AFTER paying them the money for it, they "forgot" to reserve my room and gave it to someone else for one of the days. Still, i decided to continue along with the other day I rented. This was a fatal mistake. The morning of, my students and i arrived, and there was no one there. I began to receive excuse after excuse (some of which were legitimate, to be honest, but some were not) about why no one could come open up the room for me when I had paid them MONTHS in advance to set this up. Ultimately, we cancelled the whole thing. But not until after children were left outside without parents or any way to get in. Upon complaining, the manager Billy literally began to block my phone number as I demanded compensation. I attempted to contact the owner repeatedly, but was also ignored. If your lesson doesn't fall on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas, expect your kid to have a lesson that week (instead of an opt-in for a camp like before) and you pay full rate regardless if you're out of town for break. I voiced my concerns several times having noticed this change since the departure of Ms. Nancy, but CFMA said that "this is their policy going forward". Well, you lost a customer x2 the way this was handled, having had my kid enroll for the past 4 years and my youngest this past year. No more trophies, no more incentive wristbands, no more workbooks avail for purchase - you buy your own and well, you get the picture. Mrs. Marina is an amazing piano teacher. She is able to key in on what I need to be doing and coach my voice to produce a clear, supported sound. My brother takes with Mr. Dan for guitar and has made progress so quickly. He seems to be a very knowledgeable man with professional experience, and has also been teaching my brother how to formally read music (since he was just playing by ear before). When you need music lessons, I definitely suggest Rockin' Robin! They teach a variety of instruments (not joice voice and guitar) and all of the staff are so nice and friendly, even if you're not their student!
