The biggest problem is reliability and communication. They are constantly closed during posted business hours, and there always seems to be an excuse as to why no one is there. Communication about timelines and when work will actually be completed is inconsistent and unclear. Instead of getting answers, it often feels like you're met with confusion and no real direction. She put them in the pressure cooker and we ended up with some great tea. Read up on the tree and others you might have questions about. You will get the straightest answer you could ask for. No forcing products off on you, but they will tell you the correct product to help this tree survive. What to avoid that people will try to sell you. They are verry honest people.

I had called and spoke to Andi with a general idea while looking for a half-moon curved sofa for a custom fire pit I built. When I called, I wasn't completely sure on the details or the design just that I was looking for as a sofa with a curved design. Andi offered plenty of thoughtful suggestions, sent various photos via text, and was happy to walk me through options and provide pricing. At the showroom, I was really impressed by the range of choices--from powder coating finishes to different frame shapes (backs, sides, arm styles, and widths), plus a huge selection of Sunbrella fabrics. The quality of both the metalwork and upholstery looked excellent. More than that, I could see Andi's passion for the work and her pride in the team! I haven't made my final selections yet or placed an order, but so far I've had a great experience and would definitely recommend Patio Picasso to anyone considering custom furniture, cushions, or repairs.
