stands out. The metalwork is beautiful, the upholstery is very well done, and everything feels solid, substantial, and built to last. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are exactly what I was hoping for when I first visited the showroom. And the final product looks **fantastic** around the fire pit.
