She barely touched my dog and didn't seem to want to spend the time on the exam. I saw what seemed to be a daycare dog standing out in the rain the whole time I was there (it didn't look like it was enjoying it). The entryway is crowded and the front area staff never seem very interested in helping anyone. Everyone is nice, I just think this vet is very overpriced for mediocre care and lack of true engagement from the staff.

Back when we could go in to the building, the place was always tidy, the rooms were painted welcoming colors and the staff was always friendly to our pet, and us and that's how it should be. They are here to help them deal with whatever and explain to us what might be going on. Commend them on this. Now we pull in, if they don't come out immediately, we just call the number, give them our dogs name and the spot # we are parked at. It's a little odd but it is what it is. I was hesitant to give her a yearly shot for heart-worm since I have a supply at home so the doctor said gave me three choices, prices, and the pros and cons of all. First time visits, they provide a discount and you can check in via Facebook for a free T-shirt. Sometimes there can be a slight wait but it's worth it! Just know they give everyone their complete attention and assurance that they care about your precious pet. Also don't be scared to ask about groomer, behavioral training, etc they love to give these resources and I have used them with great resources. When you make your appointment, they will send email reminders. Their pharmacy is online to make ordering super easy at your convenience. What's not to love about them?
