An especially big thanks to our installer Bobby and his crew who did such an exceptional job carefully removing the old system and doing a beautiful install of the new one. They also completely reworked the AC closet, moving the system forward and sealing everything off cleanly, what was once a poorly converted linen closet now has potential for usable space behind it. Whereas the old system sounded like a jet engine taking off, the new Mitsubishi is astonishingly quiet, the condenser is outside our bedroom and you hear literally nothing. It works flawlessly and has been keeping the house perfectly cool through what's shaping up to be a hot summer. This was not an easy install either. The house, like many older homes, is full of quirks and Diamond did an amazing job working around all the pitfalls that come with squeezing a central HVAC system into a house not originally designed for one. Piggies Air Conditioning did an excellent job with my new Daikin FIT inverter system installation…read more Ruben, the owner, was very patient in answering all my questions and gave me a very competitive price for a variable inverter system. On top of that, they offer a 12 year labor warranty with their installation. Angel, the Daikin Comfort Pro HVAC tech, who installed the system did a great job. Angel was very meticulous about the installation and would send me updates on the numbers on the vacuum test and pressure test. He also made sure that the installation aesthetics is super clean. So far, the system is working better than my expectations. My house feels cooler at a higher temperature than my old HVAC system at a lower temperature. The cost of my electricity per kWh is at least 10 kWh less per day on the Daikin system. The only hitch during the whole process was the install took longer than expected and our family had to endure the heat during one of the hottest days of the month. Not sure if it's possible, but in the future may I suggest offering customers a temporary complimentary portable air conditioning unit, if the install is going to go longer than expected. That would put the customer service above and beyond. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of installation and how my new Daikin FIT system is working. I would highly recommend Piggies Air Conditioning for the quality of installation and the best deal for a Daikin FIT system.
