If you wanna deal with a car dealership atmosphere go ahead and try to buy a bike here. I found out later, They are actually owned by a guy/group who owns many car dealership and they treat you that way. Sales people are phenomenal. Truly nothing against them, but once you start working numbers, it is the worst used car salesman managers of all time. They even brought over a little piece of white paper with a number on it that was so ridiculously stupid, it was comical. What a complete used car waste of time move. I found out every single one of their dealerships immediately online and avoided all of them on my trip. I was ready to buy a bike. This place is crazy. I found a reputable dealership just north of them that has no affiliation and bought my bike in seconds and was out the door almost within an hour. Exact same bike it actually had 100 miles less on it, same color same exact everything. Same exact year 2025 road glide. The one I bought is CPO as well. My 23 Limited was still under the one year warranty and the battery runs low a lot. I put my bike on a battery tender to charge it for the umpteenth time and rode to Rockstar. I wanted service to load test the battery. His reply was that it would cost me $160 unless I took the battery out myself. I mentioned the bike is still under a 1 year warranty and he said that didn't matter. What matters is I'll never go back again for anything and will discourage those that I know to stay clear. I stopped in here a couple of weeks after Hurricane Ian with my battery that I had removed from my 2006 Softail. It was a little over 2 years old and wouldn't hold a charge. While walking across their parking lot one of their employees, pushing a cart, saw me and came over and gave me his cart to use instead of having to carry my battery -Thanks! At the service counter, a nice employee (I think her name was Debbie) helped me with my battery replacement. She was quick and efficient getting me the exact one I needed. She also mentioned that they were sponsoring a food truck that day (Saturday) and that I could get a free sandwich. A zero-star rating is what RockStar deserves. I took my Trike to RockStar for an electrical issue; they had the bike for three weeks "awaiting" parts. Finally, the day it was ready for pickup, they had the audacity to charge me for a new battery. No one wanted to discuss the fact that the bike sat in their garage for three weeks, on their watch, only to let the battery die. The fixed operations officer was extremely rude. They charged me and I got my bike back, but it's not about the money; it's all about the service. They're all rude, disrespectful, misogynistic, and for a multi-million dollar company, provincial. Not a way to run a business. I've written the GM, the owner, and everyone else at RockStar and no one responded. I called and wrote the CEO, Paul Veracka's at PVM Enterprises, to no avail. I contacted everyone at PVM Enterprises and the only one who reached out was James Forsberg; he said he'd get to the bottom of the situation, but that was in May, and I haven't heard from him, egregiously ignoring my second email. Usually I prefer to go to the dealership to have my bike serviced. That ended today. We recently moved here to SWFL. If your a woman and you have a Harley go somewhere else. Unless you have money to burn and could care less you will regret taking it here. The employees are very accommodating and friendly but that's where it ends. They charged an hour and a half labor to put in a 159,00 battery making it close to 500 for a battery installed. I could go on and on but consider this a warning. TL;DR - I will never do business with this dealership. The experience I had last week was incredibly frustrating and had all the textbook signs of false advertising. The dealership will not "lose money to sell motorcycles", which I can understand, but apparently that included not honoring online promotions advertised on their website. Full story below: As a starting note, I waited several days to let my frustrations cool down, as I wanted to post a clear and objective review, and not come off as I am just venting. This may be a little long, so I will be hitting the main points. For context, during the first weeks of December, the dealership was running a promotion for 115% off KBB on your trade-in. I have a 2014 Ultra Limited I was looking to upgrade. I saw online that they had a 2021 Road Glide Limited with a few upgrades that I wanted. Even better, this bike was on sale for $21,xxx. I looked up my trade-in value on KBB, which was $15,000 (screenshot below if it lets me) and did the math. This looked like a deal and promotion I could take advantage of, so I went in. Met with the first sales rep and told him what I was there for. We get pricing. They come at me for roughly around $4,500 for my trade in value. I say "absolutely not" and pull up the KBB website. Well, the assistant sales manager says we can't use the KBB trade-in promotion on the bike I was looking at, since it was a "blowout" deal. He then (with my consent) showed me other bikes that might have gotten closer, but still required more money. At this point, I