I first met Chris and his crew 6 years ago at the Leesburg Bike Fest. I had just recently purchased my 2006 Softail Deluxe and after his crew had installed a couple of customized and performance items for me, he put my bike on his Dyno. He identified a problem that would have been catastrophic for my engine. His crew fixed the problem and in the process it added an increased 20% of horsepower. I've been a believer in their expertise and abilities ever since. I recently stopped by to get the fluids changed on my 2014 Softail and have him look at my tires. As I figured the tires needed changing. He ordered new ME888's and a few days later called me stating my bike was ready to go. I was very pleased with my new tires and the work performed. The shop: The front sales area has accessories for all your HD needs, including performance packages. In the rear is the shop area. There are three elevated "stalls" where work is performed on the customers' bikes. Further to the back is the "Dyno Room" where Chris puts the bikes thru tests. Based upon the graphical results, he can determine if your bike is at operating at peak performance. The shop is very impressive and set up for serious maintenance and performance upgrades of one's motorcycle. I highly recommend you come by and check them out. They're located at 15870 Pine Ridge Rd. Fort Myers Beach Florida. Always ride with a helmet, and Safe riding! Zilch. if I use a wrench something gets snapped off. If I have to put in a bolt something gets cross threaded. So, when I go to a motorcycle repair shop I am at the mercy of the writer. They look at my hands and nails and see meticulous fingernails and extremely clean hands because I am involved in the medical field and wash my hand about 150 times a day. I first moved to Sarasota in 1998. I bought two Harleys from a dealer in Sarasota and Manatee County. I dealt with them for approximately five years. Adequate work, but I thought I was getting taken to the cleaners every time. Then I went to an independent who was very inexpensive, but his work was sloppy. He put a six speed transmission in my Road King. It works great, except for the fact that the heel toe shifter never returned to the neutral position, making shifting a chore. About 30,000 miles ago I went to Precision Cycle. The owner, Ron and the writer/mechanic Rob were two of the nicest guys I've ever met. they have excellent mechanics. Ron calles you a couple of days after works been done just to check and make sure that everything is still to your satisfaction. I trust them and Precision Cycle implicitly, and would have absolutely no problem recommending them to anyone.

My son's Indian Scout has been sitting there for nearly 3 months for a basic repair (front brake lever and rear brake pedal). That is unacceptable for something this minor. What's worse is the complete lack of communication. I've called multiple times, waited on hold, and was told someone would call me back--specifically Mike. I left messages and received zero follow-up. The only time we were able to get any information was when we finally reached Michael, who said the part was backordered--but then again, no updates, no follow-through, nothing. Let me be clear: delays happen. But ignoring customers does not. The level of service we received during the purchase was excellent, which makes this even more frustrating. Right now, the service department is damaging the reputation the sales team worked hard to build. At this point, I am requesting:     *    A clear and honest status update on the parts and repair     *    A realistic completion timeline     *    Consistent communication moving forward If this cannot be resolved immediately, I will escalate this further and share this experience across additional platforms. I would strongly prefer to update this review with a positive resolution--but that depends on how quickly this is addressed.

Sept 5, more damage noted during disassembly, had to order more parts. More issues with the Trunk, wire harness and saddle bags. Oct 5, wrong part came in had to re-order. Nov 5, Phoned in for update. Response was Power Lodge experiencing Pod caste issues - leave message. Can they be more cryptic? I just want my bike back. I'll go through the usual Can-am Spyder RT Limited group on-line and look for a used part. This has been way too long. I even cancelled my insurance -since I've not ridden or started the bike up since August 5, 2025.

I knew we were gonna take a loss, but they only offered me $5k on trade. The Side x Side only had 33 miles and 6 hours on it. They were way lower, by thousands than every other dealer that I got a price from. I will never buy anything from them again and suggest that you don't, as you can see how they would treat a possible returning customer. To offer almost $10k less that what I paid 6 months ago is a serious insult and a huge statement about their integrity and loyalty to their customers. They would have listed this for sale for at least $12k. I suggest you do not buy from them!
