I schedule the consult for the following day, I receive 3 confirmations confirming the time. On the day off, I receive an email from Cynthia stating she canceled my appointment because I did not respond to her messages. I received no communication from her, apparently she wanted to meet at 1:30ET I am in a different time zone and none of the communications state what time zone is used. Cynthia is a miracle worker. When I first started seeing her I was dealing with adult acne, hyper pigmentation, and poor texture. These are issues I've been dealing with for most of my teenage years into my early thirties. I've seen several dermatologists that just prescribe retinol's and perform microdermabrasion.
