Shady! I would have liked to have given a higher rating, but when ownership has a policy of upping their estimate at the last minute and not honoring their estimate it leaves me a little salty. Fransico, the owners son, was able to solve my problem by issuing me a new, programmed fob in less than 15 minutes. Service was great, but if you use them, make sure they don't scam you by telling you it's more money after they finish with the job. To Norma, the owner, shame on you. But if I cancel his appointment, and make an appointment with other businesses. The fastest appointment time will be tomorrow, because almost all businesses need to make an appointment one day in advance. So I reserved his appointment. When he arrived at my address 5 hours late, I tried to tell him that because of his lateness, I had to cancel my other work and appointments. Then he started yelling me and said something very unqualified. I had to let him leave my place and cancel his appointment. Then I contacted other merchants. The Other Merchants was very punctual and polite. Fortunately, other merchant charge cheaper 50% of their fees!!! This business is not recommended!!!!
