Great customer service always deserves recognition! We use an old model Club Car for work and it needed to be serviced. I called several different places, but chose D & D for their experience working on my particular type of golf cart, reasonable prices, and how friendly the staff was. The staff on the phones were so nice and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and were very patient. BEWARE SHADY!!!!So today we had a service call that sour. We have been working with DND golf car repair for some time. The problem started a while back when our lights went out on the golf cart, but it still had power to run. A service guy came, Benji( he has been coming to us for sometime), out to look at the cart. Stated that our problem was the electric box that powers the lights. told my husband he needed to put water in the batteries and that he was ordering the parts needed. Called his office and they ordered the parts. They did tells us that covid was making things harder to receive, so we anticipated a long wait fo the part. My husband called as the date given was getting closer. They told him no part yet and we had to wait another 3 weeks for the part. Ok so we waited. In the meantime my husband gets a sweet deal to purchase a newer golf cart with all the upgraded from his buddy and he bought it. Which meant we didn't need The old golf cart so he sold it. It sold in 1 week, it just so happens we sold the cart the day before our appointment SWEET! When the date to repair arrived my husband wanted then to check out the new golf cart and add a few things to it. NO CALL UPON ARRIVAL NOTHING, just showed up. Benji came was very polite and my husband stated he didn't need the part because he didn't have the cart anymore but he did need to get the cart lifted and signal lights. So Benji called his office and he was told to tell us that we still needed to buy the part for $465 (mind u the guy that bought our cart said he found the part for $160 and he buys and repair and resells the carts for more) JUST THE PART! No service given, just the part!! And if we wanted to get service for the other things we need to buy the part. REALLY? My husband refused and said he wasn't paying for a part he had no use for. So Benji went back talk to his office and came back an said that he needs to pay for the last visit, when he checked the cart for the part needed? Why didn't they charge my husband then? He said it was no charge now they changed their mind? I thought that was terrible business. We were about to spend over $1000 on more service? And they decided to loose our business completely because of greed. I have never heard of a business making u pay for a part that is not installed or needed just because they ordered it. I really thought we had a good relationship, it almost felt like betrayal. So now I wonder if all our problems that we have had were probably caused my them.? If they can be shady then I wouldn't put past them what they would do to get extra money $$$ BEWARE!!! read more

Absolute worst repair and service I have ever had. Paid $1700 for a new engine for my club car they put a rebuilt engine in never touch the carburetor now had to pay another 1200 to another golf cart repair facility to fix what they never never never fixed! Would not let them touch a lawnmower!!! Do not I repeat do not use them absolute worst service I have ever experienced they've never fix something correctly the first time they've been out & they have been out three times and still my golf cart does not work with their repair people... Go anywhere but here!!!!!!. read more

On 10/11/19 we called to schedule a golf cart repair for 10/21/19, giving enough time to schedule a day and time of our convenience. We had friends that had a good experience with a certain repair man and we requested that same person. We also requested to be the first appointment of the day as our schedules in the afternoon are full with our kids. We were told we were booked for the 9am-12 time slot for today, 10/21/19. The woman on the phone asked us to send pictures of the golf cart to a number for the repairmen to see the make and model and be prepared with the right parts. Today at 10:30am when no one had shown up for the repairs we called to check on our appointment. At first they said they didn't have any record of our appointment. As I did have record and was able to tell them the date and time I had called, and other details they were able to find our appointment. It was under the entirely wrong name (even though I added that information with the text message and pictures I had sent, as requested), as they had confused my name with the name of the RV park where we've been staying, they didn't record the site number so even if they had showed up as scheduled, they wouldn't have actually found us. And lastly, they had us scheduled during the noon-3 time slot, which we told them did not work for us. Instead of trying to straighten this out when I called, the woman on the phone couldn't give me a reasonable solution to rectify this gross error in the simple scheduling of an appointment. In short, they couldn't even get the appointment scheduled for a repair, so we won't be trusting them to work on our golf cart. read more

I've never really had the need for a golf cart before but after having the flu I was going into the Fairplex for a huge horse trade show this past weekend and a friend of mine suggested renting one ...so it was at the last minute that I found the D&D yelp review and they immediately got me all set up .. the delivery was literally for the next day on Thursday at noon and the driver was there actually a few minutes early he made sure I knew everything about how to take care of it ,gave me a lock to have it locked up and then I didn't even have to wait for them to come pick it up after the event..I was able to leave Sunday and lock it at the Fairplex and they came and picked it up this morning ..extremely professional both on the phone and in person and an email too...so I had no worries and I truly couldn't of gone through three days of going from building to building doing what I need to do without their help.. so if you ever have a need don't think twice ,Christie answers the phone and helps out along with the other guys there... they are the best!!! thank you very very much!!! read more
