Burn Boot Camp provides 45min non stop sessions that will get your heart pumping. I have lost 60 pounds and in the process gained a family of strong women that are cheering me on through the process. I didn't believe that a trainer would really be able to help me until I had "worked my way up to it". I also work shifts - sometimes nights - and don't sleep well. What I particularly liked about Strategic Strength and Conditioning was that they looked at me as a whole as opposed to giving me some exercises and counting the sets and reps. It took a bit of time but they first helped me establish better sleep habits. Not one to diet, Strategic S&C took a look at what I ate and helped me identify what foods I really loved, and which ones that I could live without. The result was an almost immediate weight loss. They have smaller sized changing room then is normal for most gyms, but it does have two showers, two bathrooms, and two sinks. Lockers and towels are free. There are plenty of machines, a room for women only, and from what I've seen it's never been too busy. 426 looks like a big warehouse, but they've done a really nice job with it. The manager, Paul, is also very nice - you can get a free 3 day pass to try out the gym and there are a ton of different priced membership/qasi-membership options depending on what you want to use the gym for. They have a parking lot off of Rosa street, with plenty of parking.
