I do t mind paying $30 for a full service wash. But I do mind waiting almost 40 minutes for them to do the inside. They need some sort of numbering system so the cars are done in order. I give this place a 1 cause I have too. Sunday my husband took my sons car to be washed it's a convertible Mustang one of the mirrors broke off. My husband let staff know of situation. He was told since Sunday to come in Monday to speak with manager. Well took car in Monday management instructed to come back when owner is in Tuesday. Complete run around staff pointed out a sign not reliable for damages. It should say we wash the cars carelessly and are not responsible for damages or customers service. This used to be a great car wash (customer for 2 years), however that's just not the case anymore. I've been here waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins and they just now started vacuuming my car. This is a simple drive through car wash (Mediocre at best) that offers "detailing" which is a basic vacuum, dash rag cleaning and maybe some shine on your tires. Guy next to me said he's been here about 20 mins before me and still hasn't got his car back yet. Super super slow and honestly, not the best bang for your buck. Go to the one off of Stonebroke and Caldwelll or the Velero at Shannon Village Market, same wash (or better) and even if they don't "detail" your car, you could probably do it better and faster. I've come here for years, and normally get great service but recently it was terrible. Their business hours are listed as open until 6pm, and I even called to double check if that was accurate and the employee told me yes, it was. However after getting off work and driving to Visalia I learned it was not accurate and as a handicap person it's really hard to drive let alone be able to clean the inside of my car (the soul reason I come here in the first place) but the employee said they couldn't help me and to come back another day. Not only that, but I left my side mirrors in which are automatic. The young man who was drying my car at the end of the wash, pulled my mirror out. I went the other day to get a car wash for my girlfriend's car and the lady was very nice when she asked us which one we wanted. She was detailed and summarized the exterior wash options. Went through the wash and they pressure washed the car before it went down the track. They spent a good 5 minutes on the front due to all the bugs. I wish it would have been more clear when to let go of the brakes since there was no lights indicating if the car was good to go and we didn't want to hit the workers. The machines were pretty fast in cleaning the car. Afterwards, a man and a lady wiped down the car. The guy was beyond amazing. He wiped everything down very well and scrubbed hard. There's no lights to tell you to move forward so you just need to look on your own. They dont dry it properly and there are 2 vacuums working out of about 20 spots. Only 2 are hooked up. It's a solid drive through car wash. They will also dry your car off for you at the end of it. You have 2 receipts. 1 is for the car wash and the other is a code you'll have to input at the vacuum. The vacuum is timed for 10 minutes. The guy didn't initially tell me that and I threw the receipt away. Luckily a nice lady gave me her vacuum receipt and told me how to use it. On a 30 day washing agreement we had rain for five days. I asked what there policy was about being close for those days and if i get a credit for that they said no. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible Don't bother getting a car wash at Cypress car wash (Flyers gas station) at corner of Akers / Cypress. I paid $21 for a "full service" car wash. They added $1 for an oversized vehicle. I didn't think it would be a big deal to have the attendant unscrew my antenna, but I guess it now violates some policy. I drove through the car wash and got MAYBE enough soap to wash a baby's butt. The pre-wash should have been my first clue it was gonna be a bad wash. The attendant sprayed only one side of my car before the rollers pulled me forward. I exited the car wash and pulled forward to station #2. The attendant cleaned the water from my truck remember there was NO soap so basically he dried my truck. The windows were only half cleaned, and I had to ask for a rag to finish cleaning the grill, hood, and lights. What a waste of $21 dollars....I will never go back. read more

This place is a joke. Came in for a hand car wash. Left without one. Attendant at tunnel had dropped something into the track and entire tunnel was shut down. I said "that that shouldn't be an issue for me because I'm here for a hand wash." She said she had no idea when I could get a hand wash. What? He busted his butt to try my car and he was the only one that looked like he was getting paid to work. Worst place I've ever been to. Asked for seats to be detailed, and waited 2 hours (noting that they popped the trunk and went back and forth to it for 30 minutes despite them not supposed to be in the trunk). When we got the car back, the seats weren't done, and we were told it'd be another 3 hours, no charge, to leave it there and come back later. So we said okay, they're trying at least, and let them work. When we had the car back, later that night, I went to my trunk to get a necklace I had bought my girlfriend, and it was missing, as well as an anniversary present I made my girlfriend the year before (a tiny glass jar, filled with water and a plastic jellyfish, superglued shut with a cork), broken. I went back the next morning with my broken jellyfish present and to ask about my missing necklace. They told me that I could talk to the owner, and when I did and told him everything, all he said was "I've been washing cop cars for ten years and nothings ever been stolen before, so nothing can be stolen now". He was absolutely rude, illogical, and had no intentions of helping anyone. This is the worst experience I've ever had, and it cost me $50 for a lackluster car clean (which they admitted they had complaints all day the day this happened from other customers as well due to them training NEW people 4/27) plus $140 in stolen or broken items. Enter Cypress car wash in Visalia who do a fantastic job cleaning not only the front, but the entire exterior and interior of your car--all at such an affordable price too! On Sundays and Wednesdays, they provide a special where it's only $10.99! Other day's it's $15.99. After you drive your car through the carwash, you step out and an employee will carefully dry your car leaving your ride shiny and spotless. They'll also vacuum the inside too. My only complaint is that not all employees are consistent in their work ethic. Some are better and more willing to go the extra mile for you ie. Clean your rims, vacuum the trunk, blow air into the cracks to rid of water. ---- Conclusion: Thumbs up! Whenever I'm in Visalia, you'll find me here on Sunday afternoons.
