I really like their text message and phone notifications along with a vehicle report that you can click onto the internet via the text message. They do a thorough job and you know exactly where your vehicle stands in terms of maintenance and what needs to be done. They don't push you into buying a service or an extra service... they advise you on how to save money and if a certain item can wait until next time to be worked in with an oil change, etc. The price is reasonable. The waiting area is clean. If they're booked, they often give you the option to drop your car off and they'll squeeze it in throughout the day. I have been able to use a loaner car one time. Suspected the sudden…read morelow pressure was the result of a recirculating pump I've had for years and then looked at a leaking boiler suggesting a it needs to refill the glycol and replace parts at a high quote of $1200 for the boiler and another $350+ to install a recirculating pump if I bought it. Their diagnosis was wrong. The actual cost for the repair to fix the water pressure was $0 as the cause was calcification I fixed and the boiler only needed a replacement valve as the system is set up to replenish the water supply.
