Our poor girl came home with diarrhea so bad it was like water. We brought her home on a Saturday after driving over 6 hours (one way) to get her. We waited it out to see if the runs were from nerves, and on Monday we brought her to the vet. After lab tests on her stool came back, she was diagnosed with Giardia and Coccidia. Quite the parasite burden. At the vet they also informed us she is about 3x under weight for her age, and unusually petite. Weighing only 4.14lbs for an 8 week old GSD. (So extremely malnourished or maybe not even pure bread GSD) We've had her for a week and we've already spent $350 on vet bills and this isn't even for any vaccinations, just making up for her extremely poor health. This breeder appears to be loving and caring for these dogs, but in truth is nothing but a glorified puppy mill. Extremely disappointed and sad for this puppy. Please, please if you are reading this and considering buying from them; just know your dog may have a lifetime of health issues that will surely cost you from the moment you bring your pet home. And I must add the "paperwork" for this dog is sketchy at best. I have bough from other breeders before - and received professional paperwork. This paperwork is just a picture of a picture on a computer screen! Total rip off.

Very friendly and professional. We had a few folks to need a little TLC while we were out for spring break! Could not have been happier with the quality of service and care! Laura was extremely rude to me this morning after trying to drop my 2/4 dogs off this morning for their grooming. She would not allow my dog to stay because THEY misplaced the vaccination record sent from my vet, and would not allow me even two minutes to forward them AGAIN via email. As a client of 18 years you would think I'd have a little credibility established to know my dogs are and always have been up to date on vaccines. Again, Dina has been nothing but great during this entire process, but I am very disappointed in the way management is allowing their front desk ladies to treat established clients.
