After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. Instead of managing and stabilizing my building, I lost money every month and my stress level was out of control. My priors manager's communication was terrible and to make things worse they were also unapologetic and unprofessional. I think the latter may have actually pissed me off more. After my frustrating experience, I spent a lot of time researching for a better property manager. After interviewing Kendra, I decided to switch to Chambers, and the difference has been unimaginable. Kendra and her team have been nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely make me feel valued as a client. Kendra's communication is excellent, she's quick to respond and always keeps me informed. The level of service she provides has given me peace of mind, something I desperately needed. I also appreciate having Chambers PM, specifically Kendra, to serve as a resource. My other properties are in Oakland and Walnut Creek, which is currently out of their service area, so I self-manage those rentals. And any time I have question about landlording or just need a second set of eyes on a tenant application, Kendra is willing to offer her expert advice, even though those properties aren't being managed by Chambers (yet! when/if they come to the Bay, those properties will be managed by Chambers.) My tenants are also much happier now. Kendra doesn't waste any time finding reliable tenants to fill vacancies whenever I may have one and her attention to detail has made property ownership stress-free. I feel very comfortable reaching out to her whenever any issues arise because I know she'll handle them promptly and effectively. The Chambers' team are a wonderful group who are truly engaged with their clients. Kendra's informative, has great communication skills, and goes above and beyond for her customers. She actually cares about her tenants and always answers the phone or calls back right away. If I could give more stars, I would! Didn't receive and update and when I did reach out about renting and the application, the comment was we don't have anything for them to realize that I have two separate accounts that I mentioned in the beginning. The process to rent shouldn't be this difficult for anyone looking for a home or place to move into. There's a way to be more efficient and effective in how things are being done. Figure it out soon. I brang it up because I was told by maintenance that might gut our walls. They got mad because our maintenance told us that. & Regency said our apartment was fine & had ppl walk through before we expressed our needs to accommodate us. We were getting sick because they didn't clean the vents that happened because of the fire. We couldn't use our swamp cooler because the vents were black from the smoke damage. It was rat & mice invested all around & in the apartment conplex. I heard the person that was trying to work outside the window say the next door neighbors apartment that was burned was very rat invested. Don't recommend renting from them. We got charged extra for a lot. Took the whole deposit. We made work orders & had insurance that couldve helped. We moved out and returned the keys before the prorate date & they still charged us extra after the deposit. I tried to clean a lot of the smoke residue on the floors & walls but it was making it worse. I put a work order for that as-well. They dont care about their renters. & We had to pay for our own mailbox key when we first moved in & asked us to return it. We didnt get reimbursed for that either. I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from here unless u absolutely have too.

The condo was OK but was a bit dated compared to the other properties that were built during the recent real estate boom but it was very nice. They kept the property grounds clean and maintained the apartments. I was at the Palm Mission Estates. Most of the residents were retirees so it was very quiet. The pool looked nice and clean but I never had the time to try it out. The community was nice, they gathered around the pool to play board games etc. but I did not have the time. I highly recommend it if you are moving to Fresno from the east coast.

Our renters are happy because NPM ensures properties are managed with diligence and responsiveness. They are available for all my questions and I never have a problem getting ahold of the company owners. I have never had a PM company owner respond to me as quickly as they do! They work hard to find quality vendors, and I really appreciate the online owner's portal where I can see all my invoices for any work performed. I find that when applicants or tenants have any complaints, it's because Neighborhood Property Management is being thorough and following the rental contract, which doesn't always go in favor of the renter. They work to protect the property owner and still make sure the tenants needs are well cared for. As a rental owner, this has been the most profitable and stable my properties have ever been.
