I've been going to Cynthia for a few years now so this review is long overdue. Her incredible facials have become part of my regular skincare. She gives such thoughtful and personal attention to my skin's needs, which change from time to time. She's also very knowledgable in her field and has made great recommendations for me. I got a facial yesterday (was in desperate need), and my skin is completely transformed today. Smoother, calmer, and glowing. She also makes the experience truly relaxing with therapeutic neck massage and foot massage. Also I love her studio! It's a cute little bungalow in Pasadena with easy parking. Cynthia is the absolute best! I will drive an hour to just come see her specifically. She really caters the facial to what your skin needs that day vs other estheticians will go through the same steps no matter what type of skin you have and what your concerns are. My skin is very sensitive and doesn't do well with chemicals so she always addresses my skin concerns in a natural way that doesn't lead to more breakouts the day after. I am so happy to have found Cynthia! I've been coming to her for a couple years and she is a true professional. At this point I don't trust anyone else with my skin. She gives the best facials, gentle but thorough and you even get a massage while you have a mask on. I've never been to another facialist that puts so much thought into it. My skin always looks excellent after a facial and not completely destroyed as it had looked after some other facial I have gotten. Plus she never tries to upsell you or sell you products so I know for sure if she recommends something I can trust her 100%.
