Its $150 to start, just for him to show up. this was what I was told when he got there, it ended up being something simple, then when it came time to pay I was informed it would be an additional $125 for labor, thats PER HOUR. So I paid $275 for him to do about 15 mins worth of work that I could have done myself. I'll never use this guy again. I paid him cash & he made a point of saying "thats $275 the tax man doesnt know about" gov't will get him eventually.

The purchase prices have been fair, they have always been willing to match if not do better than another dealers price. There are never any "surprises" in the deal, they are an honest business. You can buy a trailer anywhere, what matters as much as the price is what comes after the purchase. Sadly, you will most likely have some issue with after your purchase. Homestead has always taken care of my warranty issues promptly and professionally. I had warranty repairs on my last two 5th wheels. The craftsmanship on the repairs was flawless, and I am admittedly a very picky person.

It was 5:30 PM on Wednesday. What are the chances that we'd find someone who would come to our campsite ( Erie KOA) let alone solve our problem. The owner knew and diagnosed our problem over the phone and said he'd be out in 20 minutes. He and his able assistant arrived in 19. They reset the microcontrol, double checked their repair. We paid them with Venmo and they were on their way. If you have a RV problem in the Erie PA, area don't hesitate to call them.

Came to our camper at least 3 hours late, was there for hours with his family sitting in our driveway the whole time. He had no supplies with and because he was so late the RV store up the road was closed. Used our duck tape to tape up the supply line, said it was ok to use until replaced. He then try to charge us $300.00. Gave him $250.00 and he was supposed to come back and fix it. Never heard from him again, texted him as we had to fix it ousrlves because when we came back to camper the following weekend we turned on water and it flooded our bathroom. Asked him to make it right and return some of our money and nothing. HE IT IS NOT A REPAIR MAN OR HE WOULD HAVE MATERIALS WITH HIM AND WOULDNT TAKE HOURS TO FIX SOMETHING THAT ENDED UP TAKING MY HUBAND AN HOUR!!
