I just recently purchased a new condo and need the locks rekey. I was looking for quotes and Norma responded within seconds of my message. Just had a wonderful experience with D'ace locksmith today. I reached out for a quote last night to get my replacement key fob programmed and cut. Norma was extremely responsive with a quote that beat competitors and an offer of an appointment today. They would even come to me with their mobile service! Communication was very good and Francisco came to my house today (in a mask) to program the key. He explained the process up front and set all expectations that b/c of the year of my car he might have to take an extra step with getting a code from the car dealer. There would be an extra cost but it seemed reasonable. Luckily he was able to get the program code successfully, no extra fees were necessary and he worked through complications cutting the key to finish up the job. He went the extra mile and I appreciated his skill and professionalism. Ultimately I saved almost $400 vs getting the replacement key from the car dealer and had a much more convenient and pleasant experience. I highly recommend D'ace if you need a replacement key fob. read more

Definitely do not recommend this locksmith. My remote worked the first time once he left. But after I've been having nothing but issues! The remote works when it wants to, tried having them come check it out but they never came! It's been MONTHS and I'm still struggling with the remote they gave me. They even went as far to saying that something is wrong with my car! I take very good care of the car and I've never had an issue with the original remote until I dropped it and broke it. Thank you for a waste of $100 and tip! If I could leave zero stars I would. Save your money and go else where. read more

The technician came to my house to make a copy of my car (Toyota Sienna) ignition key and separate remote to lock/unlock the vehicle. He was a few minutes late from our appointment time, but he went to work right away. The machine automatically cut the key to my model once he entered the model code. Once the key was done, he programing the key and remote. Everything finished within 15 minutes. He seemed experienced in the process and was very speedy.