decided to pass on the deal. I say that I appreciated their time, I was still confused, but also a little sad I couldn't use the KBB deal towards the 2021 I wanted. I leave and as I am driving away, I turn back around and go back. I go to the assistant sales manager and offer to finance 3K more than my initial amount I was comfortable with for that 2021 with the KBB trade-in deal, thinking they were just playing hard to get. He said sorry, we can't use it towards the bike I wanted. I left for the day, and later, the internet sales guy I initially spoke to called me and after a little going back and forth, I wind up at the dealership the next morning with the Sales Manager. I will purposely not name him in this review, but he lacked severe tact. I was tired and frustrated at the run-around, and instead of hearing me out as a frustrated customer, he immediately got defensive and belittling. When I asked him why I could not use the KBB trade-in advertised towards the 2021 Road glide, he replied "Because I'M TELLING YOU that you can't." He gave no explanation other than that. Now, to be objective, I am sure I was sour at this point, and I was quite reactionary. I am sure I could have handled myself better in the conversation with him, but after his complete denial of anything on their part, I was frustrated. I pointed out to him that I was "baited" to come in, on a bike they refused to sell me, and they were trying to "switch" me to another bike yesterday, and at that point, he was done. We wished each other a good day, and I left. Now, at this point, I still have zero explanation from anyone about why I cannot use the KBB trade-in on a blowout deal. I look up to see who owns the dealership and reach out to PVM Enterprises. I spoke on the phone and via e-mail with James F, who was awesome. He called me and we discussed a lot of things, and he was able to clearly and concisely explain why we could not use the KBB trade-in deal towards the Blowout Bike. I asked if we could use the KBB trade-in if I paid full retail instead of the blowout price. He said yes, and asked if we could still look at a deal. I agreed to move forward. He said he would have someone from the store reach out to me, and the next day the GM of the store did. To cut this short, the GM only offered me 14K for my trade-in, if I purchased the 2021 I wanted at full retail. (I am sure you can calculate that 115% of $15K turns out to be $17,250, full retail on the 2021 Road Glide was $28,xxx) When I asked about the KBB trade-in promotion on their website, he repeated what the Sales Manager said a few days prior, "We will not lose money to sell bikes." He was unwilling to give me any paperwork showing me my trade-in was only 14K, said he would need to pull my credit first, to which I declined. So here are the facts: I went in to get a specific bike I saw online, and they tried to switch me to a different bike that required me to finance more after saying I couldn't use the trade in promo. They refused to honor the KBB trade-in promotion they had on their website for a bike at full retail. Sadly, I have more to say, but Yelp has a character limit. Don't go here. They give you a story they can only offer "what it would sell for at auction." We have a 2014 with low miles, a little over 27,000. They admit it is a nice bike but can only offer more if we traded. So, update on the not so rockstars. I am at Berts Black Widow Harley trading in the POS they sold and scammed me on. Looking at the paperwork I got with the bike when I bought it from Rockstar and noticed a few things that don't add up. First, is the bill of sale, it was a used 2006 that I got charged $962 for "freight and set up" , the bike was there at the dealer, it didn't get shipped from anywhere and it was set up 13yrs ago when it was sold new. Second the maintenance plan I agreed to was $1290 and on the bill of sale they charged me $1320. Third is II took the bike in for the 15k service 1000 miles after I bought it and was told the rear tire was unsafe, I said go ahead and change it , but wasn't happy about it. It obviously was unsafe when I rode away from buying the bike. Then on my maintenance plan it states "complimentary tire install with purchase of tire during the term of the agreement, they charged me $50 to install the tire. When I originally bought the bike I was attending an event at their dealership for the humane society for dogs. I will admit I had a few beers they had for free and felt I was in good hands. I was sadly mistaken and completely taken advantage of by the sales crew and the finance department. Seems that's how they do business is get you half plowed and then take you to the cleaners. Trying to get any service or managers to call you back after several attempts and emails is like pulling teeth. The customer service manager Will is a joke, he never, never returns calls or follows up once you do get ahold of him. I haven't heard from the GM, Will, Dory or anyone to resolve my issues in 7mos. Stay clear of this stealership and if you do buy, review ALL your paperwork before signing anything. And the service department...LOL...that's another review on its own.
