My thinking was, if they were good 20 years ago, they could only be even better now. I originally went in just wanting to treat my hormonal dark spots, but I ended up splurging and purchasing two packages, along with Sofwave. So far, I've seen a great improvement in my skin. I've gone from wearing full coverage foundation to just light compact makeup. While I still have some light dark spots remaining, I already see great progress. I have three sessions left, and I'm hopeful everything will be cleared by the end. I'll update my review once I complete all my treatments. Beyond the results, the staff has been wonderful. From the free consultation to every appointment, everyone has been kind, approachable, and supportive. I also appreciate that they really listen to my concerns and take my input into consideration throughout the process.

She was wonderful and very comforting. I asked her how I could fade all my dark spots and hyperpigmentation. She recommended doing 12 sessions of Spectra Laser every 2-3 weeks. I decided to do it even though I was afraid it would get worse because you hear all kinds of horror stories. On my first day of laser treatment, Dr. Eric was the person who did it for me. Usually, the nurses would recommend that you come 30 minutes earlier than your laser treatment to apply numbing cream on your face. The first thing the nurses will do is take all the before pictures, then apply the numbing cream. You'll sit in the waiting room and wait for about 30 minutes and then you wash your face. After, you'll walk into the treatment room and they'll apply charcoal all over your face. Finally, Dr. Eric will start the laser treatment on your face. He applies the laser 3 times around the whole face, each time getting stronger and stronger. On the 2nd and 3rd time, he has a fan blowing on your face which helps subside the pain a bit. For me, the pain wasn't too bad. It took about 10-15 minutes. I have to say Dr. Eric is great! He always asks how the pain level is for you and helps you feel better. Overall, I would recommend Spectra Laser Treatment at Rejuvayou to anyone dealing with hyperpigmentation. It works, but it is gradual so be patient. The after picture shows my 12th session (about 6 months) of laser treatment. It made a huge difference and definitely a confidence booster. If you're hesitating like I was, go for a consultation and give it a try. I am currently on 13th session and it is still fading. I am definitely satisfied with how Spectra laser helped eliminate my dark spots.

Been coming here for a while now, probably a few years and haven't had any problem with any staff…read moreuntil this time this last service really disappointed me and made me feel very uncomfortable. The girl who was supposed to do my waxing was already in a rush, rushing me when I got in there and was presenting with attitude. She had a bracelet on that kept rubbing my eyelid when she was working on my eyebrows, and I had verbalized to her in a nice manner originally, but she was having attitude already at me and basically being pretty rough when it comes to removing the wax. And then she missed a few spot and when I pointed out that she missed a spot, she was giving me attitude while telling me to lie down and then when I got back up after she was done and told me that she was done, she looked at me and was like what are you doing? I still need to put cream on you. And suddenly I feel gaslit because she was the one who told me to get up and then she followed that by asking if we have any problems because I am making her feel very uncomfortable here while giving me attitude. When really I haven't really verbalized anything and I have barely verbalized my concern about the eyelid and that's basically because her bracelet keeps touching my eyelid because it dingles down. The front desk lady have said that she tends to have attitude for whoever is last on her list and I find a very unfair that they book her as my cosmetologist if they know that that's the issue. If they're going to hire employees are representing their company I sure hope that they evaluate their personality and their customer service aspect because that is the most important when it comes to these kind of role and if they're not happy and don't wanna work here, they really shouldn't take additional clients or they shouldn't have the job here. As someone who works in a place of customer service, I always make sure that I don't bring my personal opinions or emotions in. This whole experience made me feel kind of uncomfortable and also feeling like I don't really want to come back and make an appointment with that person ever again. By the end of the session after she gave me the mirror I told her she had missed a few spot. I mean, there were clearly hair in those area, and she clearly was very upset by me pointing at things that I'm just merely pointing out at as anyone would and she is just showing her bad mood and the environment that didn't need that. And after this time, she was done, she not only did not let me check in the mirror. She also told me that I am good to go. I am very uncomfortable I am very disappointed with my experience and I don't wish that on anyone. When I finally got to my car, I noticed not only a few spots but many spot that she missed and I can't really even walk in because I'm kind of scared and worried to really deal with her and I honestly don't want her to ever service me ever again . And I hope that nobody becomes her victim because that is just some rough waxing services watching someone having a resting bitch face and attitude the whole time when really I just want to come here to be vulnerable and did nothing wrong.

