I had so many questions about fiber, pattern, carpet pad, durability, and care, and he took the time to answer every single one without rushing me. The subcontractors were professional, efficient, and worked quickly. During the installation, I started feeling overwhelmed thinking about how much cleanup I'd have to do afterward--but to my surprise, they left absolutely no mess behind. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, informative, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Upon my initial visit I was greeted by Jason while he was taking care of other customers. Jason was patient and helped me select a tile that matched a picture I showed him. What I absolutely loved about Jason was his concern about getting the correct dimensions for my job. I live a distance away but that was never an issue with them. Paul came out to my home to measure correctly and get a feel for what I wanted vs what would be most suitable for my room. Paul convinced me to go with a larger size tile in a lighter color. I was doubtful at first but decided to follow his lead. Best decision!!! My floors look fantastic! Their installer is superb. I look forward to working with them again.

The showroom is beautiful and the multi-colored styled wood flooring allows you to get a first hand idea of how the wood will look on your floor as you step on them. He explained the structural differences between certain wood panels vs vinyl. He explained in simple terms various issues and concerns that I was contemplating. The RightWood premium durable floors are about $3.50 a square foot which includes the moisture padding. The installation is additional of course.

We finally bit the bullet and decided to go for it. We spent a couple of months going to a bunch of tile stores looking at flooring and were finally able to agree on 24" x 24" porcelain tiles with a rectified edge. We found a tile that we liked and worked with Clay to order it. Clay came out to our house to measure and we paid a deposit on the tile to get it shipped to their warehouse which took a couple of weeks for the tile to come in. They're really good about working with you if there's a delay and you need to push back a date. Each subcontractor who came out was fantastic. The tile guys did a great job with the install. At the time we were tile shopping, we thought the 24" x 24" tiles were huge, but now that they're in our house, we realize that 36" x 36" wouldn't have looked odd. We paid a little extra for virtually dust free tile removal which was DEFINITELY worth it because we didn't have dust all over our house. I recommend that you get that if you're redoing your tile. The guys who came out to install our baseboards were just as amazing. Nothing in our house is normal and of course the walls are not straight. They made sure that the baseboards looked right. They even put the kick plates and trim back on the bottom of our cabinets. We had a couple of very minor issues which were dealt with professionally and promptly. I would definitely recommend this company if you are redoing your flooring. We now have beautiful floors and are extremely happy customers!

I did not feel rushed. I just asked the questions I wanted and received the answers I needed. Most of what you see is in stock. The ladies at checkout are great. I'll start by saying that I don't like leaving bad reviews…read more I began this order on April 9 with a sample tile from Bati Orient. Unfortunately, the sample arrived scratched. I contacted Richard and explained the issue, and he reached out to Bati Orient on my behalf. Their response was that because I had already taken the sample with me, there was nothing they could do. Richard advised me that when I placed the full order, I should inspect the tiles at the warehouse before accepting them. I ordered 30 tiles, and approximately 16 of them were damaged. I took the tiles that appeared to be in acceptable condition and left the damaged ones at the warehouse, expecting them to be replaced. The following week, Richard contacted me and explained that Marline, the manager of the Sunrise store, had informed him that the manager at the Hialeah location had inspected and cleaned the remaining tiles and determined that they were fine. I told Richard that I found this difficult to believe because the tiles I had seen were visibly scratched and dented. The tiles were then sent to the Sunrise location. When I inspected them there, I found the same scratches and dents. It was clear that they had not been properly inspected. I called Richard, explained the situation, and left without accepting the tiles. Richard informed Bati that the tiles needed to be replaced. However, Bati appeared reluctant to do so, stating that I had already received a $94 credit because the Hialeah manager had determined that the damaged tiles were acceptable. That assessment was simply not accurate. Bati later sent eight additional tiles, and Richard specifically asked that they be carefully inspected before being shipped. Richard then contacted me to let me know that the tiles had arrived at the Sunrise location and that Marline and her assistant had inspected them and they were fine. When I arrived on Saturday, July 18--more than a month after this process began--I inspected the eight tiles and found that six of them were damaged. I spent approximately two hours with Marline trying to determine whether any of the tiles could be salvaged. Ultimately, I left without them. Marline encouraged me to take the tiles, but I could not accept visibly damaged merchandise. Richard called me on Monday, July 20, and explained that he had instructed the Sunrise location to send the tiles directly to him so that he could personally try to resolve the matter, since the issue had been ongoing for more than a month. I do not want this to come across as arrogant, but my home is highly customized, luxurious, and carefully designed. I cannot install expensive specialty tiles that are scratched, dented, or otherwise damaged. These are premium tiles, and I expect the quality to reflect the price. I live in Naples, and each round trip to the store is approximately 200 miles. I have already made the trip three times, totaling roughly 600 miles. My time is also extremely limited because I own and manage four different companies. I have spent thousands of dollars with D&B. One wall alone, spanning approximately 100 feet, cost nearly $5,000. I am also considering purchasing another home, but this experience has made me hesitant to purchase additional tile from Bati Orient. I would like to emphasize that Richard has been an outstanding salesperson throughout this process. He has consistently tried to help and has continued working toward a resolution. People frequently ask me where I purchased these tiles, but because of this experience, I am currently hesitant to recommend Bati Orient. Richard deserves recognition for his professionalism, patience, and continued assistance in trying to resolve this situation. Thank you