The vibe was a little awkward though, since my servicer didn't really talk to me, but that could also be personal preference. I like when conversation happens because it makes me less nervous and has me feel less awkward. I also didn't like how to only way to really book another session for "cheap" was by buying a package and the packages were pretty pricey. You also had to pay almost in full if not half the package price when checking out if you opted for it. I also felt a little pressured into buying stuff from their little shop since my waxer was watching me and explaining everything to me and I felt awkward saying no. Again, just a personal thing, I'm a little awkward when it comes to that lol. I'm not going back, but just because I found a different place that had cheaper prices and a different vibe that fit what I was looking for.

Procedures where quick and professional. I saw a slight change in the lift. I would recommend probably just go for Ultheraphy if you're going to multiple sessions. Otherwise the change is not noticeable enough for multiple sessions imo. I will see how the light peel goes and maybe change my rating if I see some good results. There was a product they recommended to fade dark spots but it was $170. No samples or testing on the skin. There's pictures for testimonials but I would probably use known brands from kbeauty at more affordable price point with thousands of reviews if the products work or not Checking out their system wasn't working so they had to text me to pay. Today when I walked in 10 mins prior to my appt, I swear the receptionist was about to tell me I didn't make it in time for my appt but I told her I had filled out the paperwork last time so I was saved. 5 stars for the providers. 0 for the reception staff…read more I'm treated by Dr. Greenberg & Yuli Wang PA-C who are great, no complaints. Reception staff is rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. I've thought of writing a review re: reception before, but held back since my name is tied to Yelp and feared they'd give even less support after they see it, but after my experience today I don't really care anymore. Happy to see the providers again but the reception staff I'll keep my interactions with them to the minimum. Look at Google Reviews in addition to Yelp - Google details more displeasure from reception experiences. 1) I paid my copay in person and the woman forgot to return my card. Sure, I should've checked when she handed me the receipt but didn't think someone would hang onto my card when she's handing a receipt over? Got a call later and had to come back during my work day to get my card before the office closed. 2) While waiting in the lobby, a patient came in late for their appt and wasn't able to be seen. Fair, there are policies in place. But after the patient left, the front desk girls were talking sh*t about the patient in front of not just me but other patients in the lobby. Gross. 3) Apart of my treatment requires accurate logs of my birth control each month before I can get my Rx. Two months in a row, they logged my BC incorrectly and it delayed me from receiving my script. When I called to get it corrected on their end, they were arguing with me that the IUD and Nexplanon are the same thing and I should be able to bypass it - wrong, the website literally would not let me move forward. One BC goes into your arm and the other goes elsewhere. I had to correct them twice over this and it concerned me that the MA I spoke with didn't know the difference when they're supposedly giving care for patients. 3.5) During that call above ^ I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up on. Called back, placed back on hold, just to speak to another person who answered as if I was a new call. Had to explain why I was calling again, then placed back on hold until finally I spoke to someone after waiting another 10 minutes. 4) Had a telehealth appt. They called me to collect my copay an hr prior to my appt. Didn't answer as I'm working. I called back at 11:30 (time of my appt) to pay the copay when the automated message said to call back during business hours, even though it states "closed for lunch from 12-1:30pm." I called again at 1:35pm cause I never got a call from the provider. Come to learn they marked me as "No call No Show" since I didn't pay my copay, Dr was gone for the day, couldn't be seen. Weird, cause I called at my appointment time to pay and was waiting for the appointment. I've never informed of the policy that I need to pay a copay prior to the appt or risk losing the appointment, since they still call you after the teleappt happens. Weird again, as if you go for an in-person appointment - you pay your copay AFTER you're seen. Why are you shutting your phones and taking your lunches 15minutes early when you have patients waiting to be seen? Why not another courtesy call before marking someone as NCNS? Maybe let's inform patients to pay their copay for telehealth appointments before the actual appointment or else they won't be seen?
